I arrived at 6:45pm for the walk-in clinic, and the sign on the door said to call and press "4" to speak with a receptionist. I called twice, no response. I looked at their website, which said to sign up for an account and speak to a doctor. We signed up, and after half an hour, we met with a very kind doctor online, who advised us to go to the walk-in because my daughter should be seen in person. We went back and knocked on the door until someone finally answered, but were told that the doctor went home early tonight. I called a total of six times this evening, not once was my phone call answered. I went to their office twice, and still could not see a doctor. I am very upset by the misleading, unprofessional way that they treat people. This was an awful experience, my daughter is still in pain, I wasted two hours of my night, and I can't go to a walk-in until the morning when my family doctor opens anyway!

The wait time is insane. I really like and respect Dr. Mehta, and the nurses are quite pleasant. The receptionists are nice at times. But I've been here multiple times over the last few weeks and I've waiting for an unreasonable amount of time already...

Very worst service. They don't have willingness to do any medical service if it is their opening time. Never ever waste your money here. They always ask for paid service. If you habe insurance they said it's long process and takes times. We don't have time to do that. My hand got twisted and they don't have care about people. They only care about paid service.

I have been coming to this clinic for many years never got a situation like this .. even when I heard her conversation on the phone with one patient I felt sorry for him she was yelling at him and or didnt let him speak ...please review and evaluate her behaviour I couldn't catch her name ... no problem the manager would know who

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have epilepsy and iritis (legally blind in one eye) severe anxiety and depression. I also have a service dog. I went there because my normal walk -in was closed. Never again. I walk in with my dog, register and am waiting. They call me into a room where I wait some more. While waiting I hear the doctor and the nurse discussing my dog. She comes and asks me about it and I tell her what she's for. The doctor who is DR P YOSTOS stand in the doorway without entering saying the dog must leave. I explain the laws and how I cannot be separated from the dog and he continues to argue. He finally agrees to see me (with attitude) if I place the dog far away he will see me. By this point I don't trust him and am very insulted. He says "this is a mental disability I am afraid of dogs". However in the law it states "an allergy or fear is not excuse enough to deny access or service to a handler of a service dog". I left and got his name from the front desk. He is unprofessional and talks about his patients to the nurse LOUDLY so all can hear. He's unprofessional and rude. He has no idea about the service dog law and disabilities or severe medical conditions that require a service dog. I highly recommend NOT going to this clinic at either of the Mississauga locations. I cannot believe how immature and hurtful this man was. I was in serious pain and went there where I was denied help. YOU CANNOT SEPERATE A SERVICE DOG FROM ITS HANDLER. FEAR OR ALLERGIES IS NOT A VALID EXCUSE TO DENY SERVICE. A SERVICE DOG IS A PRESCRIBED MEANS OF SURVIVAL AND SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME AS A WHEEL CHAIR, WALKER OR CANE. If you have a disability, DO NOT GO HERE. Dr P Yostos might not give you medical attention. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, disrespectful, and a big waste of time.

The doctor we gave for my daughter is amazing. I am just disappointed and dissatisfied with the reception. Never pick up on a weekend even when they are open. It’s very frustrating.

My initial review of this place was negative, but I suspect that was based almost entirely on how the receptionist was handling things. After a relatively long wait, we were met by a very thorough and competent doctor (sadly I can't remember his name) who correctly assessed and treated my wife & daughter for their different ailments.

Waited for 45 mins (with my 2 small children) to be told that the Doctor would be leaving in fifteen minutes and if I wanted to see a Doctor I'd have to wait an additional houi. The lack of organization is very unprofessional not to mention the lack of respect for patients time and need for medical attention.

Reception told me to expect a call 3-3:30. Called them several times until 7pm, at which point they finally took my virtual visit. Within a second the doctor says I need a family doctor to help me instead... unwilling to help. Super disappointing. Reception led me to believe their offices would help without the need of a family doctor, and that I could continue to get registered in January. Looks like they just wanted that OHIP money.

I sincerely was grateful and happy today. My visit was very personal and sensitive to me and they took such amazing care of me today. ☺️ The nurse who took me to my room was a sweet heart and Dr. Youssef is very kind, polite, professional and a wonderful physician. I really enjoyed talking to the nurse who took care of me today and I definitely be going there in the future. As a medical studeny I was impressed with how welcoming they were and I hope to be as great in the field in the future like that nurse and doctor today. ????

Called to get in line for an in-person walk-in appointment because of new Covid-19 procedures. I waited over an hour in the parking lot before calling back and being informed that it was a phone call appointment. I asked at that time whether it would be better to wait for an in person appointment (because I was there already) or for the phone call and they recommended the phone call. I waited three more hours for the call, which never came, and called back only to be told that the doctor prioritizes in-person patients and slots phone call appointments in when available. Very frustrating.

This place is not friendly. Receptionist was rude. I went there recently for my check up they didnot even tell me what happen where i have to go for test. They just ran away and treated like animals. And they never pick up my phone. If someone is new they have to tell each and everything politly but???????? even i cant say anything about them what they do????

Updated review... I've gone to this walk-in clinic several times, due to the fact my family doctor is semi retired and no longer has convenient hours. I've had some bad experiences here in the past, with a doctor and a receptionist. However, my past several visits have been fantastic. I've been struggling with an issue that needed a doctor and some follow-ups, and this clinic has been very helpful for that. Because of this, I am very greatful. MCI is definitely improving, and has been very helpful for me over the past year.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon. In and out within an hour. The service was excellent!! I went as a Walk In and saw Dr Bullock. Highly recommend this doctor. If there was only a way that I can get Dr Bullock to be my family doctor. Great guy and he was able to help me out and ask the correct questions to diagnose my issues. I will be back again off needed.

How unprofessional can you be. Ask this clinic. I went there, waited 30 minutes and then they announced there was no doctor. They indicated that they could book those waiting at another of their locations. Why would anyone go to another location managed by the same unprofessional crew. Seems like walkin clinics in Mississauga are phoney at best, certainly not in sync with a so-called 'profession'.

The front disk staff at this clinic are not friendly, and Never call before the appointment to confirm it, I did speak many times with the reception staff to call one day before the appointment to remind the patient and confirm the appointment and she replied that they do not do that at this clinic.. I'm not new to the clinic and the EX employee used to call us for the confirmation, Other than that the doctors and the nurses are amazing and the pharmacist too.

Call Date: Dec 3 , 2021 I have spoken to the same receptionist in multiple occasions and Today I have decided to Rate the call. Here is a useful feedback. 1. The Receptionist is Always Rushing the call. 2. There is no Human Approach/no Empathy. 3. Please give the caller the opportunity to voice there concerns and provide sufficient information that can avoid call backs. 4. This is a Healthcare facility and people call due to their health issues, The Receptionist has to understand that and try to match the callers tone. 5. I had received a referral from my family doctor for the location. I had called the office and receptionist insisted she didn't receive a referral 3 times. Till she finally spelled the name correctly the 4th time. Didn't apologize. You could feel her negative energy on the phone. When I ask her how long it will take to see the doctor she says "I don't know". Haven't even been to the doctors office yet and definitely not looking forward to it!

Worst Experience. Had very bitter experience with Doctor appointment. Receptionist called us & I book an appointment but somehow it was wrong date communicated to me and they called me and said you will be fined for no show 80$. that is totally unfair. Not accepting it is their mistake. Unfortunately I had to go to Doc as I have little kid who needs followup. Forced me to pay fine for no show. Not my mistake. Office staff is really really rude. They should at least the concerns.they are now really looting people money .

I would give this clinic 1☆ but my doctor is actually one of the best I've had. However, the clinic itself is so horribly organized. Required multiple attempts to schedule bloodwork, and required multiple phone calls to have them give my doctor my prescription to sign. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

The clinic I went to get a pregnancy test on. I wish I'd never step in this clinic! Since my health card wasn't with me, I paid for $110 for a blood and urine test. They just did a urine test not a blood test! . The doctor came and said the result is negative you are not pregnant. When I told her I had three early pregnancy tests and All results were positive, suddenly she asked me sec, went back in the lab.. 10 sec after she came and said congratulations you're pregnant! Howww??? Two days later, I went with my health card, and they wouldn't refund my money. (!) I wanted to eliminate all the stressful situations from me and said OK. I told them I wanted to arrange an ultrasound appointment, i haven’t have a family doctor yet, and they didn't send me ultrasound clinics with no reason. The only one who helped me was a lady( she is an angel) sitting in the middle chair at the reception, I forgot to ask for your name, sorry to her.The doctors gave me a lot of stress, even though they knew I was pregnant.even they didn’t give me any result &report about my pregnancy . I’m thinking to sue them.

Horrible wait times; I came in at 6pm and waited over 2 hours to have a simple urine test done which is unacceptable. The receptionist was very unprofessional and talked down to everyone in a demeaning voice and acted like all the patients were dumb, including those on the phone with her; also was very insistent on paid services.

Attended this past Sunday and the experience was wonderful. They were able to make time for an in-person appointment which I was so grateful for. It was such a relief! The person at the front desk was very helpful, the nurse saw us quickly, and Dr. Bullock was extremely patient and kind and provided a thorough check of the history, ways to feel better immediately, and explained the process behind the diagnosis. The office was clean, and everyone was clearly abiding by Covid protocols. We have been here before and always helpful, but I was really blown away but the high level of service and care. Thank you so much! You don't know how much you eased my mind and made life easier!

My daughter was having an asthma flare up on thanksgiving weekend, many places were closed/had holiday hours but MCI was open. The doctors (and staff) we saw there were very caring and attentive. We'll be back (but hopefully not too soon!)

Call them to ask if doctor there and not if they are open since timing on their website and google maps are misleading. Can’t comment about the doctor since we didn’t get chance to meet one.

Really really disappinted that I am going to have to find a new family doctor. DR.reece has always been my family doctor for generations and unfortunatly because I drive over and hour to see her I was extremely late for one and they want to charge me $60 and when they called as I am driving there late the receptionist questioned me as if she didn't belive me I was stuck in traffic. 400 and black creek drive in the AM -need I say anymore! They also give the wrong dates for appointments and then blame you when there missed. This place is a joke it was better when Dr.reece was off Eglinton . Also I have been for blood 4 times here recently because there nurse staff cant find the vein . Stabbed me so many times buising my whole arm and hand in one visit. They try to blame it on dehydration but thats not the case its the lack of training. So I am on my way now 3 hours early even though knowing I will be waiting 2 hours after my appointment to get in. A full day gone . And plus $60 plus my 30$ in fuel to get there . NOT WORTH IT! can have a doctor come to my house for cheaper 25+years seeing this doctor and this is the policy? A JOKE. This is very unfortunate , Dr.Reece is a fenominal doctor and it will be almost impossible to replace her .

Terrible, was turned away at the reception an hour before closing, because "it's full" with just 3 people waiting. Well, better come back at 9am and hope you'll get in before it closes! If you want to enjoy your Christmas without being sick, better go to another clinic.

The office admin Melissa Spence was extremely rude. Upon waiting at the reception desk, I watched said staff go through her phone while myself and other patients lined up in front of the reception desk waiting to be seen by a doctor. This place is terrible and I definitely won’t be returning. Note* please ensure your medical staff undergo basic customer service training. Your not being paid to sit at a desk all day and go through your phone!!

I’ve been to this clinic a few times, my experience is mixed. Recently I took my daughter in for what was a cough progressing into infection. The Dr I saw did not see signs of infection and sent us along without medication, telling me to come back if no improvement. My instinct was that she had an infection. Within 2 days my daughter was hit with chills and fever and a deep chest cold. It was Saturday. After her sleeping most of the day I finally got her back to this clinic. It was 3:45 and they closed at 5pm. As we approached the door one of the employees locked it and disappeared. I had to bang on the door a number of times before they would answer. We were told we were not allowed in as they had a full waiting room. This was a very bad experience - if we’d received a proper diagnosis and medication on the Thursday my daughter would not have progressed to such a state. To have the door locked on us was brutal. I likely won’t go back.

Told to come back in 90 mins, it's been 2 hours and 15 minutes and still sitting in the waiting room AND you know that they are going to stick me in a waiting room with at least 4 others waiting. So I am thinking this is going to be at least 4 hours.

Very rude staff. They hang up the phone on you after 20 minutes of waiting on the line. It's difficult to speak to the office staff and make an appointment. They do not make the effort to contact you for a follow up after results come in to the specialists. It makes me distrust the competence of the doctors there!

I would like to file a complaint with one of the MCI the doctors office receptionists. The receptionists name is “Persiss”. I felt entirely uncomfortable today when visiting for a drop in doctors appointment. Aside from being incredibly unprofessional and rude, I believe she breached what should be EVERY DOCTORS OFFICE POLICY. She naggingly persisted to ask me personal/detailed questions on the nature of my visit in front of maybe 15 people in the wait room. When I told her something vague - she went on to ask for specifics. Stating that’s she needed them because I was going to have to pay for the appointment. I agreed to pay for the appointment prior to this conversation but did not agree to have myself and my personal details read out to complete strangers in the waiting room. I am honestly disgusted. I have never felt so publicly embarrassed. This office needs to serious rethink hiring a better receptionist. Sad.

It’s a good clinic and with good doctors here. Agree that the experience is on/off dependent on the day you come in, so not consistent. There is a wait as with any walk-in clinic but the doctors know what they are doing which is comforting.

Iv been going to see Dr. K Vridy for years now. Love her, she is a wonderful Dr. Her staff she works with is amazing. Unfortunately I missed her by a few hours so I had to see the other staff here at the Doctors Office. I must say WOW. Very rude. Like omg rude. The front desk lady was no help and all she did was roll her eyes at me and had me waiting for 1 hour for blood work that I needed to retake. Was told on the phones I would be in and out and to just drop in. When asked after 30 mins how much longer, the front desk lady just rolled her eyes at me and picked up the phone. It's not like it's busy. No one is here in the waiting room... so upset and disappointed within this office. Never in my life have I ever felt so disregarded. Note to self only go to the office when Dr K Vridy is working......

I had the pleasure of being a patient of Jessica and Kristine. They were and are amazing. My entire family goes to the office for our family doctor. I have dealt with both nurses during doctor's visits and lab services. They are professional, knowledgeable and patient focus. All my interactions with them has been positive and filled with understanding, even when my toddler is having a difficult doctor's visit. Always a pleasure Jessica and Kristine.

Just finished my first visit in this place. Very clean compare to same others i had seen in the past. Friendly and helpfull service at reception desk, waiting time similar to others. It’s open on Sunday at 9am very convenient, don’t have to wait until Monday or drive miles from my home. Detailed interview with nurse and same explanations helped me to calm down Very professional doctor, she spent time listening to my issues and explained few different treatments. , I’m verry happy that she sugested at first more natural approach wihout putting me on antibiotics right away.

I have visited a few doctors at this location. They were friendly, professional and helpful. The ladies working at the pharmacy are kind, efficient and their service goes above and beyond. The front desk reception however had attitude, was slow and unwilling to help. There are people in this field who do an amazing job. If it isn't the right fit, look into a different line of work.

Staff is rude and lacks and have no concerns about the people they are serving. what made me change my old review is that they charge now for a simple note for referrals. 40 dollars just unbelievable it's just a money grap.

Family doctor is attentive and professional for the most part but the receptionists and the nurses there lack professionalism and courtesy. When you call in to ask a question it’s almost like you are inconveniencing them. Me and my fiancée have been to this clinic numerous times now because dr Mehta is our family doctor and she’s had to take some blood tests and twice they couldn’t find it because it wasn’t labelled right away or misplaced, as a result she’s had to redo the blood tests now a couple times because of the incompetence of some staff there. We are happy with the care dr Mehta provides for us but as far as the receptionists and nurses working there you’ll probably encounter a lot of eye rolling and below average service there.

My 85 year old father fell the night before. After calling about 15 places, MCI (Jessica) was the ONLY place that picked up the phone! Once we arrived at the Dundas location, we were treated like royalty. I can't thank everyone enough!! You guys are SUPERSTARS!!!!!!!!

Besides the waiting because the doctor is behind schedule (happens everywhere) this clinic is awesome. My family doctor is amazing and Persis is the most caring compassionate person I have ever dealt with in a doctors office. All the staff have been extra supportive and kind. They offer numerous services in one clinic and will ALWAYS call you back if you leave a message. Reading negative reviews is just bothersome, people need to relax and stop thinking they are #1 and the world revolves around them. If you are polite, patient and courteous you will have a great experience and get the assistance and answers you need. MCI is HIGHLY recommended to anyone seeking a doctor... thank you... :)

I was referred to Dr. Rohanne Robertson Moore with an appointment in November 2019. When the office gave me the appointment details, they did not mention that there was an Oakville and Mississauga location. I showed up to the appointment 10 minutes early to the wrong location. The staff at Oakville called the Mississauga office that I was on my way, and that I would be less than five minutes late. The offices are less than 10 minutes apart. I jumped in my car, and right at 11am - when my appointment was scheduled - the receptionist at Mississauga called and told me they are cancelling my referral, because I wasn't there. I told them I was three minutes away. I was right around the corner. They did not give me the proper address. The receptionist went and checked with Dr. Moore, got back on the phone with me, and said that Dr. Moore is leaving for the day. I asked if they could just make my appointment shorter to have it end at the same time. She then told me that Dr. Moore said no, and in that moment Dr. Moore walked out the door. I got a play-by-play of Dr. Moore actively choosing not to see a patient who was literally around the corner, less than five minutes late, because their office failed to provide the correct address. I never received a phone call to reschedule. I lost that referral. Considering she is a psychiatrist, and the wait times in Ontario are astronomical, I am shocked that this happened. Luckily I have good support around me, but I just hope no one else has had to deal with something similar.

I went to see the Skin specialist at this clinic. I did not have my phone with me. I knocked at the door and my rings made extra noise on the door. staff member "Melissa"opened the door and shouted at me. All staff is horrible and unprofessional and so rude. I would never go to that clinic and neither recommend it. There are many good people looking for jobs but these people are working there. Such a disappointment.

The worst walk in clinic by far we visited. The wait is to long even though there is no people waiting. They take you in and while they are with you they go next room make you wait again. Would not recommend to anyone this clinic. There are so many better ones in Mississauga.

I have had not received better care from clinic. Yes there was a wait but this is to be excepted for a walk in clinic. I have used this clinic several times and find it easier to get in then from my family doctor.

This review is to highly commend Dr. Ravi Mehta. He has been my family physician since 2018. He became my physician after my doctor of 30+ years retired. My experience with Dr. Mehta has been very positive. I have found him to be very sensitive and professional. He is patient and I never felt rushed. He always asked if I had any additional questions. In the interest of other patients I kept these to a minimum. I also found the nurses and receptionists at this Dundas St location equally amazing. I am sorry to see Dr. Mehta leave as he is relocating. I truly extend my best wishes to him. Laureen Bowen

I was told by three different doctors that my symptoms were all in my head. I know my body and I knew something was wrong. They were dismissive of the research I did because I would refer to "online". I had to diagnose myself in the end and beg for the medication I researched would work. The last doctor I saw fought me on this medication and had no knowledge of this very common medication. There would be no harm to me by taking it. He also prescribed it wrong. The pharmacist had to override his prescription for me otherwise it was pointless to take. I am now finally free of my ailments due to my own diagnosis and treatment. The only positive thing about this place is there always empty waiting room and amazing pharmacist of asian decent who is extremely friendly welcoming and informative compared to the doctors. I will not be returning to this clinic again.

Very very unprofessional staff this facility has. I have called several times on june 21 around 8 before the clinic would be closing and no one for good 20 minutes answered the call. Finally when the call did go through the receptionist was very rude and told me the clinic is closed now and there was 1 hour left. She passed the phone to another receptionist and she argued and hanged up the call on me. I was outside the facility and asked for someone who is in charge of the clinic and all the receptionist could do is ignore and hang up the call. Very very unprofessional behaviour. I work in the same field and would like to help my patients rather than ignore and be rude to them. This is not the first time this had happened with the receptionist. Would never recommend anyone there. Very rude and unprofessional staff they have.
