Irresponsible!!! The doctor doesn't care about her patients. She didn't return my phone call. The receptionist actually hung up the phone on me and when I tried to call back she doesn't answer during the hours. Irresistible, unreliable!!!! The hours sucks why would you even bother to open at all!!!!

It's hard to get a young female family doctor, let alone one who cares about you. Caring is the most important part, the wait times are fine for doctors in Canada. I've never waited more than a half hour with appointments. Dr. Cheema, listens(and hears you) wants what's best for you and if she's not the person you need to talk to she'll get you a referral to a specialist. Too many doctors don't listen, don't care, and practice the "suck it up" routine. I spent nearly 10 years without a family doctor and now travel almost 2 hours and take time off work to see her when I need to. Worth it.

I am here in Canada since 19 years. Changed many doctors due to transfers at work. So far, this the best doctor I've ever seen in my life. Very professional. Always squeeze me in for the same day. No waiting time. Very particular about her time and values patients time too. Very patient and friendly. Staff is very helpful and always smiling. So far in 4 years i have had no issues with her. Highly recommended.

Overall low quality doctor. Empathetic? No. Addresses your concerns? No. Cares? No. Punctual? Yes. Because she is running a volume shop. By the time you are around the 10-15 min mark talking with her, she will already be up by the door moving along to another person. I went to her with a few concerns and she actually said only one issue per visit. No sense of caring for her patients. I went to her based on the "good" reviews I saw which do not represent her practice at all. To be honest, I don't even know if she's competent or not just by the sheer lack of effort and care she shows her patients. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Dr Kiran and her team members are best in helping and caring, I had my Eczema issue from more than a year, I found myself helpless, I tried various ointments, creams, herbal stuff etc. in curing it, but Dr Cheema suggested me some medication which really worked well to cure, it is almost gone, moreover second experience with my lower back pain - that one is also handled very well and it is in a improving stage, Heartily thank you to Dr Kiran and her team member,

Best Doctor I've had in Canada. Won't jump to conclusion and takes time to listen to patient's concern. Never had to wait for longer than 15 min of appointment time to be seen which is rare in our healthcare system. Dr. Cheema also takes family appointments and are willing to extend the appointment time to discuss with each family member.

I have never encountered such a careless and rude physician in my life. She will cut you off mid-sentence, minimize your concerns, and is always in a rush to leave the room. The office is also very mismanaged, I’ve had paperwork misplaced and been given incorrect information due to disorganization. I don’t know how this office is still running. Please believe these reviews from real patients and don’t waste your time and jeopardize your health by choosing Dr. Cheema as your health care provider.
