I booked my schedule 2 months before. Then 2 days before my appointment, they called me to move my location to scarborough. Then when I said no because NY location is more convenient for me. Then when I arrived at the place, they weren't really nice at all. Their instructions are confusing and not clear at all and they would get annoyed when you have them repeat it. I had a bad experience at the xray place as well. One lady there is just rude just because I dont understand her

My experience with Panel Physician North York is very pleasant. The online booking is very convenient. The staff was polite and helpful. It took me about 1 hour to complete all the exam including X-ray. The X-ray technician was very polite and helpful too. Tip: remember to ask your height when the staff check your height and weight because later in your PR application, it asks for your height. I did not know about it so I did not ask.The next day, I had to call them to ask for my height so that the number in my application is consistent with the number in my medical report. The staff there was willing to looked up my report and told me the number. I'd recommend Panel Physician North York to everyone looking to have their medical exam done for immigration purposes.

First of all, it was no sign/ direction to the office inside the building. The mentioned timing is not true, i had an appointment @ 9:10 am, i was there @ 9:00 and they get to me @9:30 ! It mentioned it will take 5 mins, but it took about an hour. The urine test was awful, you should take your jacket, bag and everything with you to washroom which is not clean, and take urine sample when you are holding everything!

I was worried if the medical exam takes time too long. I booked my appointment at 10:00am. It only took exactly 1 and half hour. The physician was so nice. She was active listener. I was confused something and she tried to help me. You can be done everything in a day and your exam will be done in one building.

I went to panel physician centre had a great experience in terms of service and hospitality they had to offer for getting medical examination done. Everything is well sorted and able to handle their clients with ease without wasting their time. However only one thing was missing was punctuality I had my appointment scheduled for 7:05 am but centre opens up after 7:15 that’s the only thing that I did not like. Rest everything was perfect.

The process was straightforward. Book an appointment online and reach there on time. They will ask you to fill a form and tell you to wait for your turn. The Whole process took about 1 hour and Dr. Avni Mehta has a great sense of humor and her staff provided an excellent customer service.

I have been to their 666 Burnhamthorpe Road location. They have very poor service quality and No attention to hygiene even in this COVID situation. I also tried calling them for some inquiry two days regularly for n number of times, they just seems to pick the phone and keep it side. I would suggest to avoid 666 Burnhamthorpe Road by all means.

Very professional booking process and the visit was equally good. We were there on a Sunday and the overall experience was very good. I can imagine that on busy days, it may get very jam packed due to limited room, but recommend going there on the weekend and as early as possible in the morning. They are open at 7 !!!

She was so very much humble and kind enough to apologize on behalf of the management because I was waiting for my turn since 2 hours past my appointment time when I got to see the physician. She did my check up for my immigration purpose and if ever needed I would always recommend or visit this place because of Dr. Avni Mehta only because even after being so busy with everything else and so many people waiting she was so very much patient and empathized with people waiting for their turn.

My issue is that I got chest X-rayed twice because the technologist oriented the film the wrong way the first time. It's necessary to ensure that doesn't happen so that patients don't get an extra dose!

Pathetic management of the staff there. Booked an appointment at 5.30 and I arrived there before time. The receptionist over there asked me to wait downstairs and handover a form for me to fill up. She later noted down my number and promised to call me when there were enough seats available upstairs. I was asked to wait downstairs in the lobby/parking lot for about 30-35 mins. Nobody gave me a call so I went upstairs by myself and noticed that the receptionist didn’t even remember and forgot to apologize. Later on, others who booked their appointment slot after me were called inside first and I had to wait for almost 1.5-2 hours when the doctors examination hardly took 3 mins! Doctor didn’t even do a thorough abdomen or any other necessary examination as mentioned on their website and just took my blood test and breath sounds. I wouldn’t recommend this place after being charged a huge amount to all to the immigrants there!

Very convenient location; they operates long hours and even Saturdays. I got my medical exam request on Friday and was able to do my exam the other day in here. Also the price is relatively lower than all other immigration exams centre around Toronto. Would recommend this place!

My wife and I did medical exam for immigration here yesterday. My experience here started easy and quick online booking. No photo required. We were there with my 4-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son, and they gave a separate room for us to wait for our turn as we had two little kids. All the staffs and the physician there are friendly and kind. X-ray was in the same building. All the cost including X-ray is competitive, which can be found in their website. Parking ticket was validated, so no parking fee. I'd recommend this location for other people who need immigration medical exam.

Been one week waiting for a physician's call requested by themselves and asked for the payment immediately but they didn't call and although called them 10 times, no result. Made me worry that there is an issue in my test but didn't tell what was that and Iam still waiting for that information from one week. Very bad experience! Never recommend to anyone. ☹️

Very good doctor, she made everything clear for us, very efficient and gentle with the blood exam. Easy to book online and lots of time availability. I went on a Friday evening, it was a bit crowded, which is uncomfortable during COVID, but staff was very good in trying to keep everyone distanced. Great to have everything at the same building. I wish the time of the booking would give an idea of how much time we spend between the doctor and the exams -- for us, it was 2h for 2 people, on a Friday evening.

The process of getting the testing done was very straight forward and the staff was very helpful. However getting the status of whether the case was submitted to IRCC is cumbersome. The feature on their website does not work. One has to call in to get the update.

Front desk staff is friendly and professional. However expect stay there 2+ hours for a 5 minutes exam. Website says 7-10 days to submit the result but truth is it all depends on your physician. Your results can be ready shortly to the physician but your physician take weeks to finally look at your case. My exam was done 18 days ago yet my physician still has not picked up my case even though the exam results are ready according to the customer service lady. No communication at all during the whole process unless you reach out to them. I would recommend people to avoid this place.

It was very nice experience there. I was quite nervous because of covid going on plus the stress of immigration process. However once I reached there staff there were very nice, very responsive and helpful. However waiting room in 3rd floor was quite warm or hot( I guess they were not allowed to run air conditioning or fan, because of covid virus l, as they said that gives more chances to spread virus, once I was called to the Dr room, my blood pressure got high because of warm air and all the stress of covid and immigration process as I said) though once I rest for a while my blood pressure was normal. I would say cost was reasonable 180+40 = 220 in total. Thanks to all the staff there.

After the Dr will come and explain why they are doing the blood work and tell you what they are searching for. After that you will do X-Ray. easy and fast process. Went for my PR medical exam. It’s really convenient that they do easy online appiontment booking and e-medical service so you don't have to take photos. But the staffs’ instructions are not clear enough, especially for the urine test. Other tests are fine. But you have to wait for a long time for each test. Parking will be validated if you take the X-ray:)

I like that everything is located in one building but the waiting time is insane. My appointment was scheduled at 5:40 PM (I arrived earlier) but despite that, I waited much longer. All tests were around 15/20 min but because of the waiting line, I left the building at 8:30 PM. The office was so crowded that there was a time when I needed to stand because there were no available chairs. I am shocked that the clinic is allowing so many people in the building during COVID. Although, they did have social distancing lines on the floor no one was following them because it was physically hard to do it with the number of people in the office.

We were impressed by the service we received. I only give them a 4-start because they are not very fast with reporting the results to IRCC as they take 2 weeks. However, the specific physician who examined my relatives was extremely helpful and understanding of their specific needs. The rest of the staff were also nice and very efficient, especially the young gentleman at the reception. The X-ray facility downstairs is convenient but we weren't pleased with the behaviour of the technologist who performed the imaging; as they are a separate business, I am giving a high rate to the Panel Physician North York regardless.

I must say that I was very positively surprised by how nice everyone was in there. The receptionists were smiling and being polite which was very different from what I am used to nowadays. I am especially pleased with Dr John C Kuhlmann Who was professional, warm, patient, nie and understanding. He would talk to my little son in a polite manner. Also people in the x-ray room were very kind and even offered a chocolate to us. I was very pleased with my visit. We didn't have to wait long either. Definitely a good place.

During Sunday's I find this place a bit unprofessional when I see all 3 staff texting on there phone. I get it, it's Sunday and no one likes to work on Sundays but that's what they signed up for. Last point x-ray immigration is worst staffs compared to panel clinic, very unprofessional! They will treat you like you don't belong there. Pros: The staff in the main office and physicians are friendly, the process is fast once started, the scheduling is easy and they have e-medical integration with IRCC which expedites the process. Cons: The office itself is small, so it's hard to keep minimum distancing while waiting in-between steps. They do ask you to wait downstairs if you're a bit early though. But specially for the staff, it's hard to not bump into each other.

I was booked at 1:40 and was only able to get my blood sample taken about after 3:00. giving that i would arrive early it is a very long wait for a quick test. The actual examination did not take more than 10 min. I did not like the waiting room over crowded with people and very stressful and although they are trying to be nice to people but they seem all stressed out except of the Doctor she was relaxed and very nice. Reading other reviews i find some people complain about the blood sample but it was not an issue for me at all. Also, you have to call back to make sure that they have sent your results and all good. when you do they can't if you passed or not passed medical because it is for extra cash, when i called the lady kept telling false excuses including identity but when i pressed and said OK i will come to the office and present my self she still said no. While other places give it for free. My overall judgement that you should not book with that place and look for other places even if the appointments are later time or it is a longer drive.

[ NOT THE CLINIC, BUT RELATED ] Just beware of going too early to the X-Ray clinic (extra 40 CAD on the basement of the clinic) on a Sunday, since their staff doesn't arrive until 11AM (so you will be potentially waiting for a couple hours like my family did).

I would definitely give zero stars if I had the option. They had to take a blood test. After the test was take I had severe pain which I don’t usually have while taking blood tests. The next I checked on my arm where they took the test. I was shocked to see a huge blood clot where they had injected me. I had to check with my personal doctor just to make sure whether everything was fine. such bad doctors who don’t even know to take proper blood tests. I took my test at the north york branch. *The clinic is well sign posted on the corner as we approached the intersection of Jane and Finch Ave' West heading east on Finch. Traffic mid afternoon was very heavy but flowing. Extensive roadworks. Bus route. I recommend starting your journey there earlier than you might estimate, there are arrival forms to complete too. *Easy parking was free when validating our parking ticket at the x-ray desk on the basement level of the same building last of all before leaving x-ray which is the final stop. Leave your jewellery safe elsewhere or in your trouser pocket if only a chest x-ray. *All the services we required were conveniently available; "One stop completes all" on 3rd floor then Basement floor. *It was good to see a strong security presence active upon arrival for both staff and law abiding citizens. *A good size elevator provided easy access to the 3rd floor where a wall sign directs you to the right and then left to the room number on our paperwork. Not luxurious or all that modern but the approach was not at all uncomfortable or intimidating. Importantly, staff very welcoming. *A close quarters congestion point is a short, narrow, "L" - shaped hallway to the clinic reception desk. There, an impatient client behind us was almost stepping on my heels, far too close, he rushed past us. The current recommended virus control advisory is 6 feet not 12 inches! When leaving, unless we too broke this distancing rule to pass another client at the reception desk, or interrupted her, we were to be stuck too, but she moved. It's the same when out shopping; people are far too lax and undisciplined about official directives such as floor direction arrows for pedestrian traffic flow through the store, clearly these are there to reduce face to face passing, follow the arrows, people! Rude shoppers see these as something to be ignored or scoffed at, even with ever increasing contagion figures, so a "Stop / Go" system at the clinic desk might be a solution for that tight corner to the reception in order to "cerb" our enthusiasm, especially as some members of the public insist on wearing "cheat" masks, such as below the nose, as if no one notices or cares, or a plastic visor screen ONLY - no mask, choosing to filter air around them with their lungs and sinuses increasing their risk of becoming an incubator and carrier of virus to the rest of us! Clinical masks are not guaranteed 100% effective, even the nose pinch can leave gaps as any sanding D.I.Y'er 'nose' and there's no reliable stat's on that fabric mask we think "looks nicer", if it was as good it would probably be standard hospital issue, but they're not. Well! That's that off my chest.???????????????? ???? *PPE. All staff were using masks and more, as were those clients serious about being seen. *Fast efficient service on the day we attended, no crowd, anti-contagion seat spacing, anti-virus alcohol dispensers for public use were in place and - not empty. *Courteous service was performed with a smile and professionalism come one come all. We experienced no indication of prejudice nor bias other than that of being just one of their own, valued, "double minority" group clients. *RECOMMENDED???????????????? We award this clinic 4 syringes or thumbs up out of 5 ???? based on efficiency, waiting time, convenience of free parking and friendly, professional, unbiased, unprejudiced customer service.

They have very user friendly online booking system. Just as a suggestion, they could add 'address info' in their reminder emails besides our appointment time. The staff and doctor are very nice. Everything is located in one building. But Panel Physician and the X-ray clinic are different companies. Our X-ray appointment was delayed for next day, because X-ray clinic has changed their working hours. It is not on Panel Physician clinic, but since I got my appointment from them and coming from another city, I would expect an information email from them about this issue. So, I could plan my schedule, transportation, budget..etc. But I believe, this is just a transition period. It doesn't mean everyone will face the same problem. Sure, they will fix it. Other than that, everything was good. They know what they do. And everyone is very helpful. Thanks for your service.

Firstly, Front desk ladies are way too rude. I know they were doing their jobs but you just cannot talk aggressively to everyone without any reason. Secondly, no one even bother to give you any explanation for anything you ask. I highly recommend this place for its friendly staff, quick and easy process, and very low cost. It’s only $220 CAD for the medical exam and X-ray. In Virginia, they were going to charge me about $600+ USD for only the exam (excluding the x-ray). I was in and out within an hour. Also they validate your parking. Booking online is very easy and highly recommended. All the services are located in one building, so no worries about driving or walking to another building. They are part of Canada eServices, so your paperwork will process much quicker.

Unclear about their pricing, you need to pay $40 more than the what’s stated on the website to do the X-ray which is required by the IRCC. The whole process took more than an hour. The doctor couldn’t take blood sample from me. After two failed attempts, I ended up paying $8 more and took the sample in the lab next door. The staff were rude saying that “It’s your vein (that caused the problem)”. Terrible experience. Please avoid.

I went to this place after seeing lot of positive reviews. After the visit I can say they totally deserve that rating. Process is very simple, quick and smooth. Booking an appointment is very easy. I came for my appointment earlier than my time was supposed to so they gave to fill out a questionnaire and then my medical examination started. Nothing crazy and scary. Quick eye check. Urine. Blood. X-ray was done at the end because it's in the basement of the same building. They are definitely doing a good job. I had the worst experience... Everything was good with the doctor, blood and urine test but when it comes to x-ray it was worst. They took x-ray and asked me to leave, after couple of hours I got a call that there is some issue and they need to retake the x-ray again. I had to go back again as I don't have any other option. No one was able to explain what the issue is and why they didn't check it earlier. I even enquired multiple times if everything is fine and I can leave, it's all good and I am good to leave. But I had to travel back and redo the x-ray. My whole day is wasted.

Waited 30 mins outside for my turn. (arrived on time for my appointment as instruction, be there before 15 mins). Overall it took 2 hours to be completed the medical examination. It is very ironic that they have appointment booking system. The office was not able to manage social distancing and 50% capacity indoor since there were too many people waiting in the office. None of staffs had name tag so I don't know the name of her, however, she was very rude and unpleasant. She treated people like inmate. I've never felt this kinds of feeling in Canada. I felt I was in prison or something. She commend people where to stand and what to do, just like she is giving an order. Dr. Jing Yu was kind and and nice. She apologized and appreciate my wait. She kindly explained the purpose of blood test. Staffs at the X-ray department were very rude as well. If I had a choice, i would never go here. This is the most unpleasant experience I've ever had in Canada.

The Service is fine but its too slow. My appointment was at 1.10 and when I went there I had to wait for 1 and half hour for the process to get started. All they needed to do was take urine samples, take blood samples, a quick check from a doc (i.e about 2 mins), a chest x-ray, and height & weight check up. So I went in at 1.10pm and came out at 3.30pm

Appointment times are an estimate - I had to wait for over an hour, and the x-rays were another wait and a surprise $40 fee. I tried to order a copy of my report, but when I checked online the system kept telling me that results weren’t back. It had been three weeks, so I called the office to check and was told that ‘the online system is always wrong’. I ordered my results, and they hadn’t arrived after almost 2 weeks so I visited in person to pic them up. When I opened the form, it appeared the doctor had added notes about a hospitalisation for mental health issues. I’ve never been hospitalised, and am now having to correct this with immigration.

The doctors here are worst than lab technicians. I am really surprised about how they are running this center without knowing the basics of taking blood from a Human-being. I took my mother here in Oct 2020, and Dr. Lianne Butterfill was the one who conducted all tests, and the pics attached speak a lot about the way blood was taken. My mom is around 55 years old and has given numerous blood tests in her life, however, she never had such a bad experience. Her hand was swollen and it was paining a lot. I don’t even need to tell how bad it was because the pictures (front and back) speak for themselves. They are completely soaked in blood. Never going back and will never recommend anyone.

Booking was very easy and we were going to be late due to traffic and was able to rebook for a later appointment online with no hassle. Everything you need is in the same building which is nice and there was very short wait times. Everyone we spoke to was friendly. My only complaint is the end of the process, not really clear on what to expect. Allow it did not break the bank we had to pay 3 different service providers and a number of tests were run but I am not sure what we actually paid for, what we will get, or when it will be done.

This was the second time I had to take a medical exam for immigration. The first time (at another place) I didn't have a good experience so I was very surprised with the service here. Booking online is very easy and they gave me an appointment for literally the next day. Wait time at the doctor office wasn't terrible. The doctor was very polite, she took the time to explain the procedure, what and why she was doing it. The only thing I didn't like was the xray clinic, staff was unpolite there, I had to wait for more than an hour (as I believe they take other patients in addition to the one from panel physicians), none explined anything, once it was my turn i felt very rushed.

My husband had his physical done here. The online booking is convenient. Everything needed all can be done in the same day, same appointment. And my husband finished his within 3 hrs, his results were sent within 4 days. 5 stars on the actual work. However the few times I called, the lady answered phone was less courteous. Maybe because there is no repeat customers in this business, so they don't need to be provide service with a smile. -1star here. All in all, I would recommend them. They get what you need done, fast. Just don't expect the typical Canadian friendly customer service.

If you are a person of color, they sit you downstairs and keep you their until you are tired, aggregated, and ready to go back home, Not serving no person of color. Racist co-worker and physician. We attended our medical appointments yesterday and had a great experience. We took our three children and we were given a separate waiting room which really helped. Staff and drs were friendly and helpful. Wait times were not bad and the appointment itself was quick and painless. The only recommendation I would have is to make it clearer which floor it is located on because it was not obvious we had to ask. (Floor 3 for anyone wondering :))

Easy online booking. I was there on a Friday, 50 minutes in and out. Stuff are very professional. X-ray is at -1 level in the building took extra $40. X-ray can help to remove the parking fee. So no need to parking on the street. COVID results blood work results delay. Took 3 weeks(15 business days) to submit my results. But the service deserves 5 starts. Highly recommend.

I don’t like the way Dr did the Medical. Everyone was in hurry.They took BP through OMRON machine and some times in anxiety it may spike and machine give incorrect reading . But they didn’t took manual reading and rely on machine. They don’t bother that one incorrect report can impact PR. I regularly check BP every month and it never gone above 140. But there it was above all level crossed 150/105. So you have to rely on luck . Any reading can come. Same happen to my friend. X-RAY technician was rude and talking like they are takimg X-RAY for free. Overall not good experience when your test and reports depends on luck. Just one suggestion: Please install Good machine if u have to rely on them for BP. I am monitoring since last 3 year every month and I know in and out of OMRON machine reading. Or take BP manually which will be never be wrong.

My family and I had our medical for our PR application. The receptionists were very helpful and provided clear instructions. The process was pretty quick. There were 4 of us and we finished for about 1.5hrs. Their rates are also reasonable and no hidden charges. X-ray has to be done in a different clinic but within the same building. The doctor can also extract blood which is included in the fee but for me I was advised to go to the lab for my blood to be extracted since my veins are too thin. They are e-medical enabled so no no need to bring pictures and I believe this made the process quick.

Very disappointed with. Apparently everything was disorganized, even though they tried to make people to be in social distance, everybody was walking close to each other because the establishment has no design to flow. My partner's doctor could not collect her blood and when they asked us to take the blood test in the LifeLab she was charged almost double the physician's price and nobody tells her about the price beforehand. It was so stressful that I hope do not to get back in there.

Extremely rude receptionist Asked whether they are expecting us ( she siad not and a big laughter) very nice welcome in the pandemic situation. Then she continued to ignore me and my family ( 2 young children) very nice indeed. Not sure whethe she is oriented how it works to satisfy customers especially who pay cash!!! But the lady who helped us fo through the rest and Dr Mehta have been very professional and helpful. Honestly I wanted to leave and formally complain about the rude receptionist behaviour but doctor has been extremely pleasant. I would say doctor and the whole experience was 5 star but your front desk staff has to be trained to deal with a very very simple day to day encounter with customers. The clinic is good. They have easy online booking system, doctor and receptionist are nice. However, DO NOT let the doctor take the blood sample from you. I had to go to Lab and do it again because the doctor failed to get it, which cost me 2 hours just waiting for the line in the Lab and X-ray center, and the staff from these 2 places was not kind at all.

Parking was validated in the X-Ray building conveniently located in the basement of the same building. They are cheaper than most places. Charge $180 for Medical (inc doc fees) and $40 for X-Ray. The turnaround time is 10 days to send your results. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Staff was nice.

Came on a Saturday it takes forever to see the doctor! They have too many people booked and only one doctor ! I suggest not overbooking so people don’t have to wait for 2 hours! Then they send you to the X-Ray which takes another hour.

I visited this place even if its 52kms drive from my place. The test centre near me was charging 300cad for the same test. So the first thing that I want to talk about is price, their fees is 180+40(xray). We as a couple saved 120CAD. Next comes the availability, they had same day availability but we booked the next day 7 am and things were moving fast during that time. Talking about speed, they submitted our results on 6th day after taking the test. Very happy with the fast process. I was worried about the blood test reviews, but for us it was excellent experience as I didn’t even felt the needle, thanks to Dr. Anita Aghabagheri. Finally, I would say that the customer service of the xray people was not that good, but as they are not part of Panel physician, I am giving 5 stars to Panel Physician North York.

The staff were awesome. But the Dr seemed very distracted and impatient. He tried taking my blood with the most lackadaisical attitude. I've had blood taken several times from me and this is the most painful one yet. He kept wriggling the needle and wasn't even concerned if I felt pain. I guess it makes sense that he doesn't care cos the people that come will most likely only come once and never again. It was very impersonal also. At the end, he asked if I had any questions which is one good thing I guess.

They should change their booking system. My appointment had been cancelled TWICE without any reason. And the receptionist called me to rearrange my appointment, but this appointment had been cancelled again which is nonsense. Throughout the booking process, no one tell me why my appointment cancelled. When I call to hear the reason and whethere I can get a confirmation of the new appointment, the receptionist confused me and another client even though I spoke my name, so we had meaningless time for appointment. It was so dissapointed and fraustrated. If you are going to go here make sure you have several appointments (at least 3 or more) throughout several days or they will cancelle your appointment before 1 day ago from the appointment.

The online booking is very simple and easy to use. Charge is reasonable. Staff there are very nice. X-ray is in the same building in basement, which is nice, I don't have to drive to another place for X-ray. But try to avoid busy time. The waiting is a little bit long. I booked at 1:30pm on Thursday for Express Entry medical exam (only blood test, and X-Ray need to meet with a doctor), arrived 1:18pm. And when I left there (after X-ray at basement floor) it's already 4:30pm. The total time I spend with doctor is only around 10 minutes (9 minutes for blood test and 1 minute for X-ray), the rest 2 and half hours just sit and waiting.

Only suggestion for improvement (not sure if it's possible due to super efficient set-up, which I really appreciated) would be to have the 'weigh-in' a little more private. Very very rude staff. Lack of commitment and high rate of appointment cancelation from their side. They cancelled my appointment once because Dr. Needed to leave sooner. Another time I had an appointment at 3:30, but the receptionist called at 1:30 and asked come now because the Dr. wanted to leave sooner. When I was there, another receptionist was calling customers booked for another day, and was cancelling their appointments for the same reason. Apart from that, when I asked a question about the procedure, she yelled at me very badly and asked me to sit down. I would never recommend this location again.
