Dr Inkster has been my family dr since I was BORN. Literally. First person to hold me 28 years ago. My whole family and kids go to him. He gets to know what you’re asking about, understands your needs and makes conscious, whole minded decisions and informed decisions for his patients. Even when I have thought the worst and didn’t believe him he ended up being right. I trust him on so many levels and I will hate the day he retires. (But honestly I’ll probably retire before him lol) Very dedicated Doctor. My star rating is for HIM and the NURSES, ADMINS AND BUSINESS OFFICE STAFF. There also have been other great Doctors after hours or covering Doctors I’ve had great experiences with.
However,
I put one less star because it wouldn’t be fair if I didn’t mention this. Dr Morris is a nice guy. Have had good experiences with him before, but last week, he opened his examination room and expressed VERY loudly, things we were discussing while people were walking past, I asked him to close the door but he ignored it and continued, these things that made me seem horrible. When I left people were starring at me. I feel nervous to return, confidentiality violated, and he told ME to never come back to him after MISUNDERSTANDING something I inquired. I will never go back to HIM! And I recommend not going to him unless it’s less than chronic illness or pain. My Star rating for HIM is 2, because he was easy to talk to on a personal level. My entire family (who trusted him for many years) will never go to him again for the sole reason he violated my confidentiality so publicly and negatively. I’m not a vindictive person and I usually give benefit of the doubt to everyone. However, this is not something I take lightly as I am in healthcare myself. I expect more from a seasoned professional with a PhD.
