A great experience at this office for a visiting family member with a dental emergency. I was in the dental profession for 36 years and I can assure anyone that this is a highly professional, caring and friendly dental office. Dr. Lindsay is gentle and reassuring. The office is beautiful and clean and the parking is great.

We had a fabulous experience with Dr Lindsay and her staff this week when we brought our 5 year old in for a cleaning and filling. The staff made my son feel comfortable and confident. The office is clean, new and very welcoming. 5 star all around - great job guys!

I just had the absolute worst experience here and won’t be back. I went in for a filling where for whatever reason I wasn’t able to get frozen which isn’t their issue but they said let’s wait two weeks and try again and if it still doesn’t work we will then make an appointment at a specialist. I asked them to refer me to a specialist now. Why wait? I explained to them in detail that I had the same problem before so this is now the second time this is happening so let’s not wait to book an appointment but nope they are refusing. They have refused but proceeds to say if it gets too painful go to emergency and they will give me pills and I said I don’t want pills I want to be referred now so I can get this fixed. Unbelievable.

I am terrifield of going to the dentist and have been for all of my life due to a bad experience when I was a child. I had broken a tooth and decided to try this office because of the great reviews. I didn't see Dr. Lindsay. I saw Dr. Jim. I let him know how nervous I was. Unfortunately for me I didn't have a great experience. I was not offered anything to help ease my tension such as music or tv or even headphones to block out the noise. He didn't explain the process of what he was doing but he did tell me that I was frozen when I was not. I felt most of the work being done. It was numb but not frozen. I ended up having to stop him because I got a shot of pain when he hit the nerve or sensitive spot. Once I was done. Him and the assistant sat me up and said okay done. Not another word. I sat there for a second confused. No further talk of other work needed or what he found in my 10 x-rays or ask how was my mouth. That was disappointing. I felt because it was the end of the day they just wanted me out. The reception was great but unfortunately I was not happy with my visit. Everyone talks about how they were treated with compassion I did not get that at all.

This place is amazing. I had an emergency dental issue on a Friday afternoon and could not get into see my family doctor. Patty graciously (right before their staff Christmas party) fit me in with Dr. Chung who did some diagnostic imaging and provided me with a prescription. Literally saved my weekend. Thank you!!

Just had our first visit to Dr. Lindsay Smith's office. It was a wonderful dental experience. Very compassionate and kind care. Don't hesitate booking an appointment, even if it has been a very long while for you. We saw dental hygenist Karlynn Houle and she put us at ease immediately and cleaned our teeth gently and thoughourly - very understanding and smart! Excellent EQ. Looking forward to our next visit in 6 months with no ill ease and we have never said that before. Direct billing too :) So grateful that we found them. I saw this quote and it inspired me to book an appointment. It may not relate to how you feel about dental visits, but if it does maybe it will help you too. "Do things you're scared to do and remember why you are doing them, for you. You deserve to conquer your fears and take care of you". P.S. this office took my fears away - thank you! - here's to less worrying and more happy living.
