Dr. Lapuste is such a wonderful, knowledgeable, warm and caring doctor who listens empathetically and investigates thoroughly. I feel very fortunate to have her professional expertise for my health matters. If I were just rating Dr. Lapuste, it would be a 5 -- unfortunately and detrimentally, the front desk person is unprofessionally curt bordering rude and not a very good representation of the doctor she supports.

I moved to the north shore a few years ago from dt and had a difficult time finding a family doctor. I found a gp health links # which referred me to a small # of family docs accepting new patients. This clinic was close so I choose it. The receptionist is friendly, efficient and can handle the volume of people and calls well. Dr Snopkowski is really kind, caring and thorough. Unlike the assembly line experience I have had at many local walk In clincs, I found this Doctor spends adequate time with patients. Thank you Lions Gate Clinic - I would recommend you to anyone I know .

Dr. Lapuste is an amazing physician - but the front desk staff are incredibly unprofessional and rude. You do not get a hello when you enter the office, or a goodbye when you leave unless you initiate it. We love Dr. Lapuste and this is only reason we keep coming here. She spends a great deal of time taking care of her patients.

After waiting for more than 45 minutes, as she was running late, Dr. Lapuste was utterly unengaged with my concerns, didn't ask a question. Simply threw a prescription my way (an antidepressant that I've never taken before, which comes with concerns and potential effects) instead of investigating what might be going on or offering any kind of medical insight or referral to a specialist. Literally got up and began leaving the room while I still had questions. Terrible experience and utterly unhelpful.

Dr. Lapuste is wonderful, I am so glad I found her. She is thorough and asks intelligent questions and listens attentively to the answers. I never feel rushed out of her office, she takes the time to answer all my questions and asks if there are other concerns or questions before she leaves the room. Even with all the time she takes with me as a patient, I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes from my appointment time which is amazing for any doctor's office and her administrative staff is friendly and efficient. It was important to me to find a family doctor who could grow with us. Dr. Lapuste has young children herself so she gets it, she gets us, and my husband and son like her too.

Dr Lapuste is wonderfully attentive and a great physician overall. However, one of the receptionist is laughably rude.

I recently had to change GP and I'm glad that I made the right choice picking Lions gate medical clinic. I met with Dr. Mischa Snopkowski. He was quite attentive and polite. I don't mind the wait at all, as I understand most clinics get busy. I was looking for a doctor who is able to help and listen to my concerns. I'm glad to have found one. It's great that the clinic is right across the street from where I live too.

Dr. Lapuste herself is an excellent physician. I have been a patient for over 15 years. Even after she moved from Vancouver to the north shore, we still appreciate her professionalism and travel over the bridge to her office. Unfortunately, her reception staff are rude, and today humiliated me when I asked if I could be seen AT MY APPOINTMENT time. I will be writing doctor a personal letter.

Dr. Mihaela Lapuste is the wonderful and best GP I have ever had. But their front desk work need to be improved. I was waiting a call from two specialist, I was referred to, about four months, no calls. Then I decided to call them directly to be put on waiting list and all of it sadden neither of them received the referrals! Seriously - front desk!!! It can cost person the life with your forgets. We are already waiting months, now I have to wait another three months to get in. "Thank you"
