It is wonderful to have this doctor's office in town. Friendly staff, they have a clear menu on their phone that helps you make the right choice.

Friendly atmosphere but hard to get in touch with. Office hours are not exactly as posted. Can be frustrating to reach, and often not same day appointment in case of cough or cold. Good once you can get in though.

Kim's a great nurse practitioner. Nothing positive to say about Hutton but the negative side is that they're nearly impossible to reach by phone, and they dont bother to return your voicemails. Two separate occasions I've left messages and I have to keep calling back in the days after to reach someone. Update: Had an appointment for my 2nd ultrasound at BMI (Brantford medical imaging) and they told me I needed to bring in 2 forms because my doctor's office never faxed them. Called Huttons inquiring about it 3 weeks before the ultrasound and the receptionist had no clue which forms I was talking about, so I asked her to ask Kim to fax them in. The receptionist said "If I were you I would just go in assuming they'll have the forms." I was quite taken aback and repeated the request for her to ask Kim about faxing the forms in. The day before my ultrasound and the morning of I called them repeatedly but there was no answer. Went to ultrasound, they never received the forms. I had to drive from brantford to st george with blank forms for them to fill out, they told me they were too busy to do it that day. (Dr Hutton was standing behind the receptionist doing what looked like nothing at all) So I called BMI and asked if Hutton could fill the forms out the next day and fax them, they reluctantly agreed but told me I'd have to drive back into Brantford tomorrow to get bloodwork done. So I said yes that's fine, told the receptionist and she said it would get done. Me: "Do you have their fax number to send the forms?" Her: "Yes, its Westside Obstetrics, right?" Me: "No. Its Brantford Medical Imaging!" I almost burst into tears right then and there. Several weeks later I scheduled an appointment for a tDap vaccine. Showed up and they had no idea why I was there. The nurse thought I was there for my first prenatal visit. I informed them that they referred me to Dr. Sorge for my prenatal and I was here for a Whooping Cough vaccine, but they'd run out of Adacel the day before so that was another waste of time and gas. Going back on the 7th, we'll see if they can get it right this time.
