I really like this clinic and am very glad to have Dr Strike as my family Dr. Everyone is very professional and the clinic is always clean. Staff are also very efficient and helpful.

For the most part the ladies are great. However, it's 9:40 AM and the phones were supposed to be answered by 9am yet I'm still getting last night's closed messaged. You might as well just walk in to book an appointment because you'll never reach them by phone.

Dr Kelly and Dr. Webber are the best in town. I had them for my first pregnancy and now my second. I would recommend them anytime.

Closed 25 minutes prior to posted time. Neither women in reception that saw me would come to the door and instead just motioned they were closed. Don't post times that aren't accurate?

I haven't had an issue with this clinic. A few times I was left on hold then the line hangs up but that doesn't bother me. They are a busy clinic. Very accommodating and helpful.

I have nothing but the best to say about both staff and doctors at Lancaster. Phone staff have always been wonderful. They are extremely busy, but have always had the time to deal with any issues I've had. My doctor, Dr. Chopra, has been amazing. Always takes the time, is diligent, caring, and knows her stuff. I am so grateful to have found Lancaster.

This place seems very incompetent. Their mother/sister office referred me to them stating that they have a new doctor, Dr. Tiffany Chow, taking on new patients. I called a month ago..told put on a list and would hear from them within 2-4 weeks. Called today...a month later and they don't know if I am on the list or not and only one person is able to get to the list to see and isn't there today? Also, still cannot tell me when they are going to get around to calling me. They just don't seem to care about the quality of service they are giving to people nor what happens to people trying to get in. If such issues are there before even belonging to the service...I can't imagine what it will be like going there...so on the hunt for somewhere else....after a MONTH of waiting for nothing!

All the doctors are very nice and professional except some of the newly appointed staffs at reception are rude.

I called a few weeks ago and receptionist hangs up on me. I call back yesterday and receptionist hang up on me again, on multiple occasions on different days, seems like it's a normal thing for them - how rude especially when you calling about serious issue. You hold on the line way too long. (My gf was receptionist at another clinic and she would get fired if she made people wait on the line for 20 minutes.) Cant even call to book appointment. Receptionists and receptionists procedures need to change for the better. On the other hand, family doctor is great!

I recently found out I was pregnant and I do not have a family doctor. I called numerous places asking if they were taking new patients and before I could event explain why the answer was always "no, and a hang up" I called Lancaster medical earlier this week and the lady who answered the phone, I believe her name was Sarah was SO kind. She said they weren't accepting new patients but unlike everyone else, asked questions as to why I was looking for a new doctor. When I told her I found out I was pregnant she said that she would be able to help and booked me in with Dr. Murley and three days later I already had my first appointment booked. I met both today for the first time and after having lost a son to SIDS and experienced a miscarriage, the staff at Lancaster Medical is exactly what I needed to calm my nerves down. Melissa, who helped the nurse was so kind, Dr. Murley was incredibly genuine and the admin, Sarah I believe is the perfect person for a first point of contact as she is incredibly kind, patient and listens..

2013 ,Thurs 30 May …… 11:15am returning a call to the clinic , 1st call…..line busy, 2nd call……line busy , 3rd call ……reply “please hold “, 11:40 still holding ,…..line cut off, 4th call 11:40am ,…… auto message “office closed from 12:00 for lunch. “ This happens frequently so patience is necessary. Gail Weber is very recommendable when it comes front line medical care. The support staff at the Lancaster clinic will require your patience. Take care when dealing with the small plump receptionist who is incompetent and as above not too committed to reception duties. Likewise it is wise to keep an eye on the nurse who shares a similar work outlook and an IQ score unlikely to reach above single digit level.
