I called in an appointment with the office, I was able to fill an opening for the following day (which I am suspecting was a cancellation). After re arranging a busy schedule to accommodate, I showed only to be told that my appointment was for the following day. I can understand that miscommunications happen, and plans change, however I was rather unimpressed with the reception staff’s lack of respect for my time and schedule. I found the experience frustrating and will be looking for a new dentist.
