I wish they have 0 star option. Really unprofessional staff and doctor. They told me to wait for 1:30 hour for flu shots but i have waited there for 5 hours and when my turn came the doctor told me to comeback after 1 month . Seriously they wasted my 5 hours even they know i pregnant and waited so long. Disgusting staff and they don’t have any manners and such a greedy doctor.

Extremely unprofessional staff and very rude doctor (dr. nanar). Almost seems like they only enjoy communicating with their own kind. They talk to each other with a smile but anyone else gets unessecary attitude. Don't even think to ask them about the wait time as they will respond "I dunno 1 hour maybe". I ended up waiting 3.5 hrs while people walked in and got served (they don't take appointments). I go into the office now for the doctor to fill out my medical and he flings my health card across the table like an animal and says "just get a stamp at the front desk" and runs out of the room. I was standing right beside him so why not just hand it to me politely? He was supposed to write up a receipt before leaving so I had to stand in the hallway waiting for him to finish up with another patient (as told by the receptionist). Then he writes it and shoves it in my hand "here". Thank GOD for my common sense otherwise I would have walked out of the office without asking the receptionist to finish filling out what he was supposed to. I don't get it. Why work in this field if it makes you miserable and unhappy? If you only want certain people coming to your clinic then don't work here - move to a different environment. SMH, just sad.

This clinic is the WORST, They're very unprofessional and rude. The waiting time is about 5 hours- which is ridiculous and they still continue to take on more patients then they can manage, the line goes from inside the office to outside in the hallway. The receptionist is RUDE and doesn't like to give you a straight forward answer and doesn't know what to say. This place needs a better system on how they operate. As soon as you walk in it's dusty, and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in YEARS - it's very unsanitary. Don't come to this clinic, EVER. it's the worst practice ever.

WOW. Trusted this doctor, never felt so disappointed..Let me start off by saying the receptionist was very rude, clearly didn't care about anything but being on her cell phone while i waited patiently at the front to ask her a question. The clinic is very dirty and looks as if no one has cleaned it in months, there should be government standards of cleanliness when it comes to doctor's offices. Now for the doctor.. doesn't fully explain anything, you feel rushed so he can move onto the next person. Not helpful at all and couldn't even bother to further investigate my symptoms. Not sure how he is still allowed to practice in Ontario. I would never trust him again with my health care. People beware..think again before stepping foot into this clinic. Sad to see how the Canadian healthcare just allows anyone to be licensed and take care of people.

I would give 5 stars to Doctor but rating 1 star because of the service and experience provided by staff. Lady in the morning shift switched the forms and sent the people came after me, to be precise, they didn’t left anything before. They came after me got information and filled information in front of me exactly what i did. But they went inside for medical within 5 , 10, 30 minutes while me and other few patients were waiting for more than 3 hours for same medical. When we asked the receptionist she said they are sending turn wise, clearly she was lying. Really disappointed.

If wish i could give him zero star. Be aware and find some other choice . I would recommend this doc only and only for truck medical !!!! But only if u r free for whole day!! Not sure u gonna wait there for 2-3 hours!! Now about receptionist no manner how to talk with patients!! Worst experience and once you gave money to them don’t expect you will get back !!

Dr. Nanar is the best doctor I saw in Peel region , he is highly experienced physician , with accurate recommendations of prescription. His advise is very useful. He is also a generous soul. Beyond all odds of waiting times etc. I always prefer and recommend to see him for the right advise.

Guy’s pls don’t go to this clinic because first they said wait for 2 hrs than again for 1 hrs and after that u have to go back without check up so now it’s up to you You guys wanna waste your time here or find another one . i read the reviews before coming and prepared myself lol. i don’t know what’s up with all the negative reviews. i arrived around 8:30 and wrote my name on the waiting list and when clinic opened at 10am, all it took was 15 minutes. east indian receptionist and doctor both were very nice however the old south indian woman was very bitchy to the younger woman but she wasn’t dealing with patients. its a busy place so if you go early you ll be good

Zero star due to Receptionist behaviour. My turn on the paper was 9 th but she put 6 more ahead of me and spent 2 hours. Then ultrasound report came to their office next day but no body called even next day of the report they did receive. When I called on third day They said there is something in the report you have to come to see the Doctor tomorrow coz they are already closed at 12 o’clock. This is worst I think when they don’t call even if there is something wrong in the test report.

Dr Nanar is very accomodating and always available. People have to understand some patients leave their health card and get in line and come back later. So they are not going before you . He works really hard and Ive seen him working hours after closing time so he doesnt have to turn away people.

I hope they have 0 star option . Like they wasted my 4 hours just sitting over there for a medical checkup .I got a day off from my work for getting some of my works done. Just because of there greedy slow service my whole day went waste. If you guys are not having sufficient staff why do you keep getting peoples in. I wish I could give 0 stars, the doctor did not recognize the symptoms of high cholesterol for my mother and she suffered from angina, because of that. That is for sure that she built it overtime but he never told us that she has got high cholesterol levels, Please see another doctor. The staff is lame and rude. The doctor only treats patients if he feels like. He is only expert in giving cold and flu medicines Or I should say only writing antibiotics prescriptions.

The worst experience ever! After waiting for 4 hours, he comes in without any greeting and asking all personal non related questions. Unprofessional and unforgivable experience. I had a visitor patient and he didn’t have the health card . I paid cash for the service but Dr Nanar didn’t hesitate to examine the patient. I will never go back to him and I do not suggest him to anyone.

Find better options. The receptionist alone is what caused me to not want to go to this clinic. Very rude, very short, will cut you off every chance she gets. Will hang up on you before you're even done talking. Not worth it.

Not even worthy of one star. Worst clinic I have ever been to. Don't waste your time, this clinic prioritizes the men that come in for medicals for truck licenses over the sick and injured. When I calmly addressed that 5 men were pushed ahead of me, the receptionist was very rude and told me that the doctor wants to finish those that are there for medicals first. How is that fair to those patients that have been waiting in a queue for hours on end. This clinic is only concerned about cash in hand since those that pay $50 cash for medicals are seen before anyone and everyone else. After visiting this clinic I finally understand all the poor ratings. The wait isn't worth it. Dr.nanar doesn't even bother to properly diagnose patients, he wants patients to keep returning so that his practice can stay running. Even if you don't go to the clinic with a sickness you will end up leaving with one since your basically in a small waiting room full of people that are sick for hours and hours. The first time I visited this clinic was 15 years ago and it still looks and operates the same, in serious need of upgrades and better receptionists.
