The waiting was short and the doctor was really nice. For some reason both the receptionists did not wear masks or face shields, make me feel a bit unsafe since the covid19 cases numbers are high now.

It is a busy office but it is to be expected when doing immigration medicals. I found both of the receptionists to be very nice. Yes sometimes they can be cold but when your swamped with calls, and hundreds of people going in and out and doing all the necessary paperwork it can be hard to be excited. They are busy and they are doing there best. The office is in a good location (parking is not the greatest, but that's not the fault of the Doctors). Dr. Zatzman is awesome! He is kind, funny and very personable. I highly recommend him for immigration medicals. I understand the other reviewers concerns but if you stop and think about it the receptionists are human, mistakes can happen. You need to be a bit more understandable. All in All A+ for this Doctor and his office.

I tried to contact their office for nearly 2 hours by phone and email since their office opened and no one answers. The phone does not even take you to voicemail to leave a message. I am very disappointed in their service. I tried another office that does medical appointments for US immigration and they answered on the first ring. I will be sure to take my business there instead.

I have no complaints with the doctor. He is very nice professional and a respectful person. I highly recommend Dr Zatzman but the staff is very unprofessional i m calling at the office all day no response they don’t pick calls and the medical centre reception also don’t pick calls they don’t help customers in case of any urgent or any wrong information i just wanted to change my address on my medical application but they don’t want to help it seems. Staff should be aware of calls in such cases.

Terrible experience. My appointment was at 9.15am. I waited till 11 am and asked receptionist. She just said: 'I'm processing with appointment at 9：15' rudely with no apologize. I left with doing no test. Never come to this point.

Our appointment was at 9:30 am. We arrived at 9:20 am and now it is 10:43 they just finished the check in for us. We brought all the material we need and the other reception took at least 6 patients during the same period. A guy got appointment at 10:15 am and he got in before us among others who arrived after us. Be professional, don’t chat with others when a customer is waiting right in front of you especially when he waited for an hour.

Appointment was booked for 11:15 am and asked to arrive at 11:00 , seen by Dr at 1:15 am. Waiting area was so cold, air conditioner was on! Reception ignored to heat up. We both catch cold!

I had a great experience here doing my immigration medical Exam. Dr. Ian Zatzman was very friendly. He addressed all my questions and concerns. The receptionists were very friendly as well. The only delay was at the lab. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have to say, I had a wonderful experience with this office. I've only been there once , today. Judy was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She made it very easy for me and helped me along the way to ensure I did everything correct. Also, Dr. Ian was great! Explained everything very clearly and took his time with me regarding the process. Thanks so much to all the staff!

Just unacceptable. Show up on time, even for the first appointment of the day, and wait for hours. Several times they've just cancelled appointments without telling me. Fire your admins! No decency or respect for anyone.

AVOID THIS CLINIC. Staff is rude and unprofessional, they made spelling mistakes on the lab forms and we nearly missed our interview at the consulate due to delays by the staff at this clinic.

I don't recommend this Doctor to anybody. He is rather a businessman than a Doctor . He couldn't care less what happens to you as long as he can make more money by making you running around for meaningless tests which is done within his own location or his friends. Stay away from him at all cost .

Alert: THE RECEPTIONIST DOESN'T WEAR A MASK. Can't believe this happens in a clinic! The other receptionist is super rude as if she doesn't want foreigners to come to Canada, so she's trying to make everything difficult to people who want to do an immigration/visa medical exam.

AVOID. The receptionists were exceptionally rude and as it turns out, utterly incompetent. The doctor was lovely, professional and friendly, everything you want in a medical professional. Despite having entered my details in the booking portal as being a UK Citizen, then informing them face to face that I was from the UK and that they held my entire family of 4’s UK passports, they STILL entered the details of my passport issuing country as Ireland. $700 for paperwork that is completely useless.

This place is the worst to come for medical examination for immigration services. Been waiting here for hours after taking an appointment. Process is slow and staff doesn't know how to take care of clients.
