I was able to book a same day appointment and speak to a doctor in just over an hour. I honestly wasn’t sure if this service was legit because I couldn’t find a lot of information about it online, but my experience was great. I had accidentally hurt myself at home and wasn’t sure if I needed to go into emergency. The doctor took a look at me, discussed all my options, and saved me a trip to the ER. I kind of assumed that a service like this existed but I’d never used one before. It’s OHIP covered which is sweet. Other services may be faster and better designed but this was free. I needed a doctor quick and they delivered…would definitely recommend.

Wow! We’re very impressed, booked at 630 am and got the appointment readily available at 830 am via video call. Dr. Woo is one of the kindest and nicest doctor,(wish he’s our family doctor though)???? he’s very helpful and accommodating and very kind and made us worry-less now for our 4.5 year-old son who’s catching all these kind of viruses just in time for Christmas.
