Very happy with my virtual appointment. Was about 15 mins later than scheduled but understandably, as they are busy. The doctor very was nice, explained how the virtual/phone visit would work and quickly faxed my RX to my pharmacy. The online booking option was easy to use. Overall I am very impressed and certainly not hesitate to use again.

I don't usually like leaving reviews, but my experience with DialADoc was honestly amazing. Signed up online (only phone number is required), and a physician called me in an hour! Talked me through my symptoms, and faxed a prescription to my closest pharmacy. So quick, so easy, and it's covered by OHIP!

The doctors call back within 24 hrs. They are polite and listen to you to fully explain what's happening. I feel that they show a lot of sincere concern and are willing to help in any way they can. Highly recommend!!!

I got my call for my appointment with a doctor, but no call from the doctor. The doctor was supposed to call me 4 days ago between 1:40 and 2:40. I'm still waiting.

The doc I talked to was plesent enough and he helped me after I explained my problem. I think this service is the way of the future. This service will keep patients safer also by not visiting Dr. Offices where it is so easy to catch something you don't want. Dr's offices aren't kept clean I should know, I have experienced blood on the floors and seats as well as other contaminants. Dialadoc-Online will most likely become the new normal and it's about time too.

Telehealth gave me the dialadoc.ca website to contact. Very easy process and short questionnaire when I first searched the website. Then I was able to schedule an appointment when submitting my medical concerns. I didn't wait to be called for the virtual appt as I was able to book it myself. Dr. Mark Auspitz from Toronto called me and only 15 minutes late which is expected at a busy clinic. He was respectful, efficient and caring and faxed my prescription to my Kitchener pharmacy. I recommend this virtual clinic when your family physician isn't available.

My experience with Dialadoc-online walk in clinic was great. I really recommend using this service if you want to get professional advice for something that does not require physical attention. The nurse and doctor were both very professional, helpful, and kind. I really hope this service will continue after the pandemic. It is so great to be able to talk to a doctor without having to go into a clinic. It is almost impossible to get an appointment with my family doctor and difficult to get an appointment that fits with my work schedule. Dialadoc was easy to contact, the nurse gave me a time-frame the doctor would call me, and I received great advice and a prescription faxed to my local pharmacy. Definitely recommend this service!

Doctor not only called to discuss my medical concerns, he consequently sent me a Requisition form to have bloodwork done. As soon as they were available, THANKFULLY, another doctor promptly called me, during the WEEKEND no less, to let me know that the results of my blood test were very concerning. He guided me as to what my next course of action should be. I can't thank the doctors enough for helping me deal with a completely unexpected health issue, while keeping me from having to go to a hospital which I was very nervous about having to do during this Coronavirus pandemic. Thank you very much for thinking about us patients, doctors, by creating this service and making it available to us during the pandemic!

Dial a doc was recommended to me by my pharmacist. I called, booked an online appointment, a Doc called within 20 minutes of the appointment time. I described my symptoms (shingles, painful) and within 4 hours was able to pic up medication from my local pharmacy. What a relief, literally and figuratively speaking. No need for a long wait at emerge for a relatively textbook case, that even I recognized. So glad this service exists! It was smooth and seamless.
