Three months after my husband saw his family doctor, and he STILL hasn't put in a referal for my husband. We just learned this today when my husband asked their long time and far from friendly secretary. Disgusting.

Wish I could give it 0 stars.. absolutely horrible experience every time I go in. Was booked for a 9:30 appointment when dr. Levasseur didn’t show up until 10:15 and then told me she didn’t know she was starting at 9:30.. her nurse not sure of her name, barely spoke English and then recorded my height which was 178 cm to be 5’7.. idiot. The lady’s at the front desk were rude and gave me attitude. I don’t understand what is so difficult about this whole process. Never going back

Dr. Yates is a fabulous family doctor. His secretary is completely ignorant and makes you feel like you are a nuisance when simply trying to book an appointment.

Dr Yates has been the family doctor for my elderly Mother-in-Law, my Husband and our growing children (now teenagers) for more than 15 years and has provided exceptional medical care at every visit. Dr Yates has an open, collaborative and caring style that everyone appreciates. We rarely wait at our appointment times and if it happens we assume someone needed a little extra time; don't we all sometimes?
