Love Dr Sheppard! she is the family doctor for myself and my 3 young children. She is incredibly compassionate and I never feel rushed through appointments. Her nurse is lovely as well! She has changed her scheduling process that makes it easier to get my kids in on short notice if necessary instead of booking weeks out when I have concerns. Great doctor for young families. Cannot say enough great things about her.

De Roster from this "Dr" If you need a prescription for a common cold then she can probably manage that. Anything else...never! Small town wanna be. She's so so so busy because there is a NEED for doctors. Not because she's actually good at anything. Not a caring person at all. I do not recommend her for anything. Terrible bedside manner. Can barely return a phone call! No empathy. No help!!! Not approachable and not personable. She should go back to school and actually learn something. Please use YOUR good common sense and judgment and find someone that really CARES about YOU and NOT someone that only cares for herself. I have never been treated so poorly by a "professional" in my life! It's been humiliating to deal with her when trying to seek genuine help!! I am very disappointed in whoever "trained" her, and in this health system and in having this kind of so-called "doctor" in Orillia. We need caring, professional, educated and experienced doctors. Please! And if by chance she or her staff sees this review you need to realize you are doing more harm to people by not taking the time to care for them. You need to re-educate yourselves and go back to the basics of how to deal with real people. It's not just a numbers and paycheck game.

Very very very poor. Have a very sick grandmother, have been trying for 2 weeks to have contact with her doctor. Receptionist never answers the phone, always goes to voice mail. After numerous calls to the office, still no call back. We are trying to keep my very ill grama home instead of a hospital. Dr. Sheppard and her staff are making it very difficult and causing a great deal of stress to her patient and her family. Have never had good service from this office. Not sure if it’s an incompetent secretary or doctor. Very disappointed and sad that my 103 year old alert and orientated grandmother is suffering at the hands of this physician and her staff.
