This is so annoying, so I call to get my prescription and I asked the doctor if this would be covered, they told me yes, so I wasted time money and energy to go get it only to find out it was not covered, so I call to get it changed, the person on the phone then told me I had to find the fax number despite that there was an option for the doctors to fill out but instead I had to call the pharmacy to, then call the doctor in order for them to do there job yet I had to be the middle man and waste energy, on top of ALL THAT I still never got my prescription they never sent it in and I've called 3 times for 3 days and they STILL HAVE NOT SENT MY PRESCRIPTION OVER!! WHAT if it was vital that I get this meds. This was very aggravating and could of been avoided if you actually listened to you're patience and did ur job!!.

I was frustrated with scheduling a consultation with my family doctor which takes weeks. I searched online and found pulseoncall. It was super convenient. Once I registered I received a call from a doctor within 20 minutes. The doctor was genuinely caring and did not rush my diagnosis. My prescription was automatically sent to pharmacy and was delivered free of charge to my door. I wish I knew about this service before. It made the whole process super easy for my family. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to quickly connect with a good doctor.

Placed call late afternoon and received confirmation that I would be called shortly. Five hours later, no call, no email, no update. Truly unprofessional and shameful. Substandard establishment. I will follow up with OHIP to check if they billed them for a "virtual visit" that never happened. They really do deserve zero stars.

Quick, easy service. A friend of mine told me about this service, and I'm so glad she did. Filled out the online form on my phone in a minute, got an email confirmation with an approximate time, and doctor called me right as estimated. The doctor was really friendly, listened to my concerns, sent a prescription immediately to a pharmacy near me, picked it up the same evening. I will certainly be using this service again!

Terrible experience. Wanted a sick note and some advice, waited forever past my estimated time slot only to get a condescending doctor who told me I have to go and talk to my regular doctor, which I am not able to do at the moment. Took none of my concerns with compassion, soon as he said hello I could tell he just wanted to get the conversation over with and kept trying to push me off the phone.

Much difficulty finding a walk-in clinic on a Sunday so when I came across POC I thought I would give it a go. The doctor was kind, trusting and understanding. I waited about 2 hours for the call but it was in the comfort of my home. The only downfall is that I don’t think it is connected to my family doctor so I’ll have to update her.
