Absolutely furious with this clinic. Firstly, I called BEFORE hand to make sure that my aprazolam prescription could be temporarily filled out until my next family doctor appointment. The nurse I spoke to on the phone said "Yup absolutley, we can fill that out for you" and I replied "Ok ill be there". So I walk to this establishment, waited for a good 2.5 hours just for the doctor to waltz in the room. As I am explaining why I need the 16 or so pills until my next appointment, because my appt on thursday was not booked there was some mix up. He cuts me off and says "WE DON'T PRESCRIBE THIS HERE"... and I am shocked because I swore the nurse told me they COULD DO IT. and then he had the nerve to tell me "Your too young to be on these meds"... HEY I DONT THINK SO CAUSE IF THAT WAS TRUE, I WOULN'T BE PRESCRIBED THESE NOW WOULD I?.... absolutely ridiculous I wasted 3.5 hours to get absolutely no where... pathetic. The only place this got me too is now I do not have my medication to keep me healthy. And also I want to punch that doctor directly in the throat. :)

3 star rating: Stephanie, one of the nurses, is absolutely one of the most patient and kind health care providers I've dealt with. When I went into the clinic she was very polite, professional and understanding. The doctor who I saw was tied up with another patient in the next room and came to see me VERY briefly to "get me out of the way" so he could go back to the other patient. I understand that patients are seen based on priority however I don't believe he was thorough enough. I would have preferred that I was informed I would be waiting a little longer as the doctor was running behind rather than a 2 minute interaction with the doctor. I would return to this clinic because of Stephanie as I was able to follow up with her a few days after. The reason for the 3 star rating is because of how RUDE the secretaries are. If they are reading this right now please be reminded that you are seeing people at their worst. You are dealing with patients who are vulnerable and ill. You may be imindated with phone calls, paper work and stacks of files but imagine you were on the other side of that counter.

Review for Covid19 Testing for Traveling. Overall experience was excellent! Our customer support agent was responsive and thorough, booked our appointment and communicated all the steps to us as well as the Health Clinic Registered Nurse. She even went ahead to look for the nearest office to our location to better facilitate our needs! The nurse at Woodbridge MCI was also fantastic. She arrived early, and was able to start our paperwork and do the test early. We were in and out of the doctor's office within 20 minutes. So why the low score? While test result times may vary, we were specifically told that our results would be available within 24-36 hours. Unfortunately, our results were not available for almost 48 hours and I had to reach out to our agent to email the results to us... 15 minutes before boarding. Doing necessary traveling during pandemic is stressful enough, but having to wait until literally boarding the flight (and having to call our agent for results at 7:30am) really amped the stress up for us. So while the service, support, and testing were all superb, it is hard to give MCI The Doctor's Office a higher score simply due to the fact that they very nearly failed to deliver.

Dr Monson is a greedy liar. My wife got referred to her for skin tags removal. After agreeing on a fixed price and treatment plan on the first visit, she changed the tune n wanted to charge thrice the amount on next visit and started to flip. Remember you might have many patients but as a patient we only deal with one doc, so we can never misunderstand the cost esp when its not covered by OHIP.., such a waste of time and referral.. bait n switch tactics. Be aware!!

I am so impressed with the front reception staff and medical team. Receptionist was so helpful on the phone. I am totally blown away with Dr. Wong. Such a caring and patient doctor who doesn't rush you and tries his very best to help you. I waited 2 hours to see him today and it was totally worth the wait. Best walk in clinic!!!

The nurse and front desk staff were lovely and quick. I did however have a problem with the doctor himself. I came in with my ADHD diagnosis and two of my past empty prescription bottles and asked for a refill on my Concerta. The doctor proceeded to make me feel as if I was doing something illegal and shady by asking for my medication. As if I did not really have ADHD and was just going to "sell it on the streets". People like this are the reason Mental Health Awareness is such a big issue and many do not come forward. How could a doctor possibly make me feel so bad about something that I genuinely need to be a productive member of society? Turns out this guy also has a restricted licence for something he says happened "many years ago in parkdale". Why make me feel guilty and like scum for asking for something that you are not even legally able to prescribe?

Dr. Wong was so fantastic, he listens and asks questions and really makes you feel like he's interested in your well being. He also doesn't sugar coat, which I respect. The receptionists and nurses are also exemplary, very professional. I didn't wait more than 25 minutes to see a doctor as a walk in, which was nice as well. Thank you to the whole staff for a great experience.

I called on a Sunday and was greeted ever so kindly with a male reception, amadeo. One can tell he loves his job. He was so helpful with making me understand how the clinic is working during this pandemic. Then after A nurse called me Jean and was helpful for transferring me to the dr. Major. He called me and he was so kind and helpful as well. The doctor didn’t rush me and was able to be patient with me. This place is so professional and one of my easiest The reception, nurse and Doctor on Sundays are one of the greatest. It definitely made my first visit easy and bearable especially during these difficult times. Thank you MCI Woodbridge.

I would never even give it a half star. Looking at your 2.5 * I should not have came here. Never again. 2 hrs waited outside and 40 mins waited in the small room to see a Dr for one min. 2 people were before me. Go somewhere els with better service. THE DR WAS REALLY REALLY NICE!

very long wait time and very grumpy staff at the front desk.I've said it a thousand times if you hate your job quit. one guy was on the phone with his mom while i waited in front of him for 6 minutes. maybe wait till your break to talk to mommy . its a place you go when everything else is closed and that's my reason for the 2 STAR

I honestly love this walk-in and the staff on Wednesday’s and Sunday’s. However one doctor (she works Fridays usually) at this clinic is terrible. The nurse came in and checked if I had any allergies to medication. (Yes I do and it was written in my chart). The doctor came in, already rushing from showing up an hour late to clinic, prescribed me some quick meds and passed me along. Knowing better from previous interactions with her, I double checked my prescription. She prescribed me the EXACT medication I previously told the nurse (now 2 hours ago) that I was anaphylactic allergic too. I waited nearly two hours, patiently. I at least expect some half decent care. This is the third times she’s brushed me off. I am sorry but if your going to this clinic avoid Fridays.

Worst clinic. If you have an appointment to see the allergy doctor better not to waste your time. After one hour of waiting, the doctor still wasn't ready to see me. the doctor kept talking walk-in patients while i waited for an hour. What't the point of having an appointment to see a specialist if that same doctor is taking walk-in people as they come in. i actually left because i would have been there all day. get your family doctor to send you to a different place for allergy testing or be prepared to camp out all day as walk-in people get put in ahead of you even though you've been waiting much longer.

The doctors at this clinic are amazing. The wait time is a bit long, however, it is a walk-in and they cannot predict how many people will walk in. When it is your turn though, the doctors take their time to ask you questions to determine the best course of action. I will not go anywhere else.

The nurses there are horrible, came here a couple times, they gave me a hard time. If it wasn't because their doctors are relatively responsible I would never come back!!! So be prepared when you go there, especially if you are trying to get some help from the nurses.

Nice new larger facility, same friendly staff and great Doctors (Tesler, Wong, Major to name a few). Convenient having the family Doctor working out of here as well. Wait times are consistent with any walk-in but I have rarely been disappointed here. This is my "go to" walk-in clinic!

Waited two hrs, sixth in line. The Dr T was more worried about prescribing alternative “Pellets” (after Communicating to her I was not interested) she still prescribed it instead of anti inflammatory for a swollen foot due to a sport injury. I called after I left because I felt I was tricked and I needed to get the swelling down on my foot and she now won’t prescribe an anti inflammatory until after x-ray which of course is a week away. The nurse told me the Dr said to get the over the counter inflammatory. The same attitude I got from her in the office. Well I guess she got the last laugh Wow. If your not on board with alternative medicine don’t go here. What a waste of time and disappointment.

Probably the most useless walk in ever. Came here because their online wait time said 10 minutes and it was just updated, arrived with one other person in the waiting room and left 2 hours later. Never going back to this doctors office again. I went in about a month ago and left blood samples that had to be sent off to a lab. A month went by and the office never called me back to inform me whether or not the results came back. I had to go in myself and ask about them, wait an hour to meet with the doctor, which set my treatment back. I should have been done my medication by now, instead I haven’t even started.

Literally putting a one star because I cant leave a comment with out it. I came to this clinic and saw Dr. Beshoy Awad. WORST most UNPROFESSIONAL Dr. I have ever seen. I really question that he even is a Dr. Because everything I said he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and only god a bunch of I don't knows. I took time from work and my day to see a Dr and help address my problem the least you can do is listen. from when he walked in he was slouching, rolling his eyes huffing and puffing barley listening very judgmental, didn't document anything i was saying. and just replied makes no sense I don't know without any alternatives. over all WORST experience EVER. Worst "Dr" ever.

Do not waste your time with MCI. They are doing the absolute bare minimum and you will not be seen by a doctor. When I finally had a chance to speak to a doctor over the phone (Dr. T) he was very rude and unhelpful.

The worse clinic in the Woodbridge! I sow doctor on walk-in basis and requested the MRI requisition. Few days ago, nurse called to fill out some questions ,(we did over the phone), next day she called me again to come back she forgot to ask me to put signature and to do blood. She was very rude, nobody say any excuse. From my point of view, both of them are unprofessional, do not carry about patients.Nurse is very poorly trained, clinic suppose to have more professional stuff ( at least nurses).

When I read about long wait times, I thought it's because many people come here. I came here when they open at 9am and had only 4 people before me. It's been 2 hours and I'm yet to see a doctor. So when people say long wait times, it's because the doctor is taking his sweet time. Never coming back. I ended up leaving. I never had to wait this long at any walk-in clinics. Ridiculous!!!

Extremely long wait times. The office staff and management lack infrastructure. Huge delays in getting my report, after visiting Dr. S Gupta. This dermatologist is just okay, nothing special. All MCI clinics are the same across the GTA.

don’t waste your time going to this clinic. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room, just to be brought into the examination room and wait another hour just to see the doctor. the doctor told me the nurse would come see me in a couple of minutes. Clearly we have different perceptions of how long a few minutes is. ALL OF THIS WAIT FOR WHAT YOU MIGHT ASK? a simple injection that took literally 2 seconds to administer. Extremely frustrated. It’s ridiculous how a medical practice like this is being run, and after reading other reviews, clearly I’m not the first one to have experienced this.

Had a walkin appointment with Dr. Geoffrey Stevens was extremely rude and had no bed side manners. More interested in me coming back for seperate visits then dealing with my issues. Cant help that i had two infections and a stomach pain. Next time better off going to the hospital. In the end he saw me through each issue, but not without giving me a lecture about what patients need to understand with regards to how ohip has regulations. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor. They definitely dont have doctors like they used too. On a better note Dr. Wong at this clinic is amazing, he should give Dr. Stevens some training on how to treat patients. I have been coming to this since it was on Marycroft it has gone down hill.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I always have the same issues every time I come here! I was told wait time is about an hour it’s been past an hour and I’m still sitting here and have not been called in yet. They take people in who came after me before me! Why is this called a walk in clinic if your going to take patients in before others who have been waiting for so long. Most of the nurses are rude and don’t like it when you ask how long the wait is. Last time I came here for blood work the nurse didn’t use gloves until I told her to put gloves on!

I have a family doctor elsewhere but he gets booked up a lot so I’ve been coming here for years whenever my doctor is too busy. In the past handful of years I’ve seen four different doctors here at MCI, some more frequent than others, but they are all excellent doctors. Very professional, kind and understanding, very thorough and I feel well taken care of. The nursing staff are excellent in the same regard. When my family doctor eventually retires I plan to seek a new family doctor from MCI’s roster. Doctors Wong, Tassone, and Major are all excellent doctors. The medical team is also great with kids and I bring my children here as well. So why only 4 stars? I dropped a star from a perfect 5 because my experiences with the reception staff have been hit or miss. There are those who are friendly and attentive, and those who are borderline rude or take too long to get back to me with an inquiry. But overall, the quality of the medical team is so good I can overlook the issues with reception. I will continue to visit this clinic.

Poor service would never go here again or would recommend anyone. My 2 yr old had a bloody forehead. Closing in half hour and no one was outside. They said we have 4 people inside sorry have a nice day. Will never go here again and wouldn't recommend anyone either.

Had a facial treatment today from Alexandra and it was sooooo relaxing and soothing! Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for something that rejuvenates your skin, cleans your pores, and the shoulder and head massage was actually well above average as well! If there was a 6th star to give I would!

Had an appointment with Dr. Mikelova at 3pm. The night before we had a sudden death in the family. I was dealing with arrangements and showed up there at 415pm. I usually wait an hour or 2 when Iam at the clinic anyway. I figured this wouldnt be an issue. On top of it all i had pneumonia. I explained to the reception my situation and asked if she would see me. I didnt know if i was having a reaction to my meds or some kind of anxiety attacks. Either way I was not feeling well. This Dr pretty much turned me away. I was in shock...needless to say Ill be taking my file and moving on from her.

MCI is the worst. The government needs to have a look at this place. My doctor was great, but the office administrators need to be replaced. They do not alert you that your appointment is coming up. They do not alert you that they are changing location. I made my way to the office only to find it closed and no new address posted on the door. For all I knew they simply went out of business. I'm giving it one star because it won't let me post my comment otherwise. Stay away from the shoddy business. Stay away!

I have deeply cut my finger just after 4pm and tried calling the clinic. Opening hours that day were until 5 p.m. Nobody answered and it said the phones were busy. I arrived at 4:30 and the receptionist refused to process me and said that the doctor does not take in any patients after 3:30 p.m. Why are the hours listed until 5 p.m.? The clinic was EMPTY. Why were the phones not being answered. My condition was not life-threatening, but I would hate to see someone else drive over with a more urgent issue and be refused treatment. My hand was bleeding a lot and I insisted on speaking with the doctor to see what my next steps should be. The doctor refused to see me. As I have stated, the clinic was completely empty. They said that doctor was "at capacity". The doctor on duty was Erfanfar. Extremely unprofessional and compassionless.

You'll receive nothing but rudeness, incompetence, lack of care, lack of empathy, lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge. All of the above applies to the doctors, nurses and secretaries(not all). The atmosphere is miserable, the nurses are idiots and one in particular is especially rude and bitter. The doctor's are little boys dressed up in Halloween costumes. They don't know whats going on, they act like they don't give a damn and they don't. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!!!

I am shocked by the low ratings. This is a really good office and my doctor is amazing. I think walk-ins get frustrated not realizing that for some, this is our family doctor and we have appointments, and I can certainly understand people get frustrated when feeling ill. Be kind and stay safe and please realize everyone is trying their best these days.
