Worst telephone service I have ever had. The conversaion and relaying information was challenging due to there being a language barrier and then she kept putting me on hold without apology, explanation or any kind of indication why. she needed to. it's been over half an hour. Her tone of voice was totally sloppy an nonchalant. it doesn't feel like they care at all or wish to be working there. Waist of time. Overall, very frustrating experence. I'd give zero if I could.

I have always found Dr. Tabassi very attentive and willing to listen, which is more than I can say for some Dr.'s. I have never had to wait more than 30 mins which is better than average for sure. No hesitation to recommend this practice.

Had a meet and greet for both myself and my partner with Dr. Oveisi. We both were impressed by him and are happy to have him as our new family doctor. The receptionists were lovely and friendly.

I met Dr Kate Brennan on the phone for a 18 minute meet and greet. She sounded alright at first but her tone and voice changed after I told her about my trauma -- being a caregiver for a mental health family member. She shamed me, and she refused to re-direct me to get the help I needed. I am okay if we are not the right fit. When I asked her where I could help medical help, she pretty much says " it's not my problem". She does not care as a healthcare provider, seems like she only cares about her professional career and operating a business.

The reception staff are very rude on the phone and in person. I love my doctor, she is amazing! I think they need to rehire staff, who is caring and welcoming. We are in a doctors office after all. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating people this way, especially during these times, when people are in need of kindness.

My experience with the clinic is consistently bad. As a mother of 2 kids I try to plan my day and rely a lot on other people and services to do the same. Unfortunately with This clinic ( dr Galstian) it’s always a struggle. I book earliest appointments or even appointments by phone often delayed. Most of the times I’m waiting at the room for 30 minutes or longer. This is upsetting and surprising given how much staff the clinic has at the front desk to coordinate the process. I’m recommending anyone who is inquiring me about your clinic to avoid being a customers of yours if the delays are critical to them.

I have been going here for over 5 years now and I don’t know why as my doctor gives me holistic remedies for everything. I understand that it is right in some cases but today was my que to find another family doctor. I am so terribly sick, I could barely talk but I was told to take vitamin D. I’m now considering going to the hospital because my symptoms are so bad that I need immediate care. For the clinic, the girls at the front desk have always been helpful however I took my car earlier today and got a parking ticket at their office building as it was not clearly stated to buy a ticket.

My partner was given the news of cancer. HE had to follow up with ihealth and Dr Mehrtash Amini over his biopsy results as no one called in over 2 weeks after the biopsy. Over a week since the news and we hadn't heard ANYTHING from this clinic in regards to referrals promised nor follow up tests. We bypassed ihealth and got an oncologist from the Lions Gate hospital, without a referral. Less than 48 hours since we saw him and all the follow up tests are booked, and he's been referred to the cancer agency. ihealth - get your sh*t together. What doctor tells someone they have cancer and then don't do any of the promised follow ups??!?!!!?!

Really nice clinic, clean, neat and doctors are very nice and knowledgeable. They are always super sweet with my boy and us and have given us the proper check up and follow up. They really make you feel they care for you, asking deeply about your concerns and previous health issues related, and not that you are just another "patient" more.

I don’t recommend this place because they are very disorganized and some of the front staff are very rude to patients. I don’t appreciate walking into a place where I’m not treated well. Not too mention the wait is super long. We all know doctors are always running late but being behind more than an hour is too much specially when you are walking with a toddler that gets inpatient quick! I would rather go to a different place that is more organized , has a better online booking system and I feel welcomed to the office. No thank you, I have more value for myself and my family to come back to your office! Customer service should always be ONE!

This is the best Doctor's office I've ever been to. All of the Physicians I've seen at ihealth have been very involved and seem genuinely interested in my wellbeing. Anyone who thinks it's easy to get to see a doctor that is going above and beyond is not thinking that good doctors are Sought after and will always been busier. We all have to be a patient patient and wait our turn. Give ihealth MD a chance and they will not take care of you and your family. Positive energy gives positive results.

I think even one score is more than what they deserve, They are the worse place that i have ever dealt with. I had a skin disorder, it was an urgent case, i explained that it is getting worse, they gave me an appointment after 20 days, then they told me they referred me to another office. After two weeks, since I didn’t receive anything back from the second office i called the referred one then they told they have not received anything from your family Dr. I called my family dr here again, they told me we give you a virtual appointment two weeks later, after two weeks they called and said we are busy we call you next week. Around two months without any results. I don’t know why they are playing with people, they don’t take patients seriously, I want to change my family doctor.

Since day one with this clinic we are having issues. Receptionists don’t know what to do, doctors are not communicative, all we need is done in slow motion, referrals are sent with a lot of delay. Now with COVID is even worse. We went there to get our baby checked and the doctor rushed his check up because he was late. We had no time to ask all we wanted and in the end didn’t wanted to check his weight and height. Like, what? If you’re planning to come, just find another clinic, it might be easier

Very unpleasant customer service experience. I’ve been trying to find a family doctor on the North Shore for over a year now. I inquired at iHealth in October 2020 and they confirmed that Dr. Brennan was accepting new patients. Great. I booked the earliest Meet & Greet in two weeks after that. They called me a week later and rescheduled me to November, explaining that Dr. Brennan was overbooked for October. No problem. Just before my November appointment, the receptionist called me informing that my appointment is cancelled because Dr. Brennan was no longer accepting new patients. That was very disappointing, to say the least… A year later, I am giving this clinic another chance but still have to deal with the rigidity and lack of understanding from the reception. I am assigned a doctor now and hopefully will have a pleasant experience with the professional medical staff. My advise is to be patient and keep trying as finding a family physician these days is not so easy.

Very happy with my experience with this clinic, front desk staff, and especially with Dr. Galystan. One time I had to wait quite a while when the clinic was very busy; I was feeling quite unwell due to a recent surgery, and the front desk staff were caring and found an empty exam room for me to lie down in while I waited. Dr. Galystan is a very knowledgeable and compassionate physician who takes time with you. She reviews consults and is prepared for her appointments with you. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Galystan as my PCP.

I haven't been to this clinic in a while and I've been informed the doctor who treated me there "Doctor Amini" (awful) is now gone to another clinic, while I'm glad to hear they moved him on I'm giving this clinic a low review, as well for long wait times, staff are hot and cold and parking is difficult close by.

iHealth is the worst doctors office I have ever attended. On more than 3 occasions I have felt my health concerns were being disregarded or that I was being put directly at risk due to the actions of the staff here. They either don't care, or are simply too incompetent to keep up with the requirements of care for their patients. I've been refused service, falsely charged $, disrespected and belittled. I had booked an appointment to have an IUD inserted but the Pharmacy needed to know which kind, which the prescription didn't specify. The pharmacy and I called repeatedly with no answer and they didn't return calls. When I finally got through to them they said they wouldn't do the procedure because they hadn't sterilised their equipment (This appointment was booked more than a month in advance and there is only a small window to do it each month) After an incredibly stressful day of contacting them back and forth they decided they COULD in fact do it and had me in to the office. For her part Dr. Fatyeva (not my regular GP at the office) was kind and tried to reduce some of my concerns. Unfortunately she also placed it incorrectly. meaning I needed to go through the whole process again. I had to have a scan done to verify placement, which I never heard back about. The next time I heard from this office was to inform me that I owed them $45 for missing an appointment. One that I never booked and was not informed of. They had simply gotten my results and booked an appointment without ever consulting me. When I called to say as much they said I had to be aware of it because they would have told me (they didn't) and I could either come in to pay the bill or send them a cheque. OH and guess what. AGAIN they couldn't do it anyways because they didn't set up their office correctly. I've found a new Dr and within hours of receiving my test results from this ridiculous operation they've already called to talk about MULTIPLE things these idiots missed. They don't care about you and just want your money. STAY AWAY.

Worst quality of care I have ever received. I waited almost an hr for my appointment, which I was on time for. It was the first time a physician hasn’t asked for my health history, especially considering it was my first time there. Doctor Armine Galstyan presumed judgment on concerns I had because I was under 30, without any knowledge of my health. Doctor’s should never judge their patient’s concerns based on their own views. Their job is to listen and decide on the best course of treatment. She was condescending and spoke to me with an aggressive tone as I tried to advocate for myself. I felt like I was a bother and my concerns didn’t matter in her opinion. I left feeling extremely upset and hurt.The patient experience should be first and foremost. I’m very disappointed in this clinic, especially since it was recommended by a specialist on the North Shore. An update on my medical concerns, I need to get surgery and was seen by a physician who knows how to communicate with patient’s and make an informed decision before judging them. Update: Thank you for your reply. My account is under my maiden name. I will call to speak with Soraya and provide my married name, which will be on file.

First of all, my doctor is perfect. I'm complaining one of your reception staffs at 12th St. clinic, she wasn't respectful to me, I didn't know her name, but she wears glasses and looks like a filipino lady. I have found many times that each time I spoke to her, she did not get what I said, and I had to repeat loudly. It's hard to communicate with her. I ever visited your 15th St. clinic for many times, and there was rare such basic communication problem, this made me feel very embarrassing, because I had to repeat every word in front of other patients. So, I recommend you to replace her, I noticed you still have other receptionists, but why only she spoke to all patients in person?? Or if her English can't meet receptionist requirement, consider to hire better candidates, thanks.

Working for years as a medical assistant later as an office manager for the clinic, I can say they are definitely not professional and efficient.

I health was a great experience for me. As a new patient, Dr. Oveisi spent lot of time with me, getting to know my health needs and diagnosed my problems, treating not just my illness but recommended lifestyle adjustments as well. They made me feel like a family member, not a number. I also was very impressed it's the waiting room, which had a warm atmosphere, decorations and finally, some expensive chairs that were user friendly for people with back problems. I could not find a family doctor in Vancouver and was so happy that they were taking on new patients.

Very disorganized place! I was waiting for about 1 hour to see my family doctor. This is unacceptable. That is why we get appointments not to wait this long but what happens they book too many patients for 10 min each so obviously doctors will be behind their schedule.

I have had dr fadeyava for the last few years and she's great. But it's busy and they're taking on too many people you never get to see your dr even by phone. Then I had dr Solimine who is fantastic. But the office isn't handled properly. I'm told to call in and I call and it rings and I'm cut off before someone answers. 15 times today. Not sure what's going on and the message that I gave was never delivered since I didn't get a call back. Health care is back of the bus..

Dr Fadyeyeva is my family doctor and I have also seen Dr Amini and Dr Tabassi on occasion. I think all three are excellent and very caring doctors. If you have musculoskeletal issues Dr Amini is wonderful. He is my husband’s doctor and went above and beyond to advocate for him when dealing with a workplace injury claim. As far as the wait times, I have not found them to be excessive or much longer than other offices I have attended. I have never felt rushed through my appointments. I feel very fortunate for the care they have provided my entire family.

If I could give you a lower score I would. When the doctor is more than half an hour behind at 9:30 in the morning there is a problem. Keeping patients waiting an hour or more is unacceptable. We all have live that we have taken time out of to manage our health and we are denied that care because of your lack of time management. This is a constant problem with your clinic. The reception staff is rude and difficult to deal with. It seems like they could care less about the people that come in and treat them as an inconvenience. My time is no less valuable than yours. I have read some of your comments to other negative reviews and your responses have been rude. Seem to be a common theme at this clinic.

My family Dr. is Dr. Natalia Roehlig and I have also seen Dr. Amini. I have had nothing but an exceptional experience from both the front end staff and the Dr.'s . I appreciate being able to make an appointment online and as with any clinic I assume there will be some wait time regardless. However, there has never been any time that I've found unacceptable and both Doctors have given me their time and expertise during my appointment. I have never felt rushed or not heard. I recommend both Dr.s and am grateful to have found a clinic with great staff and Doctors!

The waiting times are incredible long and not understandable. Staying in the waiting area more than 40 mins is not really acceptable; specifically as every patient has to have an appointment time. Today lady called me and told that I have to pay 35 dollars for cancelled visit. So if they charge 35 dollar for 15 mins, I am considering to change the clinic 35 dollars for every 15 mins I waited for a doctor.

If you like to be nickel and dimed at every turn, this practice is for you. If you show up on time and find yourself waiting often in excess of 45 minutes, this is for you. If you want your child to receive inconsistent care, get bounced to multiple doctors, and not have proper follow up in determining medications, this practice is for you.

The quality of this office is awful. First incident occurred when I needed a procedure done and I needed a referral from my doctor to even get an appointment. I was told I should hear from the office that I was getting referred to in about a week. Two weeks past and I call that office and they informed me that my family doctors office never sent anything. So I had to find a way to get my procedure done without a referral and I did luckily. During my next family doctor appointment I told them that they never sent in my referral and they basically said "whoops". No apology, nothing they didn't care. Second issue, I had blood work done and my doctor informed me that there were some cause for concerns and I needed to get my blood tested again to make sure everything is OK. I would wait weeks for this requisition to be sent to me for fairly serious thing. They caused so much stress and anxiety. I called and emailed the office multiple times and they had no record of me needing blood work. The office staff was no help when I called about a problem. They were rude and honestly didn't seem like they cared about my well being. I have never encountered such disregard for patients in my life. If looking for a family doctor go elsewhere.

I called at the end of December to get an appt with my family doctor as SHE wanted to do a follow up with me. I was offiered days and I had chosen the Thursday, and put it into my calendar for thay day. I even repeated the day and time with the receptionist before hanging up. I put all the info in my phone WHILE i had the receptionist still on the line. As soon as I hung up, I made arrangements with my work to be able to leave early for that specific day. Next thing you know I am being called on a different day saying my appt was missed. This is the second or third time this has happened! I am so sick of this especially when its extremely difficult to get an appointment with my own GP. I left my other doctor for this reason. I was then and still am seeing other doctors more than my own family doctor ! I was going to refer my parents to the 12th street or 15th street clinic but changed my mind now! Between the 2 clinics they have only 3 receptionists that know what they're doing. The doctor's are ok. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a family doctor!

Dr.Mehrtash Amini is very caring, sincere, knowledgeable and professional.. He takes time to talk about your health and personal problems. UsuaIly never have to wait more than 10/15 minutes from scheduled appointment time to see him. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a family doctor.

I attended both the Dr,s clinic and the hearing clinic. The hearing clinic has been totally attentive caring with a lot of personal support for adjusting and learning how to use hearing aids for the first time. The Family Dr, Dr Faydeva was extremely knowledgable and caring. My experiences have always been positive. When it first opened there was a receptionist who was not very professional or polite. She has since been let go.

My husband and I were recently taken on as patients with Dr.Kate Brennan and we could not be happier with her! She is straight to the point but still funny and kind. She has made me feel extremely comfortable talking about anything with her and I am so glad to have found her! I will say getting a hold of the office can be challenging at peak times but that is to be expected during these crazy times! The staff are incredible and super friendly and you can tell they are trying their best to help everyone as quick as possible during these unprecedented times.

5 Star health care!! Dr. Fedyeyva and her team offer caring, personalized expert health care. Our entire family, from toddler to seniors, have been patients for 10 years. Follow-up care is a highlight of this practice. As is often said, good help is hard to find. The current MOA team are friendly, caring and helpful, meeting patients' needs as best they can in these challenging Covid times. I think not an easy task. In particular, Stephanie has been wonderful to interact with. This practice offers virtual and telephone appointments which can be booked online with your specific family doctor. I like having these options, and have on occasion booked a daily virtual walk-in appointent when a last-minute appointment was required.

On Saturday, September 5th, I waited 2 hours for my scheduled appointment (11:50am) I would suggest the following: (1) explain to patients why their appointment was so late, (2) apologize for the late appointment, (3) with an office full of such brilliant minds please brainstorm together a strategy to ensure that appointments are booked in such a way that no one has to wait two hours unless there is some type of unforeseen emergency. I was not offered an explanation, nor an apology. Obviously, with with a two hour delay this negatively impacted our plans for the day. It begs the question that perhaps the clinic or the doctor is trying to squeeze in more patients than is actually feasible and the burden of the schedule mismanagement falls on the patient when, inevitably, the doctor falls behind schedule.

Dr. Galstyan is one of the best family doctors in Metro Vancouver. I lost my father just because our former family doctor was negligent and didn't take my father's symptoms seriously. As a result, my father was diagnosed with cancer too late, and he missed his chance to survive. Having this background, I became so obsessive about finding a knowledgeable family doctor who truly cares about her/his patients and does not hesitate to send them to a specialist if required. Finally, after changing my family doctors a few times, I met Dr. Galstyan. My kids and I have been her patients for two years, and I can't be happier. I do feel safe with her as I'm confident that she never overlooks any symptoms. And of course, she has a very pleasant manner. Thank you Dr. Galstyan! :)

Doctor Galstien is amazing, but the clinic is terrible. They book people in every 10 minutes, and are nowhere near being able to accommodate that amount of patients. I went for a small injection, and have been waiting over 1.5 hours since the appointment I booked. The waiting room is completely full, with people standing as well. There is no point in going here over a walk-in clinic They also do not have wifi for the wait.

Listens carefully and doesn't rush the session. New clinic looks very posh and welcoming and as for staff, they have always been polite and attentive.

The doctors that I needed to visit were knowledgeable and very helpful. Most of the receptionists are helpful as well. One or two of them have difficulty to pronounce non-English names even after many times of repeating and actual visits.

Dr. Inna Fadyeyeva has been an excellent physician for myself, my husband, and three kids. She is always thorough and kind. It is especially refreshing to have a family doctor understanding of the complex chronic illnesses that I deal with. This can be hard to find, and is very, very valuable. The office is prompt and professional with excellent facilities offering a multitude of treatments. I have also done trigger point injections with great success under their care.

Dr.Inna Fadyeyeva has been caring for me for a number of yrs now & it was my prior Dr. Dr. Jane. Donelly that suggested I see her as she was retiring! Dr.Donelly & her hubby Dr. Marshal have looked after me since I was 18 years old I am now 54 and lucky have changed my doctor once. I stick and stay with those that care and Dr.Inna really does care!! This place is amazing for all they do for so many especially in these trying times. Getting through on the phone can be a little bit of a challenge but that’s to be expected also no different from calling a lot of other places. I think it’s important for all of us to remember that we’re all doing our best and in my books these guys really amazing!! They have a really good protocol prior to coming in to keep us all safe and I have big respect for anybody that takes the extra measures during these times. Please give a little love to your Doctor No matter who they are because just as you’re struggling and most of us are they are human and juggling all of us ????

Dr.willaeys was just the Doctor I was looking for until I came down with the excruciating pain of trigeminal neuralgia. She was impossible to reach for urgent pain care and then referred me to a pain clinic with a two year wait. I then saw her associate who gave me trigger point injections and said to come back next year. What am I supposed to do now?

Specifically for Dr Oveisi..horrible. Allows patients to be booked with him he has no intention of seeing just to bill MSP for the visit. I waited for 45 minutes, to be seen for ONE MINUTE to be told he doesnt see ICBC..even though I specifically asked before I booked..just a cash grab..very sad.

Dr. Levental is lovely, but it is insane the hoops you have to jump through just to get an appointment with your own family doctor! I've called multiple times and get put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time each time and end up having to hang up because they are only available during my work hours. The online booking option isn't working. Right now I've been on hold for 30 minutes and counting. The receptionist really needs to learn some time management skills.

I love my dr here, dr rhoelig. However the front staff are the worst. Rude and impolite. Last time I arrived last week, 5 min late due to no parking anywhere, the main receptionist with the dark hair and glasses, (looks Filipino) shouted at me while I was sitting down, “you’re late! Next time you’re late we have to reschedule”. It was totally embarrassing in front of the other patients. Not to mention where does this clinic get off? Every time I come for a 5 min TPI appt I typically wait an hour to an hour 15 min. With travel time to and from work that’s 2 hours I don’t get paid and more than once had to leave from waiting too long and I had to go. Never any warning to you they are behind, doctors are overscheduled, and they certainly don’t care about our time, but don’t hesitate to charge you if you miss or are late. Not to mention it’s impossible to get in anymore, appointments are now a month in advance from taking too many new patients. I would endure all this to see my doctor, but those front desk girls are just horrible and should be fired. And the owner needs to make a 2 way policy- make us wait over an hour and you pay us a refund for all the times you charged us. Our time is valuable as well. Last time I asked how long the wait would be I didn’t even get an answer.

I went to this clinic for the first time, very efficient and organized, luxurious and really professional team. I had a really great experience. We decided to move our service to the practice. I highly recommend it.

First of all, I'm not complaining about a doctor she is a great.Her name is DR. Roehlig.Well thank you! I'm complaining about front office access. They are extremely disrespectful and rude.This did not happen for the first time, but several times. I decided to write this review as well.I'm a patient with Covid. and I can't see any doctor right now. That's why I also had a first phone call with Health BC Where the madam recommended me to contact my family doctor by phone. I want to be responsible so I try to do everything by phone and be considerate of others. After calling the front office, I explained that I was a Covid patient and I would like to talk to my doctor really only as briefly as possible to prescribe a medicine.The lady maximally ignored me and said that they are full that I can order in a next week week.I explained to her once again that I was a covid patient and I needed to prescribe some medication from my doctor that I would really like to talk to her very briefly.Her answer was NO! So I told her that I would record this call and if I had to go somewhere in the emergency so that I had proof . As soon as I said I wanted to record it, the lady folded the phone cheeky. Eventually I will probably have to contact Healthy BC anyway because the front office of my family doctor is terrible. Unfortunately, this is a front office approach.

Dropped into this clinic because my daughter was throwing up in the night and our family doctor couldn’t fit us in until the afternoon. Dr Amini wasn’t interested in that, but wanted to take a swab of her face because she was also recovering from an unrelated rash. Then he inexplicably insisted that she be weighed, which meant waiting another 20 minutes for an assistant to find a scale while my daughter cried. His office called back six days later when she was fully recovered from everything to say I should schedule a follow-up, but were unwilling to have the doctor call to explain why. He just wants to have us come in so he can bill again, rather than fulfilling his obligation to provide care. This is a provider-centric approach that doesn’t take into account at all what a parent is trying to juggle. The office staff would not help in any way and were just condescending about getting a family doctor, which we have, but we all also know is very hard. I would NOT recommend this clinic or doctor!

What even is this place? So, so disappointed by the quality of care here. The doctors at their 15th street location are always extremely late and rush through the appointment when they finally do get to you. The doctor was an hour late for my last appointment, and spent less than five minutes with me. They advertise as a family practice but the care here is no better than going to a walk-in clinic. I went in for terrible and persistent stomach cramping and I practically had to beg the doctor to send me in for any kind of testing. I was told that a test for food intolerance doesn't exist and to just keep a 'food diary' and try an elimination diet. The only redeeming quality of this clinic is the front desk staff, who are lovely.

That entrance digital display is a trigger for the Alcoholics I no doubt know, but this Drs office is maintained seamlessly under its volume pressures and the new Covid measures.

I met Dr. Nassibi for my mole removal. He was really nice and funny. I was scared at first. He told me I will numb the area and whenever you are ready we will remove. When I told him, I am ready, he said, perfect! It's all done and you are good to go!!! I was amazed by his charm and support.... I really loved his service and the staff were very kind and friendly with me on the way out. a great experience I had on my procedure day... If you are tired of being treated poorly and looking for a team of professional who will go over and beyond to give you best service possible, I recommend to go to iHealthMD. Thank you Sultan
