I've been going to Sheddon Medical for almost 20 years. My doctor, Dr. St. James, is fantastic and has been so kind and knowledgeable with me and my family through many medical issues. I have seen many of the doctors there on an emergency basis or in their walk in clinic, and they have all been kind and thorough. Sometimes I have to wait to see my doctor, but the level of care I get is worth it. I don't mind waiting, because I know other people have had to wait while my doctor spent time with me to carefully identify and diagnose a problem.

My family goes to Sheddon medical and we have been very happy with the service and the attention of the doctors and nurses here. Appointments on time and even phone calls to update results and make sure we are ok. Really impressed with everything. They even have a nice walk in clinic after hours for patients that need urgent consults and cannot book regular hours.

Our family has been going to Sheddon Medical for 18 years. There has been a noted decline in the level of friendliness and overall customer care from the people managing the phone lines. Booking appointments, inquiry of records or even updating email addresses appears to be an inconvience to the office staff. When errors have been made, there is no acknowledgement or apologies offered. I am very dissappointed with the level of client care from the administrative staff and hope these reviews are thoughtfully received.

The Administration is terrible! I booked 10 appointments on Nov 19,2021. There is no reminder before any of my appointments. Dec 19's appointment was rescheduled without informing and they promised it won't happen again. I came to the clinic on Jan 9 and again, my 9am's appointment was rescheduled to other time without noticing me. Won't come back anymore! Sorry you lost me as a client!

Front desk administrative support is some of the worst service ive ever seen. They never pick up the phones, and when they call you back they are rude and dismissive. Really, really bad customer service. It's too bad because the doctors themselves are great, but the customer service alone is a nightmare enough worth me giving this office 1 star. Be easier to connect with, be more understanding for your patients concerns, and above all get back to your patients in a timely fashion.

Realizing that we are in very uncertain times due to Covid, I still believe a Medical office should be capable of showing curtesy. My family has just moved to Oakville (March 2020 from Calgary) and will need to find a family doctor. My daughter turned 4 in June and I was looking to find a physician as she is due for her 4yr shots. Dr St. James was recommended to us however when I called to ask if she may be able to take on our family; the receptionist and first impression of the office was a curt, short and dismissive one.

I've been a patient of Dr. S. House since Church Street Associates! Delivered both my children! An amazing doctor! Both my children now 21 and 27 are still patients!

In 2020 everyone's stressed. That is still not a reason to be rude or disrespectful to patients. Only legacy patients who have been seeing the doctors at Sheddon for 15+ years seem to be treated with respect. Front desk staff desperately need training on their people skills.

terrible customer service and receptionist over the phone when inquiring about new patients. such a shame that the gate keepers are such a turn off. i will be looking elsewhere for medical care thanks to them

Dr House is great herself but the new nurses and receptionists are horrible. Changing family doctors as this place has not changed for the better
