After moving to the area, I was tentative about switching doctors, as I had one I was very happy with for many years, but who is now 2 hours away. I finally took the plunge and am extremely pleased with Dr. Doan. He takes the time to explain how he arrives at a diagnoses, is very thorough, and is easy to talk with. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were assigned to Dr. Doan last year. Since then my husband has had numerous complicated medical issues. Dr. Doan has proven to be a truly remarkable professional. His easy caring manner gave us great confidence in his ability. Dr. Doan explains every phase of your care. You never feel rushed. Also, Candace, his medical assistant is very competent and friendly. A wonderful asset to his practice. An outstanding team. We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Doan as our family physician.

receptionists are hopeless. My other family doctors receptionists always call the day before an appointment as a reminder and always call if you’ve missed an appointment. At O’Briens they don’t care. It takes multiple calls to get through to anyone and they always have an attitude
