Best doctor I have had in many years! Very thorough and knows what she's doing. And she is sometimes in a rush because there's always a lineup of people wanting her services. This was the only doctor in 30 years that was able to diagnose me with multiple sclerosis and not just saying that I'm crazy and have mental problems... I will forever be in debt to you. Thank you again!

Horrific experience with this doctor, just stay away from her! Always in a hurry to expedite you in 5-10 minutes, with very superficial treatment. I visited her for an elbow pain I suffered from for several weeks. She sends me for an xRay to check the nerve, but in the neck. Nothing else, no pain relief medication, we'll just have to wait... Results come back, but she never calls me back! Days later, I call the office during service hours and I'm called back by the receptionist more than 24h later. I wasted 4 more days because of her, with high pain in my elbow and nothing done! And yes, I know that, if you go for some analysis and they come back ok, they will not call you back. But she should be either dumb or totally disrespectful to dismiss me this way when I went there for high elbow pain, not an xRay at my neck! The pain does not go away if the xRay says I have nothing at my ...neck! Few weeks before, she asked me to accept her as my family doctor, she was probably in need for patients. Worst decision of my life that I accepted. If that's how she treats her own patients...

After waiting for 4 months for a sinusitis ct scan in Lionsgate hospital, on the day of test, it turned out that Dr Helen or her front desk girl sent wrong test request which was completely different (Bowl Xray !!!!! . Can you believe that??) . Is there any easier task than sending a test request in the medical world? You are dealing with patients' time and more important than that, with their life.

Dr. Helen Karimirad is the best family physician. She is knowledgeable and very caring about her patients. Even though she is not working at weekend she called me to notify me I need to have antibiotics. She is fast and her diagnostics were always right for me.

They are always so kind and friendly, always do their best no matter how busy the office seems to be. I haven’t had better service any any other clinic or doctors office.
