Went today to get a vaccination. Dr. Lee was fantastic! Very personable and nice guy :) The reception desk did as they needed to do. Not so personable...but still did the job.

Always had a great experience at this clinic. All doctors are very knowledgeable and staff is very friendly, caring and welcoming. Easy to book an appointment (on call/in person) even during Covid and never had any issues.

Been here only once or twice and I don’t know if I stayed , there was a long wait the one time. But the lady who answers the phone is amazing. I just wanted to post that because so often the receptionists are very rude in busy clinics. This one is so kind and caring and she has a wonderfully bubbly voice. Thank you! I will be going here from now on just for her; you see receptionists more than you see the doctor so it’s important to me to be comfortable. Awesome job :)

This is one of the worst walk in clinics I have ever been at. Waited 1hr and 45min with just 7 people infront of me. Doctors have no sense of urgency or consideration for patients. Avoid this walk in, there is a clinic at Brock and Tauton Rd. That is much better they were unfortunately closed so we tried this one. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Went to the clinic at 3:50pm and they told me that they are closed when they are open actually until 4pm!! No one goes to the doctor for pleasure but because something’s not ok. They could’ve said that the doctor’s not seeing patients anymore, but when on your door it says open and your schedule is not finished you should still see patients!

I went an hour before closing on a weekend, and I called from my car to be seen (because of covid) and I was in the office ten minutes later. Dr.Randhawa was incredibly kind and actually listened to me and my issues. As a woman it's hard to find a doctor, especially male, that takes the time to listen to you and every concern without talking over you and assuming things. This doctor was amazing and I'll be coming to him only if I have an issue in the future.

Good place. Some of the doctors are absolutely amazing but I wasn't especially impressed with Dr. Lee. He wasnt bad by any stretch, he did what I needed him to do, but he interrupted me a fair amount, didn't seem to trust what I was saying about my health, and didn't really check me out too closely. He could improve by being more thorough and listening/trusting his patients a bit more. However, all things considered, this is actually a great walk in clinic.

Don't waste your time going here unless you want to waste half your day sitting in a parking lot. Sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes after being told they would be out in "a bit" before we decided to call them. They then said it would be an hour. After waiting 2 HOURS in the parking lot we were finally called to come in...just to have to wait some more! I will update with how long we will have to wait now.. People do have lives. I called yesterday to book an appointment...all this for a prescription! Absolutely ridiculous.

I was told to wait for an hour to hour and fifteen minutes. I did. Only to check in to find there were still 8 people ahead of me! There were about 5 people in the waiting room when I got there. I left immediately to find another clinic. Disgusting. These Doctors at this "Urgent Care" have no urgency at all. I am urging everyone to avoid this clinic for your health and sanity.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! July 21st. Will not go back. Was there last week to get a dressing for an infected cyst. Receptionist at the initial call was very professional. Was there for maybe 15 minutes and taken in. Happened to be the Doctor herself...Dr Kathy Lee Sang. Sorry to say she isn't the professional she is called to be. Her main aim was to find out & ensure I had taken the covid vaccine. She wanted to know why I had not taken it and tried talking me into taking it. When I did not comply yet listened to her reasoning etc, she said she was talking to "a brick wall"...she said it twice. She glanced at my wound and prescribed antibiotics while i was there in pain and to get a dressing. I dont believe it's her call to force me to get the vaccine because i have my own Dr. However she could have advised me and let me decide. Referring to me as "a brick wall" is very un-professional. I then had to go to Emerg to get it attended to and I must say, there, I encountered a real professional. I called back the clinic and it could have been she who answered the phone.....when I complained how rudely I was treated, she hung up on me. I called again and someone else picked up. When I repeated how I was treated the individual did not want to hear my story and cut me off by asking "ok what can I do for you". I said "nothing" and was just calling to advise her to pass on the information and that I would be informing the body responsible for Drs. to make a complaint. She said it's my perogative and she too hung up. It is a sad state...some spoil the reputation of the many good ones who serve faithfully.

Dr. John Lee is amazing. This clinic is friendly and professional with me always. I have been here many times for different reasons. I cannot speak for the pharmacist store next to this clinic however as I do not go there.

I'm so glad to transfer to this clinic, North Whitby Medical Centre the receptionists are very helpful and professionals, no issues whatsoever. Dr. Lee is very accommodating, and professional, very nice doctor. I had an issue with my medical certificate from my work place and I have to send him twice to resolve the issue and I was able to successfully resolve it. thanks to Dr. Lee. I will recommend this clinic to everyone.

Terrible experience today. Dr. LEE provided my perscription refill for antifungal but would not provide me the note i requested for missing work as I WORK WITH FOOD!!!! After contradicting his partner doctors diagnoses i told him HE was infact wrong as the prescribed drugs have been doing theyre job.

Condescending and dismissive. Told me it was approximately a 2 hr wait for a telephone call with the doctor. I called back after 2.5 hrs and the receptionist said that there are a few other patients the doctor has to speak to before me. Less than two minutes after that, the doctor called me back and spoke in a condescending and dismissive manner.

I was looking to get my TB test read and I waited almost 2 hours. Their system doesn’t make sense. They don’t let you book by appointment. Your car has to be parked outside the clinic and it is only until then that you can register and be put on the list of patients. When I was finally allowed inside, I sat down for 10 seconds. The doctor said that I’m negative and signed my paper. When I arrived at the parking lot, they told me the waiting time is 1 hour but both times I went, I waited 2 hours. Very disappointed

Came here with my 9 month old who had a cold. First time here. Reception was very nice and quick with me. Wait time was not too bad for a walk in. I saw Dr. Lee, he was very nice and thorough with my son. He made him feel quite comfortable when examining him and myself as well.

We had a very good experience from beginning to end. The admin. staff were friendly & welcoming. The doctor was thorough in their assessment, and had an excellent bedside manner. The pharmacy staff were professional & the health teaching was very good. As a nurse myself, I was quite impressed by the care provided here today. Keep up the good work!

Based on the reviews, I have to say, I am really disappointed in this clinic. My wait time to see doctor wasn't too bad, about 45 minutes. Receptionists were nice. However, in a 3 minute session, where doctor barely listened to my lungs nor took into account that I hadn't had any fever, and have a history of asthma and bronchitis, it was determined that I had a bacterial lung infection - pneumonia. Normally diagnosing bacterial lung infections requires X-ray and many suggest bloodwork to determine if it is actually bacteria. Most chest infections are viral! She based the diagnosis on the fact that my sputum was yellow - a theory debunked in multiple studies! I felt very uncomfortable with the diagnosis so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. The second doctor did a much more thorough exam. I did not tell second doctor of history of asthma - she asked! Then checked my oxygen levels (not something done at Whitby north even though I was wheezing quite a bit). My O2 was low and it is determined that while I do indeed have a chest infection it is linked it a cold and asthma. 4 hours and 2 puffers later, I feel significantly better. Antibiotics would not have helped my oxygen. When your oxygen is low you can't fight illness!!!!! I requested bloodwork just in case, so if on the off chance this turns out to be bacterial I will change my review.

Pathetic service. No call back was received from the doctor what so over inspite of a reassurance given by the front desk. Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. I had to go through a 6 hour wait time and to my dismay, was not attended to by Dr. Randhawa's office. Not recommended at all!!!!

Dr Lee has been my doctor since I was a kid. He's fantastic. Other reviews seem to say the doctors are impersonal and or rude. I can only speak for Dr Lee, but he is the opposite. Always nice, straightforward and knowledgeable. For my money he's the best GP in Canada. The few times he wasn't available I saw Dr Randhawa and he, also, was fantastic.

Dr. John Lee is the worst Doctor I have ever encountered. At the end of the day, he doesn't care. Not the kind of guy you want to trust with your medical issues. Hes misdiagnosed me multiple times and has now wasted a full year of my life by continuing to ignore very obvious issues. I don't know how he actually became a doctor. If you're going to take peoples lives into your hands, maybe you should do it correctly?

Called at 8 am this morning to set up a time for me to come in and renew some paperwork for modified. My doctor handling the case leaves at noon. They didn't call me until 11:52 informing me I had 8 minutes to get from my house (Simcoe and bond) to the medical center before the doctor responsible for my case leaves for the day and that if I wanted my paper work to be renewed on time. I now have to call in sick to work tomorrow because the paperwork won't be in on time. This clinic is a joke

It said it is open untill 3:30 so we came at 1:30, and there was a note on the door "closed because of the high volume on clients." The door was unlocked so we went in anyways and there was 4 people waiting. Then they turned away my 4 month old baby.

3 times in 3 weeks I’ve been here since I was misdiagnosed. I get here today, place is empty, I’m here 15 minutes early. Yet an hour later I’m still waiting to get an appointment with 5 other people who came after me going in front of me. Why am I waiting this long just to get the wrong information on my condition? Before this I found out from another doctor I had pinched nerves. The doctors here told me for months not to worry about the back pain and just stretch. Didn’t tell me to get an x ray or anything. Seemed like they just wanted me out as quick as possible. The doctors are very nice here I will give them that.

Sloooooooow!! They don't take their first patient until 8:30 although they open at 8am. With 4 people ahead of me, it took 1 hr and 25 minutes. It was mind boggling. Lots of other options out there.

Can’t speak on all the doctors here, I can only speak on my experience with Dr.Jauhari. I respect her profession, but my experience with her hasn’t been pleasant. It’s not that she doesn’t know what she is doing, it’s the fact that she doesn’t care one bit. It’s impossible getting any sort of information from her, I feel uncomfortable in her office as majority of the time it’s dead silence. When I ask her questions pertaining to why I’m there, it’s seems as if I’m bothering her. I can honestly say I leave her office more confused then when I go in, I have friends and family that are in healthcare advise me it is unacceptable she acts this way. I hope this review sparks some sort of change for the better, I am now in the search of a new family doctor.

I have the worst experience in here.the phone receptionist is very rude.i had an accident and wanted to follow-up with the doctor so I called there.At 1st the receptionist said she can not hear me so she asked me to speak loud.Then after maybe 1 minutes she is said rudely stop yelling at me which is very very unprofessional.What she wanted me to do she is the one who wanted me to speak loud as she said she can't hear me. Well,we go to the the doctor office because we are sick somehow we need help.but this is very unfortunate that we have to get this kind of experience from the place where we suppose to get caring behavior.
