I deal with this centre personally and if everything is straight forward, there are no problems but I made an appt. 3 weeks ago for a veteran, whom I am a caregiver for to renew his mj script with his doctor; Dr. Bowdridge whom he was seeing on spring garden before they closed their doors and she moved to Trauma centre. 1st rant was they didn't even set him up with her, she wasn't even in today, but instead set him up with some hard to understand doctor new to the clinic, who changed his prescription without knowing any circumstances around his illness, suicidal attempts, etc. This just puts him back to square 1, which we had overcome and things were going great and now a delay for his meds because of this other doc who was playing god. Now having to get in touch with his doctor tomorrow's when she returns to fix this mess he created today. Why do people want to change things that has been working finally. For this reason they get 1 star and unorganized today. I sat in car for 2-1/2 hours for what was a 10 minute appt. Since god changed his script, he then had to see God's assistant. Idiots????

I'll start off by saying that I have never had any issue with the docs at HM and the staff at the front desk, they're wonderful. When I was a client at HM I had serious issues with a nurse and the Social Worker. I immediately reported a nurse who revealed private and very traumatic information about a client to me. The Social Worker, Bethany loves to preach the importance of boundaries, while crossing them herself. This place is the most unprofessional place I've ever experienced in my lifetime. When I reported this incident it was simply minimized. Crossing boundaries with a client should have zero tolerance. When discussed, she actually used my PTSD against me and said it was my trust in others, not her crossing boundaries, but it was my trust issues that caused this. I have the Facebook correspondence where she wrote a "defense" letter, basically admitting everything in doing so. She even revealed (bragged) to me that she is doing "pro bono" for a client whom I know. Is that my business and would her client want others to know that they can't afford it? This place has no boundaries in my opinion and would not recommend. I've since found an amazing professional that has very strict boundaries, carries integrity, truly cares about their clients' well being and keeps her private life completely SEPARATE. I wrote my review previously and deleted it, but if this review will prevent even one person from the pain and treatment set back that this caused me, it's totally worth the exposure to myself.

I really was not happy at first but Shelby has restored my faith in the whole process. I was not getting the anxiety relief I was expecting and just about gave up. After a lengthy conversation, shelby was so patient and let me rant about what felt like everything. We finally agreed to change my supplier and I can't wait to get started again!

Nurses wont return calls from patients regarding concerns and general questions. Reception acts aggressive with clients who have high anxiety. Reception staff will miscommunicate important info to clients (like the fact that the dr in isnt actually an employee of a clinic but rather simply has an office in the same building- a particular set of info that is hard to understand for someone with ptsd unless eeeexplained explicitely to them. Reception didnt know I PUT a note to have the nurse call me back so they assumed i must be crazy for asking questions about my file. Guys, if theres any further discrimation against me for my mental health, I DO have access to the resources/montary support to sue you if the games persist; so please put the games to rest. I want things to run smoothly when I'm scheduled to renew in October. You know which patient I am even though this is a fake name. We wont go to court if the games have stopped. Hoping for continued support in gaining my perscription.

My pain came because of an accident Arcadia university, since 1995, so the WCB will not help out with the help from the Truman center. They help me stop taking two medications.
