Dr. Espiari is the best and most caring doctor I have ever seen. He is very knowledgeable and listens very carefully to the patients’ needs. Since I moved to Oakville, Dr. Espiari has treated my health issues that I was dealing with for some years. The staff are also so professional and kind. Just love this clinic.

So pleased to have found this clinic. I had a terrible infection that was spreading fast and had me in a panic. It started the size of a nickel and over 4 weeks grew to cover my entire hand. Previous Dr's gave me antibiotics & creams which actually made it worse. After admitting they had no idea they referred me to the Dermatologist at this clinic. I had to wait about 5 minutes in a clean and comfortable facility, after which I received a very thorough examination and had all my questions answered to my satisfaction. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or anything. I felt a lot better after the initial visit, and amazingly had the infection start healing within a couple days of starting the new meds. My follow up appointments were just as positive. Hopefully I don't need medical attention anytime soon, but I'm happy to know these Doctors will be there if I ever need care again. Also, the pharmacy inside is very convenient and filled my scripts quickly. Parking was convenient right out front, steps away from their front door. I did have a mask on, unlike some of the negative reviews (which I did read before coming and was anticipating to deal with), but did not find any of these issues to exist within my experiences. No complaints about bedside manner but when I need a Dr I prioritize the BEST TREATMENT, over being coddled. I highly recommend this clinic and team of Doctors and will be exploring the possibility of transferring all my medical requirements to this clinic.

Called to book a walk-in appointment and the receptionist was very rude. She seemed annoyed that I was calling and when she asked why I was trying to book an appointment, she said, "you don't have a family doctor?". Told me all the doctors were busy today and tomorrow, which is totally fine and understandable, but just said "sorry" and hung up.

Lovely experience here today after an AWFUL experience at the walk in at the superstore. Dr Espiari is knowledgable, understanding & helpful. Receptionists were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Had a referral here, they called to reschedule, then when I arrived on the rescheduled date they had no record of the appointment which resulted in a very long wait with overall poor customer service. Dr was great which was good, just very poor scheduling customer service experience.

The management and receptionist are not helpful at all. I had requested if they have a female and male arabic speaking family doctors accepting new patients and they said yes. Every week i wait for the manager to call to see what my next step is and no one called. It was second week I called and she said there was no request so i was patient to tell her okay can you add the family with the two doctors and she said she had to ask and she will get back no one got back to me so i called them third week now and they said we dont have a female or male arab doctor accepting new patients. I got so mad because they didnt call me the first week the two doctors had already taken other new patients. this is really frustrating

I would give 0 stars if that was doable, but it is not. My son has caught a cold, runny nose and cough, and we had a phone call with the doctor who prescribed some stuff to help with the cough. And she explicitly said if your son gets a strong fever call us right away because this will be a sign of it turning into an infection. So next day, my son had a 38.4 degrees fever, started vomiting, and was feeling down. I called the doctor (as per her instructions to call right away) and the answer i get is that, we're full today how about we schedule for tomorrow morning. even when i asked to have a brief call in between scheduled calls, the receptionist simply said we cannot. if you think these symptoms are so important to ask us to call right away, is it normal for a "reputable" clinic to ask a 5 year old to wait until next day until we can have the phone call that you asked us to make "Right away" ? What a shame, this should be a caring practice first not business first.

I came in with a simple ear infection needing antibiotic treatment and left after being reprimanded, and interogated as to why I didnt come in sooner. My infection started Saturday evening, I went in Monday. I was also told that I'm going to be Referred to an ENT, which again I was questioned about despite it being in my chart that I was born with mild hearing loss. Also, after telling the Doctor (if you can call him one) I've had several ear infections over the course of my life and I know the treatment protocol like the back of my hand, he STILL chooses to ignore me and further tell me that I might need surgery. Don't go here whatever you do.

I went to this clinic several times to visit Dr. Espiari, who is our family doctor. He patiently hears our concerns and has a great relationship with children. I feel my family and I are fortunate to have him as a family doctor.

The receptionist was very friendly and efficient at checking me in for my appointment. The offices were extremely clean and nicely decorated making it a very comfortable and positive experience. I did have to wait even though I had an appointment, but the doctor apologized and assured me it would not happen on future visits. My appointment was with the dermatologist Dr Thuryayi. I felt I was in good hands. He was very patient and gave me all his attention and addressed my concerns in a professional, informative manner. The staff I encountered were polite and friendly.

I arrived at the walk in clinic at 11:00 and was the only patient in sight. The check in process was a little slow and I was shown to an examination room at 11:20 where I was examined by Dr. Espiari who was polite, friendly, and professional. He was thorough and I left with a script in hand for an antibiotic cream to treat a skin burn. The facility is 2 years old but seems brand new. The pharmacist was able to fill my script on the spot. All on all, a very positive and helpful experience all around.

Awful dermatologist, examined me from two metres away, wouldn't listen to what I had to say and even interrupted me saying "i'll ask all the questions" when I was explaining my skin problem. He didn't actually ask me many questions at all, and I was rushed out after ten minutes with a stitch from a biopsy which he told me would be "just a little scratch". I've never been treated so poorly by anyone in the medical field before. I would not recommend going here.

This practice has one of the best doctors in Oakville but the worst patient care and front desk attitude. Dr.Ali, has been my doctor for two years, he is a great Doctor with personal touch and unmatched diagnosis skills. It is unfortunate he works for a clinic that has no personal touch and consideration to emergencies. I called asking for an emergency appointment as i was bitten by a cat and needed an anti-biotics prescription. The answer I get: SORRY, WE ARE BUSY TILL TUESDAY (4 days), YOU CAN TRY THE EMERGENCY ROOM. When I suggested that family doctor practices should have a triage process for their patients and it is this repeat attitude causing me to consider different clinic. I get: FEEL FREE, IT'S UP TO YOU!...If you are new to Oakville and looking for family doctor, stay away from Central Park Medical Center.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jirjis' for many years and have remained her patient despite moving 40 minutes north of oakville. I have had nothing but incredible support and care by her, as well as the walk in doctors on site when she hasn't been available. I have A LOT of medical needs due to physical complications and I have honestly had the best care and advocacy I can imagine with this care team. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and the pharmacy is run by a fantastic pharmacist and staff. I read other reviews and feel bad for those who have had negative experiences because this doctors office has been a lifeline for many years (over 15 years) and have done a wonderful job in every regard.

DO NOT GET BLOODWORK DONE HERE. I am a type one diabetic and I’ve gone here a few times for bloodwork 2/3 times they did not complete all the tests on my form and when I went to see my doctor she didn’t have the results and I had to go get bloodwork again. In 20 years of being diabetic I have never had a lab screw up my bloodwork like this place. Twice in one year NOT IMPRESSED.

Excellent clinic in every aspect, starting from the friendly helpful reception staff to the nice knowledgeable professional doctors and ending by the kind professional helpful Pharmacy staff. I have become a regular patient of this clinic even though it's far from where I live! The waiting time is very short (almost none at times). All of the doctors (Dr. L. Jirjis, Dr. A. Espiari and Dr. H. Al-Gerrah) are nice, knowledgeable and professional doctors. They have always given me the right diagnose/prescription. The Pharmacy is just right there inside the clinic with a very kind helpful and professional Pharmacist. One time I had the worst virus ever to the point that I had to call 911 in the middle of the night and was rushed to the emergency of a nearby hospital. After almost 4 hours of waiting, the doctor gave me a very basic medicine that didn't do anything! I was in extreme pain and had over 40 degrees of fever with severe cough and could hardly breathe. The next day I went to Central Park Medical Center where Dr. L. Jirijis examined me and gave me the right medication. I started feeling the difference right from the next day and within 5 days I was fully recovered. Dr. Jirjis saved my life.

Extremely rude staff and the elderly lady at reception is very rude and has no knowledge about anything. She was measuring weight of my son and said he is 60kg how is it possible 4 years old kid. Also very rude when questioned. I feel they all team up which is wrong, acknowledge what is wrong. I left clinic right away with their unprofessional manner
