I have dealt with other clinics in Oakville, this is by far the best. Not only the staff is polite, friendly and responsible, Dr. K is kind and willing to help. We've been patients since this clinic opened up,, no complaints whatsoever.

Dr Tim Woodcock is terrific. The receptionists are very kind as well. My only complaint is that the waiting times are in excess of 1.5hrs each and every time i visit, even if you make an appt, you are put in order of walk in so the appt times mean nothing. They should really change their system and set a certain amount of hours a day for walk in and certain times for appts for patients of the doctor. It is very difficult to see him this way.

Terrible experience. Showed up early upon clinic opening, was told there is only 2 patients ahead of me. Waited 50 minutes to see the doctor for my prescription. Dr. Woodcock then went on to say he is hesitant to prescribe a low dose of a nerve pain agent for me and told me to see my own family doctor. He then went on to phone my family doctor’s office to verify that I am not lying about my condition for a prescription before prescribing only 14 tablets of it. One of the worst walk in experiences so far, will not be coming back!

Highly recommend this walk in clinic! The registration process was fast and easy. I got a virtual call within no time after registration with the covid panadmic hard time! The doctors and staff provided friendly and professional services. The doctors were very attentive and addressed all my concerns. Definitely will be back at this clinic in the future!

I strongly believe that the efforts are there for patient care and from my own personal experience I can honestly say this place is much better then any other walk in in town. I can't believe people go to other locations and wait in line. I was served almost immediately. My vitals were taken and the doctor actually was hands on trying to assess me, unlike many others whom stare at a computer screen the whole time.

Receptionist on Monday's is texting whilst you speak to her about booking appointments. She is rude and abrasive. Doctor is far more concerned with hearing himself than actually LISTENING to patient concerns. He does not listen, and fixates on things that have nothing to do with the actual patient condition. Had to keep on reminding him that I came to him for medical support not for conversations about insurance policies. Miss the previous doctor who was at the clinic until this summer. He truly had a heart for the patient's well-being. Will be moving to another clinic. The only redeeming aspect of the clinic is the main receptionist who actually remembers who you are and genuinely wants to know how you are doing.

Dr. Woodcock ordered labs, explained the results clearly, and set me up with specialists and prescriptions as necessary. He caught things that had been missed by my previous family doctor. I feel very fortunate to have found such a good doctor. I highly recommend this doctor.

Went at 3pm (the hours said it's open until 6pm) and it was already closed. I'm guessing the doctor wanted to start the weekend early. Wish I didn't pay for parking. Other reviews have said the same about inconsistent hours (though they have mysteriously been deleted?).

for many years, the Kerr walk in clinic was a great place to quickly solve the medical concerns. well.. not these days. a nonprofessional and very rude receptionist spoils nowadays the work of all the people I met at this location. ithe first day I went there .. the nurse receptionist send me to emergency without paying attention to the wound. it proved to be a poor advice. i did not need emergency service so I lost few hours getting to emergency and waiting. next day, during regular hours she told me "I am not taking any one at this time.. there are too many people waiting already come tomorrow and I will give an appointment for 10 am" third day at 10 am she tells me the doctor is not in.! huh? one would expect some kind of apology or explanation.. well.. not from this nurse receptionist. I then asked for her name and she did not want to respond. i told her she should have a badge with her name; she cut me off quickly: "don't tell me what should I do" wow!! I asked again what is her name, explaining that working in a public place, this not a personal question she jumps at me: "don't harass me!" I went to another walk in clinic: in 8 minutes the doctor checked the wound , temperature, cleaned and covered the wound.. in 8 minutes I was out the door: problem solved. Advice: if you experience any aggravation at Kerr clinic reception - move on.. go quickly somewhere else

Average - Nothing to write home about except that the wait time is minimal. I was frustrated today because I called and asked for a doctor's note for my daughter's fractured wrist. At the time, the doctor on call diagnosed her with a buckle fracture in her forearm. He also told me that I should keep her out of any activities that might compromise her wrist/forearm. I called today (two weeks later) asking for a doctor's note since I wanted to get reimbursed for a few weeks of missed skating lessons. The doctor wouldn't write the note without me coming in with my daughter again. This is absurd since he is the one who diagnosed her with the fracture in the first place! He probably wants to be able to bill the time spent looking at her wrist again. I won't be going to this clinic again.

I needed a physician badly , with my current conditions; not all fit. I started as a walk-in and had a girlfriend seeing him. She highly recommended. Most of my meet and greets are very emotional and hard for me. We flew through all my conditions and got multiple referrals for the specialists I needed. He is a comfortable doctor to deal with.

The receptionist wants to know the reason why you are calling in very much detail . She won’t transfer to the doctor until she’s know why you calling . If not she will hang up the phone and say that there’s something wrong with phone .

I have lived in Oakville for 16 years, and am fortunate to have a family doctor, but this was a rather urgent situation where I needed to use a walk in clinic. I would highly recommend Dr. Neen and his staff.

My doctor left the practice without telling me, the practice never informed me, my new doctor was automatically Dr. Qamar, he seems nice, just met him once, but most importantly, no one told me of this change until I figured it out myself... Been trying for days to call and leave a voicemail, they're voicemail is full, front desk says it's broken and I have to wait to leave a message until they fix it... It's been full for a long time now... They're email address doesn't work, I asked front desk how I can leave a message outside of office hours because those are my class times and working times.... She said there was no other option but to call during business hours... So they do nothing, very disorganized and disgusting customer service, sorry... Too bad no one cared to tell me of any of these changes and what makes it worse, I was in the middle of a major medical diagnosis, are you kidding me? Shame. I would have love to get to know my new doctor, but after all these disgraceful practices they call customer service and organization... No. I'm out. Very easy to find a new doctor and doctor's office. Very replaceable.
