I rarely go to this clinic but couple of times, I tried to see my family doctor and each time, I get told that they will call me back for an appointment. They never do and I end up calling them again. The customer service is bad and getting an appointment is very lengthy. I told them it was urgent but they didn't care and told me to wait for 3 months!! I am running away from this practice. The clinic above is way better and nicer (West Oak Clinic)

I really like Dr. Nadia Quidwai and Dr. Arnumagan, but their reception staff are absolutely the worst in the world. But for Dr. Nadia I would have kicked this Center out of our lives. Dr. Nadia you've got to do something about these people you have at the reception and those who pick up the phone. They are pretty much the worst examples of "good bedside manners" so important for medical services.

This is not a rating, just letting everyone know I went there today (18/02/2020) and it is closed till the 2nd of April, 2020. I came here without knowing, and google maps doesn’t say this. So save a trip and time and find another Walkin for now.

Doctor at this clinic Dr. Karan Johor has zero ability to refer patients to specialists. Let’s them sit in pain and agony while he does nothing. Avoid this doctor, you’ll end up dealing with health issues for years where other doctors could guide you to a much better outcome.

Worst service. Probably due to the receptionist... you should probably try and be a little more professional and make eye contact with your patients. Chewing gum like a camel with no customer service. Find a new job this one may be the wrong one for you.

Doctor arumugam is a great doctor but this practice is not well managed. Since march 2020, all of the appt have been by phone. You have to call to indicate you want an appointment. Rarely anyone will pick up the phone and you have to listen to a long recording before the tone sounds to leave a message. What's especially irritating is that often the voicemail box is full so you cant even leave a message. There is no website or email. Other people have doctors that have an email address that is accessible even before covid times. I dont want to waste anyone's time...I just want to email to say hi, please call me back with an appt or hello, you are 2 h behind so can I reschedule? Carey was an excellent receptionist. Is she gone? It just seems to me that dr arumugam's practice hasnt managed to keep up with the times. Once you schedule an appt, the doc will call you. However, please be advised that call will be 1 to 2 h behind schedule. I am really dissatisfied after waiting by the phone for so long. 30 minutes behind I can accommodate but 2 h! I can't even call and speak to a receptionist to find out what the heck is happening. Ugh. Not impressed arumugam. You have let things go downhill and it isnt fair to the patients.

It's a terrible experience. The receptionist was very cold, no smile at all. The doctor was very cold too. She looked at my daughter once and said we need to see specialist, it may be cancer. The total time we talked was less than 1 minute. Later we have to go other doctors to get second opinion. The doctor from sick kids said it is pretty common skin issue.

Having met all their doctors, I can confidently say they are nothing but knowledgeable and caring.The staff is friendly and efficient, making our visits always a pleasant experience. I am writing the review about Dr. Quidwai Nadia and wanted to state the fact: I had a sore throat and went to walk-in she talked to me within one minute and was diagnosed by her with strep throat. No test was performed and she rushed out. I didn't feel good about the antibiotics prescription so I went to see another doctor same day. The second clinic was very busy but they took time and performed swap test. Also the second clinic doctor examined and listened to my concern. The result was negative and did not need to take the antibiotics! Not recommend to see Dr Nadia - wrong diagnosis and not spending time to understand the patient symptoms!

I had a terrible experience today , i was there for meet and greet with Dr.Nadia . I was having a paper from Government to fill and she refused to fill it complaining that it is not for my situation despite of my name is written on it and it was directed from Government and she asked for explanation letter from Government why they want it !! The other thing is that the owner came to solve the issue but he made it worsened, his justification was contracted with what others saying like it’s the first time to see this paper and i need to do research to know what to write and a lot of other justifications . Finally Dr.Nadia refused to get me as her patient because i am asking her for what i cam for ???????? and said you’re not reasonable and demanding patient. Finally, reception is not knowing what they are doing and never call you back for a response. Never ever going back there and I transferred my file to another clinic.

Great experience all around! Fast, friendly and efficient. I was in with a pretty painful case of what I suspected was Bronchitis this morning. Turns out I was correct! I was greeted warmly by the front desk team, quickly had my information processed even though I was a first time client. I was seen by a kind Doctor within 10 minutes and was in the pharmacy across the hall and gone within another 30 minutes. Lovely service all around, thank you kindly!

The four stars are for Dr. Quidwai herself. Caring, takes time to talk to you. A warm person. I miss going to her in person. Her staff on the other hand, the one who answers the phone, is totally incompetent. I asked her to fax over very confidential information to my workplace, which is hospital records and I told her who to send it to. She sent it without a cover sheet, just my info and it went through three of my co-workers hands before ending up in the right place. If she used a cover sheet this would not have happened. What part about confidentiality does she not understand. If she worked for me she would be fired.

Usually people don't enjoy going to the doctors, but I always look forward to seeing Dr. Quidwai for whatever my ailments are. She respects the fact that I'm also a health care provider and isn't demeaning (like my previous experiences with other doctors), and we have great intellectual conversations discussing what the next appropriate steps for my complaints are. I've been searching for a new family doctor for years, and I'm thankful I'm able to have Dr. Quidwai as mine and my husbands.
