I have been a patient of this clinic for over 15 years. They are very helpful and often, if there's an emergency and I call at a reasonable time, the secretaries put me in that day. One thing to know is that they are NOT a walk in clinic. I find that I don't have to wait too long when I get there. 15 mins at the most on a bad day.

The doctors are nice but the younger receptionists are rude and snappy and believe they can speak to you about test results etc over the phone, while you ask them not to, in a room full of people. NO PRIVACY and v.uncouth.

I have been happy with my family doctor. I dont go there often only if i need to. But it's been getting harder and harder to book. I have to wait a month's time before i can book an appointment.

It's been great for almost 7 years now. I have no complains. I really appreciate my family doctor and she's been taking good care of my family. Keep in mind it's not a walk in clinic, so you can't just walk in and expect a doctor to see you right away. You must register first and that's only if there's a doctor available who's accepting new clients. So call and ask if they're accepting new clients before you go in. Wait time is reasonable if you're a patient and you've booked an appointment. I haven't looked for another family doctor because I'm satisfied with the one I have now. I also enjoy talking to the ladies at the front desk and non of them has ever discussed my medical results on the phone with me. They always call and inform me that the doctor wants to see me and to book an appointment. I won't know what's on my test results until I see the doctor. All in all I enjoy being a patient here.

I went to the clinic because it was the closest to me when I learned that I might have fallen ill from a highly contagious disease. I got there apparently right after the doctor left and the receptionists were really no help at all. What if I had been really really ill? Luckily there is another clinic a bit further away but what's the point of having a clinic with no doctor there?

I have been a patient in this medical practice for more than 10 years. My experience in this office was pleasant whenever me and my family book an appointment. However, lately we noticed that front desk are lacking compassion and customer service towards patients inquiry and other question. I have called inquiring and the receptionist was trying to rush me on the phone and was rude. Are they not happy with their job? Why are you rude to patients who are already suffering/sick? Lately, we have received a mass email from the office as well about respect to their employees and we felt bad about what is stated in the email. But after experiencing how rude the tone of the receptionist, no wonder people are triggered by this. I hope the management of Wilson Medical Group will conduct a proper seminar in customer service. Front desk, you are not in a call centre job you are working at a medical office - YOUR COMPASSION, CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM IS WHAT PEOPLE ARE SEEKING FOR WHEN THEY CALL IN YOUR OFFICE! I hope you don't ruin the reputation of your good doctors there.

RECEPTIONIST HERE ARE RUDE ESPECIALLY THE BLACK WOMAN AND THE OLD FILIPINO RECEPTIONIST! THEY THINK THEY OWN THE PLACE! I CANT EVEN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT THESE PEOPLE RAISING THERE VOICE AT ME! UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years and can truly state my medical team, doctors, receptionists and nurse are all very caring, knowledgeable, compassionate and patient oriented. Every time my health requires attention they are always ready to help. Thank you so very much!
