This office does not care about your personal health they’d rather just give you a prescription then spend the time figuring out what the real problem is. Reception is rude & Dr.Mehan & his resident let my grandfather walk around with cancer in his spine for 4 months before it was detected by an MRI which we had to beg for because Mehan refused to send him out. Safe to say I will not be returning to this clinic!

There has been a major change to the reception and not in a good way. They are unsympathetic and you have to argue with them about whether you are sick enough to get a same day appointment. My baby and I had been in and out of the office multiple times in the past month till I ended up with a sinus infection. My baby woke up with a temperature of 40° and was screaming uncontrollably and they wouldn't give her an appointment till that afternoon so I had to take her to the hospital instead. With the amount of doctors there I find it hard to believe that no one could have seen her this morning, rather than us having to go sit at the hospital for hours. Definitely not satisfied with the reception staff anymore.

I feel SO fortunate that my family has the privilege of being patients at the CFFM. I can only say wonderful things about the doctors, nurses, students, and reception staff there. Our immediate and extended family have been patients at the centre for many years and only have positive experiences to share. Each and every time we have met with a doctor (whether it be our own, a student, or another doctor at the centre), I have always felt respected and cared for. Our family doctor, Dr. Pefanis, welcomes any concern, listens intently and answers our questions without ever minimizing their importance. He takes time to get to know his patients and remembers little details about their lives. Leaving his office, I have always felt valued and heard. In all our appointments, in all these years, not once have I ever felt rushed. Dr. Pefanis respects patient decisions without passing judgment and time and again, he has gone above and beyond the required call of duty. On his own time, he has called our family to check in to ensure things are fine after treatment for an infection, a change in medication, or once he learned there was a hospital visit. His manner is always kind and genuine. It is clear that his heart is in his work. Thank you Dr. Pefanis for treating our family as if it were your own.

Charges you for parking, always see students or on call doctors, haven't seen my doctor in over 2 years, wait times are a nightmare sometimes 2 hours plus and only one waiting or two. Doesn't want to test for things or send to specialist. If you want a family doctor run away and avoid this office any way possible and if your one of the unluckily ones with a doctor here get out and find a new one this place is a money grabbing no care for patients at all

The only time I have to call for an appointment is during my lunch time. The Centre for Family Medicine closes before noon and opens after 1pm. I can't even leave a message. This is a big operation, I don't understand why lunch time coverage is not possible. I have provided feedback to my doctor and talked to the office manager, but the practice remains in place. Unbelievable!

I had done a review, it's in my Reviews/Contributions... I had reviewed the Campus : / Though nice people, in reception. This place has excellence! Dr. M. to all the nurses! Hard to rate Health Care on a 5 star at this place. Please excuse my review that went to the wrong area. My mistake. But sure it's all throughout this amazing place of beautiful bedside manner, compassion and really down to earth, one on one chats that leave you optimistic! I can't thank them enough. Please check out my review for the campus, that accidentally went to a different area of this intelligent place of care. ALL THE BEST IN 2020!

My 9 month old daughter was denied medical care because she had a cough and I refused to get her a Covid test. I wanted to make sure my daughter didn’t have RSV or pneumonia. Doctor Carolyn Fuss laughed at me over the phone when I told her I was not comfortable having an irrelevant invasive procedure done on my infant child. Absolutely appalled at the lack of compassion and care given here. This has been my family doctor for over 10 years. Ever since the move to Ira Needles, she has been a completely different doctor. I ended up needing to take my child to the Emergency Room, waited for over 3 hours and the doctor thankfully confirmed my child was fine and was just taking longer to get over a cough. Something that could have taken my doctor 5 minutes. The ER never asked anything about covid or required a covid test. Shame on Dr. Fuss and her staff for denying an infant medical care. Absolutely disgusting.
