I've been seeing this doctor just for convenience and recently tried to book an appointment with the receptionist and had the worst customer experience. She confirmed that the doctor will call me after a certain time without actually confirming a time. Lo and behold, there was no call within the time frame she said and when I call her back, she's giving me a flustered attitude as if I'm inconveniencing her. I'm immediately being rushed off and she said she'll call me back and hangs up. I'm not even sure if she has the best number to call me back at. I've never really had the best experience with this doctor either as it always feel like he's focused on booking as a money grab opportunity and his immediate solution is always prescribing some pharmaceuticals. Would not recommend as I will be removing myself from his book of patients immediately as I do not feel that he's deserving of my tax dollars

Doctor is alright. But the RECEPTIONIST is RUDE. She was very OLD (about 60 year)but LACK OF A EDUCATION ( illiterate = that hoc ) She really really need go to school to learn a DEPORTMENT = cach cu xu). WASTE the TAX we PAID for her....If this site let me give MINUS STARS I would for sure....

Dr. Chính Nguyen is the worst doctor.He’s bad comments, and he is afraid of COVID-19.My son has tested COVID at his school but his result is negative.Dr. Chinh said that Testing at school isn’t exactly.Why? After that he said I and my son don’t come to his office???? Waste the money have to pay to him by my tax… Never come back ! What a pity for my family doctor’s retirement! Uổng 1 sao quá!
