Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Stefanie Miska from Focus Health Clinic on Oak Bay Ave. I started seeing Stefanie for acupuncture just over a month and a half ago to help with my migraines that I was getting every week. After working with Stefanie getting acupuncture and cupping weekly, I haven't had one full-blown migraine in the last month and a half - which is HUGE for me! If you're a woman looking for support with your hormones, the gang over at Focus Health Clinic are for you! Highly recommended!

I've been getting treatment from Steff for a couple years. She helped me through hormone imbalance, dietary issues, pregnancy and postnatal treatments. She is knowledge about what she does and always takes the time to check-in and ask questions about how I'm doing. The new office is super clean and calming - definitely recommend!

Focus Health is a great part of our healthcare community. I've had a number of acupuncture treatments with Steph Miska and I've been extremely happy with the results. Booking appointments is easy and the clinic is very accessible and welcoming. The clinic does direct billing with supplementary health plans and accepts credit cards...a real plus.

Dr. Michelle Gaucher is the most phenomenal naturopath I have ever been to. She does acupuncture for me, jaw massage for my TMJ, and helps me plan and set goals for my routines in order to take my vitamins daily and live in a healthier way. She is very thorough with the blood tests she sends you out to do and is doing research outside of the office to help her clients. She has helped me with so much and I would not be at my healthy and active state now without her!
