This place is a money making clinic, not a patient care clinic. The doctors are a disgrace and the clinic including the receptionists are terrible. I'm more comfortable living with acne than continuing my treatment at this clinic. Don't forget the overly exaggerated fake positive reviews on their Google page, just another reason to stay away.

The dermatologist did not even have the patience to answer all my questions. I travelled for more than 2 hour to get there. I waited for another 15 mins patiently. While I was asking him questions, he cut me off rudely. If he is really busy today he should not have given the appointment at all. He wants money, but he doesn't want to do justice to the money. It is difficult to communicate with the staff because they are inconsiderate and rude. They would not fax my prescription to the pharmacy, instead they wanted me to book another appointment. Normally I wouldn't mind but because they are so disorganized they make you wait 1 hour for your appointment time when you are on time. Edit: They eventually did fax my prescription to my pharmacy. The doctors are good but the admin need to be more receptive to clients. They should also try and tend to the phone more often, I have to call several times before anyone picks up. Changed from 1 star to 2 stars

Dr. Ejaz is very dismissve and didn't seem to care. She barely even looked at my skin and didn't care to properly listen to my concerns. If you get reccomended here, do yourself a favour and ask for another place or at the very least don't see Dr. Ejaz. Trust me.

Extremely weird receptionist.. though d dr addressed my concerns politely n genuinely. He asked me to come follow up n d receptionist says u don need follow up when I went at front desk after my appointment. She could hardly remember me from minutes ago when i entered clinic n registered myself . Additionally I asked for a reminder as my appointment is like 2 months later . She was like “ u can put ur own reminder v don’t do reminders “ . I got a reminder exactly a day before to confirm my appointment as new pt Very rude n weird .

Its my great pleasure to write this review about DermCare. I had appointment for my daughter due to white spots in her both legs. Dr. Mohammed Bawazer was very professional with us. He gave us full time to explain the problem of the skin. Also, he discussed with us the options of the treatment. Highly, I recommend him for any of my family members and my friends. Many thanks to you Dr. Bawazer for giving us few minutes from your invaluable time.

I called to set an appointment so I can get a refill for my prescription from the Doctor . The given next available date is on August 2nd. I understand that this clinic is busy but if you want a patient to be without meds for a month and a half then there is something wrong with these guys. The previous lady (named Meda) booked me to a day that I wasn't available. The reception lady on (June 13, 2019) put me on hold for more than 20 min. I called again and she answered right away and very rudely. I think she forgot that I was on hold. She told me that I was a no show to my appointment on which btw i did not get any confirmation from them. I reasoned very politely on why i should wait that long for a refill and that it will only take less than 5 minutes to see a doctor but to no avail. My Doctor (Dr. Gorbo) is a very nice and gentle individual. It is a shame that idiots at the reception with no professional manners are employed to this establishment.

Booking appointments with them is a pain. They dont give you your requisitions for blood work. They say they will fax it but they dont, making life harder for you. They also make you wait for long and never pick up calls so you only email them. My skin results are looking good because of the medication they prescribed me but it is a huge hassle.

Walking out of this office today has definitely left a bitter taste which in conclusion, I WILL NEVER NOR RECOMMEND THIS Dr.Fasal Al-Mohammedi to ANYONE!!!! He tend to seek the history of related issues which is great, I compliment him for this attribute of his but by telling me that , I quoted, " Today we will deal with one issue which is on the referral, I cannot disuss another,.... you've to book another 30mins appointment for any other issue!!!!!" He came into the room at 9:10am for a 9am appointment yet had the courage to tell me that this appointment was only for 30mins when it lasted 15mins!!!!! I guess he can't do math!! If the existing issue is in connection with the other then why I need to book another appointment!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! !!! MONEY IS GREED BUT TIME IS IMPORTANT TO ALL AND NOT JUST HIM!!!! I'm so unsatisfied with his service!!!

When I tried to ask question, he goes "you look nervous and anxious maybe we should not do this procedure". I have serious doubts about his schooling.

Really , really bad experience. Every time a different doctor because the previous one was on vacation , so 3 different specialist with 3 different ideas and results and none with a real solution. At the end after wasting few months here we had to go to the Sick Kids hospital where they did the proper test for my son skin problem and where they found the proper solution very quickly. This clinic is just like a side job for the doctors there where to make some extra money but they don't take seriously. The people of the from desk always with an excuse for a very poor appointment management system where the system is down or they don't have internet or they lost the email. Very bad

Please stay away from DermCare and Dr. Faisal Al-Mohammedi. I was terribly disappointed with his service today. He spent barely 2 minutes with the patient let alone examine her or speak with her. He did not solve the patient's problem or even make an effort to do so. I think he is a bad doctor , and it is a shame that the medical industry has got a bad apple like him. We had got a referral from our family doctor as my 4 year old daughter needed treatment for warts on her fingers and lips. I checked in to the clinic at 12:10 PM, five minutes before my appointment time. We were instructed by the receptionist to stand outside until we were called. We waited until about 1:00 PM. We were then ushered in a waiting room where we waited until 1:15PM when doctor's clinical assistant came in and said hello. She asked a couple of questions and said that the doctor would see us shortly. Doctor came in to see us at about 1:30 PM , a full one hour and 20 minutes after our appointment time. He then asked what the problem was. On getting that information, his first remark was: "it is going to be traumatic for her" . And then he said that the problem would go on its own as she grew up ; in the mean time we could try some over the counter clearwart bandaids. So much for the skin specialist's advice! I don't think I would ever visit him again.

Just had an unpleasently aweful experience from Dr Mohammed Bawazir. I was referred by my family physician for some advance treatment for my skin which turned out to be an unfortunate event. The doctor didn't even look at my skin before deciding to give me the treatment. The doctor decided to give me the treatment standing 5 feet away from me without even having a look at my skin. He spent less than 2 mins and asked me to sign a consent form for the medication (because the medication has some adverse effect) then he went away and said he will come back and will have chat. Then the physician assistant (PA) informed me that that's all for today's session.Then I told her that I have number of queries about my skin to discuss with the doctor and i have not had the chance to discuss with him yet. Then the PA informed me that the doctor won't come to talk to me. I was so surprised because he prescribed a medication for me even though we have not had any proper consultation/or a thorough diagnosis of my skin condition. After insisting the PA who was kind enough to inform the doctor, Mr. Mohammed Bawazir came to the room again. I told him that i have not get the chance to explain my skin condition at all for which i have been referred. Then he told me he can not spent time in investigating a case for which he would not get paid from OHIP. I was shocked and bemused!! This is an unacceptable form of communication with a patient. A doctor should treat every patient equally and respectfully. If you treat your patient based on who is being covered by OHIP and who is there for special cosmetic procedure for which he will get bounty. It is indeed very unfortunate and caused me grief. Overall after my short experience with Dr Mohammed Bawazir I would say he is one of the worst and rude doctor I have come across in Ontario. Please find a physician who is well mannered, listen to your concern and at the very least would spend time to examine your case.

I was having adult acne problem since 4 ,5 years and non of the doc in canada or back home could figure out the root cause and it was very much depressing. I thought of giving a last chance to any derma clinic and on behalf of the reviews regarding doc Mohammad Faisal i choose dermacare clinic . He gave me an oral medication and advised me to visit after 3 month. From the very first application of the medication i could see the fantasic change. And its just 3 weeks of my visit my skin has improved like anything. I am so glad and so much thank ful to Doc Faisal. And i would recommend this clinic to all those who are facing adult acne.

I’m obsessed with skin care. I was very hesitant to do have fillers and Botox though. However my friend got them she looked amazing. So finally I got the courage and discussed it Dr Faisal. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He explained every single tiny detail and assured me that the result would look natural. And he was absolutely right. I did it and I feel great and look natural. Do not recommend! Doctor hardly spent any time with me and not all Covid measures were met. Firstly, they lost my requisition (July 2020). I was finally seen on Nov. 16, 2020. The receptionist was nice and polite. The waiting room chairs were distanced 2 meters apart. My hands were clean but there was no hand sanitizer in the clinic. When I went to the examination room a "Nurse" asked the same questions as their online prep questionnaire. I repeatedly mentioned that I have already responded to these questions and she can look them up. She said they had not uploaded them yet. The Doctor came with an intern without my consent. At this point, there were 4 adults in a very small examination room. It was impossible to maintain even 1 meter distance. The Doctor quickly glanced at my mole and ruled out malignancy. I was happy for the good news. But since my online form was not uploaded, none of my other concerns were highlighted. I managed to squeeze in a question which followed by his minimal response. The Doctor only spent 1 or 2 minutes with me and left the room. OHIP must have been charged the min. time (not sure what that is). On the way out, the outside door would not open and I was asked to push and pull at the same time. To do this, the bar and the door handle had to be touched by both hands, again, no hand sanitizer. I was glad to be back into my car where I disinfected my hands. One star only because there was no zero. Also, the receptionist was nice.

My son was referred to this place by the family doctor for an acne outbreak. We’ve been twice to their location in Canadian pl. and due to the Covid-19 distancing we had one appointment over the phone. The clinic is modern and clean, the front desk staff are always friendly and willing to go the extra yard to help. Our doctor was mike, a friendly young gentleman as well, takes his time with treatment and so far the results are very satisfactory. recently they stopped accepting phone calls regarding appointments and asked you to leave a message online and they would call you back within a day which unsurprisingly happened the next day. I recommend this place as well as dr yaqoub of The Collegeway clinic who transferred us here

Dr. Faisal Al-Mahmmedi said he wasn't sure what my skin condition was and assumed it was just a regular rash and recommended me to keep using the cream I've used in the past few weeks which had not work out for me. I told him that it wasn't working either. I waited over an hour for my appointment and when I get in the doctor's room, it only lasted 2 minutes and it seems like he was in a hurry.

I'm not the type to leave reviews but I had to because of the bad customer service from the receptionist. I went to my appointment only for them to tell me that the doctor was not in that day. They proceeded to tell me that multiple attempts were made to reach out to me 2 weeks prior and they left a voicemail to change my appointment, and when I checked my call log, there was no calls, let alone voicemail. We changed my appointment to a few days later, and when I asked the receptionist if I could get the contact information of the doctor to ask what I am to do without my medication for the next few days, they said, there is nothing they could do. Just overall horrible experience. I sent an email that was ignored. Due to the pandemic, I'm only staying until the meds are done. I left the office very upset.

He has a wonderful bedside manner, explains things to you thoroughly, listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. I left there today feeling very satisfied. I waited less than 5 minutes after arriving to be seen as well. I would definitely go back here. Thank you for such a great experience DermCare!

Save your money. Find another place that cares about patients rather than what they can bill OHIP, your insurance or your pocket. I waited months to see a doctor. On the appointment day arriving ahead, I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time to see dr. Chen. She looked at my spot, barely a millisecond and gave her ‘95%’ guess of what it could be and then said you would have to pay to remove as it’s cosmetic. With pain in the back how is this cosmetic,I can’t even see it and it hurts. She just shrugged and said it’s up to you but you’d have to pay. If the biopsy comes back positive we’ll refund your money. I chose to remove the pain so opted to pay instead of going home, deciding, waiting for another appointment, having pain increase, take more time off work and wait at the clinic again. So I paid! What caught my attention was the receptionist asking dr Chen “how much?”, to which she arbitrarily replied ‘oh $200’. Suggesting that this isn’t a set fee for certain procedures, but subjective to what they want to charge. I did the procedure and came back two weeks later to discuss the biopsy, at which time I questioned the fee. Chen’s response was ‘I didn’t make the rules ohip does. If you don’t agree then speak with your MP about this ‘!!! I asked how they can determine who pays and how much cause my husband came with the same thing and you determined not to charge. She responds saying “ if it’s a clinical impression that it’s not bad, we charge. If we feel it’s of concern we don’t ‘. So I responded, ‘ that means it’s subjective the fee, not objective ‘. She responded ‘well if that is what you want to classify as subjective ‘. She then proceeded to tell me ‘ don’t think about this, the results were good and just move on’. If the owner is reading this I would like to have my $226.00 refunded as insurance does not cover a “cosmetic charge “ as Chen determined... and I hope word of mouth spreads. I believe in karma, what goes around comes around. If this is how Chen and the clinic treats patients that seek help with what they are going through, milk people out of money arbitrarily just because they can. Knowing patients are vulnerable when they are scared and charge them despite that.... well I hope Chen sleeps well, living off the hard working people that sadly crossed her path asking for help, but instead get taken advantage of, to line her University of Toronto coat pockets. I also think with the bad publicity this clinic will not last even with a newer upgrade to the walls.

I attend the clinic this morning for my appointment. Needless to say I left before I even asked any questions or really finished the appointment. I have never seen such terrible bedside manner in my life and I work in healthcare. The Doctor (don't ask me her name because she didn't even tell me or introduce herself) came in, interrupted every word I said and basically said what I was telling her of what was wrong was impossible and that she had no diagnosis. She refused to listen when I explained to her that I had a biopsy on my leg months ago that the skin had not healed and kept interrupting me and not listening. She refused to listen to timelines and told me that what I was saying was not possible. She gave me no diagnosis and no solution. It seems to me that even if you are a doctor you should realize that people know more about their bodies then you do. I absolutely will not be returning to this clinic and will be searching for a clinic that knows how to be even remotely professional.

My sister went for appointment and to my surprised explained that she received such a terrible service. If it was possible I would give this place, a 1 star. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, they booked her on a day that the doctor wasn't even in. Dr. Michael Corbo is the best. I received so much good information and felt very cared for every visit, He went above and beyond to help me with not only a good treatment plan for my acne but also helped me understand and keep track of my blood reports when they elevate, I experienced how professionally Dr. Corbo empathize and gives you enough time to answer all the questions with a very humble attitude, I did got late one or two times for my appointment but Dr. Corbo and his staff were very understanding and adjusted my appointment in his busy schedule. Truly a Great Experience, I wish all the doctors and clinics work the way they do.

Regarding Sara and Nada I Was asked to go in for a consultation on the third floor waited 1 hour, suddenly a doctor from downstairs comes in talk to the person I have appointment with regarding a last-second sale, very loudly and without hesitation she weighed the value of me a consultation to a customer that just walked in and is buying right now, they literally ignored me told me to either wait or come back, I was so ashamed and made to feel very little. I will take this to social media and Reddit website.. Also as per the general surgeon of Canada's website please stop speaking of your God and deity in a place of science this is a law in Canada. FIND A DIFFERENT DERMATOLOGIST! This clinic was a referral from my family doctor, however I was unimpressed. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional, the all the practitioners feel like they’re rushing and disorganized, with random nurses and doctors popping in and out of the room like they’re lost. The doctor during my first appointment hummmed & haaaawd about a diagnosis like he was guessing. He looked to the nurse and asked if they should do a biopsy, at which point I urged him to do so. How can you confirm what your theory is if you don’t take a look at the skin?! After a biopsy, it was my family doctor that called me to let me know the results were ready, at which time I called DermCare to reschedule an appointment ahead of my previously scheduled appointment, to go over the results. The receptionist told me it was two days sooner first thing in the morning. I called in while on my way to let them know I would be 5 minutes behind schedule the morning of, and when I arrived they said there was NO APPOINTMENT. When she looked at the schedule, she said it was already moved from a third future date to two days later, which was never relayed to me. To top it all off, the young lady behind me that also came up to the desk and the receptionist said her appointment was not today but tomorrow! My receptionist said it could be just a coincident but I suspect its more so incompetence.

My husband visited this office today May 16th, waited for 1 hr and 30 mins and to see the doctor. The receptionist has no customer service and don't know what she is doing. Patients came in after him and saw Dr. Faisal while my husband is waiting for 90 mins. I will not recommend anyone to this office. It's unbelievable a specialist office operates so unprofessionally. My appointment was at 1215, I wasn't *seated* until 1245. The Dr actually saw me at 1. He was quick and the appointment felt VERY rushed. I didn't even get a chance to ask additional questions before he stood up and was already half way out the door. The Dr should also be more cognizant of the touching he does. My teenage son was referred by our family doctor to see a dermatologist at DermaCare (Canadian Place) location. He had a big, continuous growing, and painful cyst. Having to experience many discomfort sitting on this cyst for months. We were told that it is not cover by OHIP and it will cost us $350 to have it remove. I do not agree with their assessment and referral to a cosmetic specialist. It sounded to me that this clinic is interested in making profit rather than the health and interest of its patients. I was referred to this clinic by my family physician when we couldn’t resolve a condition. I was seen by Dr. Chen. She prescribed me some cream. However the cream seemed to work short term and not only the condition come back, I started getting bumps on my skin hence I felt the need to have a follow up appointment 2 months later. During the follow up appointment Dr. Chen stated that I could have gone to see my family physician why did I come back. What I don’t understand is that I was referred to her as a specialist when my family physician couldn’t make the condition go away, why would I go back to the family physician when I have a specialist who is supposed to help diagnosed and treat this? I will be requesting for a referral to another dermatology clinic as I don’t wish to come back to the clinic or to be seen by Dr. Chen whom seemed to be bothered by follow up appointments.

I was referred to Dr. Faisal Al-Mahmmedi by my Family Doc for my son. Once arrived, we are told that another doctor (Dr. J Tran) will see us. While asked for clarification, we are told that Dr. Faisal owns this place but other Doctors sees the patient. This is 1st time ever in my life that happened. Also the doctor attended us is very Junior ( seems fresh graduate). We waited for several months to see an experienced specialist but ended up seeing a very junior doc. She wanted to prescribe a medication that has strong side effects like depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts etc. While my son asked, she denied and said these are false. Then handed us some literature to read and decide on our own. She then rushed out of the room . Seems very busy. We looked at the literature, It clearly states the seriousness of the medication and in fact you need to sign waiver before taking this medication!!!! I have seen these kind of practice in 3rd world countries where they do not care about patients. I have visited quite a few specialist in Canada for my parents and myself. Never had experience like this !!! People should be careful before visiting this clinic.

The nurses are good but the management is just inefficient. --UPDATE: After complaining at the front desk, the wait time has now gone down to less than 5 minutes . I'm quite surprised at the negative reviews here, I have NEVER experienced any rudeness of any kind or belittling due to lack of knowledge from any member of the team at this office. I went there for some mild acne scars i had. I was looking to get some treatment done for it as i thought it was not serious so i made the appointment and went. So i come there and when i meet the doctor she tells me i cant do any treamtment and that i need to use a cream to deal with my acne before i can even think of doing a micro needling treatment she told me all this while standing 6 FEET away from me the whole time i was there never even bothered to do a close up inspection. So i took her advice and bought the 75$ cream and used it for 3 months. It did nothing at all to help me. So i went to a new doctor who said he would have no problem doing the treatment. My doctor referred me to this clinic and would never send me somewhere with a bad reputation. My appointment was with Dr. Aiza Ejaz at 11:15am. I was given a room at 11:30, which I thought was fantastic. Dr. Ejaz was super nice and although extremely busy, she made time to perform a procedure so I didn't have to come back. The nurse who prepped the needle and tools was also really nice and friendly. With wait time and procedure, I was in and out in 45 minutes. I will definitely be using Dr. Ejaz and this clinic again. A note to those who found the receptionist rude- there is a difference between rude and shy. She was personable but quiet spoken. The clinic is clean and modern. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, I thought this place was great.

Was referred to this clinic by my family doctor for a nail biopsy. Off the bat, very clean place and also quite new. Dr Backstein was professional and was able to answer all my questions and did the procedure fairly quickly. Only slight complaint was that he seemed impatient and dismissed the fact that I had a lot of anxiety going into the procedure (he just wanted to get in and out which I understand as it is very busy there). Thank goodness for nurse Simy who was so supportive and assisted when I felt dizzy after the procedure. She did not rush for me to leave and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable from start to end. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would’ve had the same experience.

I have read some of the negative reviews of DermCare, and I am shocked, quite frankly! I've had two experiences at this medical office and both have been beyond positive. In the summer of 2017 my family doctor suspected I may have shingles. Since the spot of origination was on my left eyebrow, he sent an urgent request to DermCare. Not only were they kind enough to get me in the next day, once shingles was confirmed they got me in to see an eye specialist a few hours later. I was most grateful, as shingles around the eye can have serious consequences. I regret not recalling the doctor's name, as I was in immense pain. However, the care I received was impeccable! Fast forward to early May 2018. I had an odd rash, so once again my doctor referred me to DermCare. Upon my return, I was most fortunate to be attended by Dr. Michael Corbo. On top of dealing with my rash, I was anxious and under a great deal of stress due to extenuating circumstances. Dr. Corbo is an example of someone who is in medicine for all the right reasons - aside from being thorough and extremely knowledgeable (he took 2 biopsies and the results 2 weeks later proved his initial diagnosis correct), he is kind, caring, and compassionate. Although I was a ball of nerves, his calm and reassuring bedside manner was second to none. In between my first and subsequent visit 2 weeks later, Dr. Corbo even took the time to call me with my results. I also mentioned for them to solely contact me through strictly email unless there is a scheduled phone call because I am at work. I also said to only put my mobile number on file, not home number as the home one is not monitored. Online the hours of the clinic are till 5pm. The clinic called me three times (after I already said not to call me unless it is scheduled and my phone is on silent at work). Then they emailed me back, they said they booked me for Tuesday April 13th. I replied back asking what time and reminded them of my work schedule and that I am only capable of afternoon appointments. They called me twice more - again, I didn't answer. Then they emailed me back and told me it is an in person appointment. They again did not answer my question about what time it was at. So I asked again. They finally replied and said it is at 10:15am and that the clinic closes at 230pm. I was beyond frustrated at this point because they just went ahead and scheduled me for a time that did not work. If they could not fill my schedule request, why didn't they just tell me? I replied and told them to cancel it because it is not a time I could do. They replied after some hours and said they went ahead and cancelled it. Three weeks later, they call my home phone and my mobile phone while I'm at work to tell me that my appointment is the next day. What the hell?! I told her that I cancelled it already and that I've been told in an email that it was cancelled. So not only did they not cancel the appointment, they also did not listen to me from the start. They called my home number when I stated to not call it. They called me at work again and they're completely incompetent with customer service. I am thankful that I did my research prior to visiting them to save myself the headache and the disrespect shown from all staff. The way patients are being treated is despicable and I would NEVER recommend this place, not even to an enemy. If I am not able to communicate with them with basic appointment requests, I definitely cannot imagine communicating with them for actual skin problems. The stress of their clinic would probably cause flare ups. The denial of their behaviour is also extremely immature. The clinic replies to more so the positive reviews than the negative reviews instead of reflecting on their poor habits and communication skills of how they could improve. On the negative reviews that they did reply to, they could not hold accountability and had to blame the poster in any way they could. They also encourage you to email them your complaints but I can guarantee you that it won't solve anything- it will just get your conversation out of the public eye. Guess you cannot help those who think they're above you. Ironically, their slogan is "trust is more than skin deep" - which they know nothing about. But hey, let's just put the keyword "trust" into the slogan to fool people and make them think that were capable.

I got my fillers done by Dr Faisal. Very happy with the result. My face looks now 10 years younger. Dr Faisal makes sure to give a natural look which he indeed did. And the Lady who was assisting Dr Faisal her name is Dareen is so nice and supportive. When I was getting the Injection she was encouraging me and making me feel that everything is going well. She checked my skin and recommended some treatments and creams which I will be doing in my next appointment.

Dr. Michael Domenic Corbo truly embodies the best the health care system can offer. I have seen many doctors for insight on a skin condition that I have had issues with for many years, and none of them were able to even diagnose it correctly. They all came off like they just wanted to finish the discussion as soon as possible, and this really put me off from wanting to seek out professional advice for quite some time. Dr. Corbo on the other hand was not only able to diagnose my condition correctly, but even further, he took time out of his day to call me in order to address concerns that I have. He didn't just dominate our conversation either, and he respected my opinions on my diagnoses. I have been Dr. Faisal’s patient for about 2 years now. I suffered from severe cystic acne, and acne scars for 5 years. I tried everything but nothing ever worked. The receptionist are amazing, very friendly easy to communicate. Dr. Faisal is very knowledgeable, he reviewed my reports and asked me what I wanted. The prescription he prescribed, worked great. Dr. Faisal asked question on every visit. He introduced me to Sarah who a great assistance, she works with patients who need micro-needling and much more. Sarah really cares for her patients she made me feel very comfortable during the micro needling session. Sarah has performed now 5 micro-needling treatments. Seen 3 different dermatologists and finally met one who listened. He was very very good. He offered me a full skin check when I was only sent in for one spot and when I asked "do you have time for that?" he responded "I'll make the time. Wanna make sure we get all of you checked properly." It felt like Dr. Mike really cared and I can't say enough good things. He's relatively new to the clinic and I'm happy I got to see him.

waste of time. Should've known this derm is awful when they called me less than an hour after my doctor sent my referral (considering every other derm takes at least a week to a month). I didn't let the shady reviews here cause any bias and I decided to make a decision for myself when I went in. The assistant spends 10 minutes asking for your medical history (who needs an attitude check of her own), and then the doctor comes in for less than 5 minutes, sits 15 feet away from you without even taking a close look at your face and answers your questions with eye rolls and "maybes". Every question I had, he answered with "it's possible". He gave me false information and obviously rushed the appointment. Don't waste your time coming here, if your doctor refers you to this derm, ask to go somewhere else. Try to get your doctor to refer you somewhere else and don't waste your gas money driving here.

I saw Dr. Aiza Ejaz to treat my skin because I had been dealing with moderate to severe acne for more than 8 years. Despite seeing more than 3 dermatologists and trying numerous topical and oral medications, my skin never improved and always returned to the same state. It's been 1 year now since my treatment with Dr. Ejaz finished, and I have to say it's been the best year of my life - skin wise! In a period of 12 months I only went through maybe 2 weeks of dealing with a bad breakout (dairy-related). Other than that my skin has been perfect and I literally never break out anymore! Dr. Ejaz was always so pleasant to deal with and I'm so grateful she was able to treat my skin.

It is a shame that those that posted here had such a bad experience but I pushed through and said to myself, what's the worst that can happen>? If I don't feel good being here I politely excuse myself and don't return. I am glad to say that was not the situation. The staff was polite, professional and the doctor that I had seen was amazing. So all I am trying to say is do not judge a place by its reviews. I did not experience any of what others wrote. When I asked to front desk, they reply like it's very normal. Actually they don't care about your time. There is no difference whether you are coming by appointment or as walk in. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. The doctor barely speaks to you (2 minutes IF he spends enough time with you) and has ZERO effort to diagnose properly or tell you the reason of the problematic skin. He once prescribed a steroid cream without telling me what it was that I find out only after I purchase the cream and speak to the pharmacist. He is available only once a week, so they never have any spots available for appointment. I need a monthly prescription for my skin and this has been such a pain dealing with them. Dermcare is great and has really effective skin treatments. I used their facial package, their chemical peel, silkpeel and micropen treatment which have all worked so well. The esthetician who dealt with me is Dareen. She is very professional and continuously advises me on how to maintain good, healthy skin. I’ve purchased facial products that have helped my skin stay soft, clean, and fresh in between my treatments. The line is always busy and if you're lucky for someone to pick up the phone, you cannot get a straight answer to your question and will tell you they will call back which NEVER happens. It's very upsetting! Wasted a lot of time calling this office. Doctors are ok but very bad handling phone calls.

Great experience. I’ve seen a couple dermatologists before, but this has been my favourite. I was asked relevant questions and my condition was explained well to me. The risks and benefits of treatment were also explained well! The doctor was on time and answered all my questions. Update: upon trying to book another appointment, the office is very frustrating. I get that it’s a busy and stressful time, but I needed an appointment. I tried to reach out by phone/online/email 3 times in the past 6 weeks and no one got back to me. It is a huge hassle to go get ANOTHER referral to ANOTHER derm and waste more time. Update 2: Upon leaving this review, I was contacted and was able to set up an appointment.
