The receptionists are RUDE on the phone and in person. Always have to wait at least 2 hours in the waiting room even if you have a scheduled appointment. Great Doctors, bad time management.

I can't help but think that this doctor's office could be run more efficiently. You have a set appointment time but are guaranteed at least an hour wait? Receptionists seem ..less than enthused, not booking appointments for what is actually needed, requiring more appointments and waiting. We're currently sitting in the waiting room , over an hour of waiting, with at least two other people sitting here waiting for the appointment that would have been a half hour later than ours. Is this really the way to run a doctor's office?

I have been going to Dr Skupsky for the past 24 years and have always had an amazing experience with the doctor as well as being greeted by the staff. There has been a staff change and I have never in 24 years been treated so poorly by a receptionist at this office. Her name was Soni, and claimed to be new at the office, and was extremely rude and unprofessional about the phone call from start to finish, and making the conversation very unpelasant. Customers calling/visiting the doctor's office should never be treated poorly as they may already be dealing with matters of their own , and would rather not have a person like Soni add on to their issues.

Dr.Skupsky is a very through ,current doctor. He takes extra time to explain anything that is bothering you and that you don’t throughly understand. He wants you to be comfortable with your treatment and know all the ins and outs of it.With this Covid 19 limitations I find he is pretty well on time on the phone. If you have to wait a few minutes longer when in the office bring a book!
