5 stars for Dr Seteyesh. Professional, patient and caring doctor. Been seeing him since 2015 and wouldn't see anyone else.

This one star goes only to the staff mainly the supervisor of the clinic who is really rude. I had an appointment at 2:40 with my family doctor and after confirmation of my old injury, needed an injury form for job modification but they did not send it. Because I was at work, My husband called them again and nothing. After I called again for the third time and my family doctor had already left, they said I had to pay $50 for the form and that's why they hadn't sent it! I had to work with injury over the weekend. I called them again on Monday and asked for the form. Their supervisor said rudely that it takes the doctor 7 business days to fill the form! That meant I had to work with injury while my doctor was aware of it but they refused to give the form to my doctor! I finally got the form after 3 days without an apology while previously I always got it within half an hour (when my doctor was at loyal medical clinic for example). *Update Here is the accurate data you are talking about: 1) I didn't receive any voicemails on Friday from the clinic. 2) My appointment was at 2:40pm. 3) My husband sent the form at 3:26 pm, after explaining to your colleague my conditions at work. 3) I called the clinic at 6:45 pm and was told to do $50 e-transfer for the first time. I asked your colleague if I could get the form that day. She said that the doctor had left and would come to the office on Monday. I also asked if the doctor can fill the form at home and she said it's impossible. That's why I did the e-transfer on Monday and I called the clinic before that to make sure the doctor is there, and you as the supervisor told me it takes 7 business days to fill the form! 4) I received an email from your clinic about the form fee at 9:47 pm December 11th. 5) You didn’t stop talking when I called you on Monday that’s why I couldn’t tell you about my husband’s call. 6)After trying to convince you that it doesn't take that much time I could get the form at 6:09 pm Monday. I can't believe you're trying to cover up your mistake by accusing your patient/client of lying! I'm considering looking for a new doctor only because of your unprofessional behaviour.

I couldn't be happier. I came here without an appointment and was greeted by super friendly and accomodating staff. I was able to see Dr. Afshari in less than 40 minutes. Unfortunately we ran out of time due to some personal complications but Dr. Afshari was extremely attentive, thourough and understanding. I could tell he was determined to offer the best care possible, which is an experience I don't find with many doctors. I look forward to following up with him soon.

Outstanding care and patient manner. Dr Afshari is welcoming, empathetic, patient and always on call - he has consistently found great solutions for a variety of health issues, and all referrals, prescriptions and requisitions were sent to the corresponding offices quickly so I could continue getting care. In Covid times virtual sessions were just as helpful. Don't be put off by the clinic location in a shopping mall - the knowledge and helpfulness of this doctor can not be contained in a tiny office. Would highly recommend

I have not satisfied about secretary of jafarian doctor. Today I got appointment for husband and I explained that we have Quebec health cart. She ( shirin , secreter ) told come to doctor and she gave us time 4:00 pm . I went from downtown to there in rush hours and again I called about 10 minutes late for delay. Finally, my husband went in clinic for visit doctor. But shirin told we didn’t except Quebec health cart and you must pay 100$ cash. They did not care my husband is sick and explained them ( blood pressure is 15 degree and I am not ok). For them was not important patient bad situation and maybe die. She ( shirin) tell lie and deny.she just want 100$ money under table. After that we went to hospital for my husband dangerous situation. If she’d not except by phone we went to clinic in downtown and we didn’t lost the time. They game with healthy of patients just for money.

came in for a sports medical exam, the doctor immediately showed he was annoyed with my inquiry. after the 10 min exam i was charged $150 dollars. the other people on my team told me they were only charged $20 at other clinics around north van. don't waste your time at this clinic

I went to this clinic because I had laryngitis due to flu and Dr. Sirous Jafarian prescribed me for bronchitis somehow. Since I noticed that he prescribed without making sure, I right after went to another clinic and found out that the medication he prescribed makes actually the situation of throat even worse. I can’t recommend that physician at all but the staff was good.

I called your clinic yesterday and they gave me a video appointment right away even though none of the doctors their are my family physician. They had to fax tests for me and they were all so cooperative and Dr. Jafarian even called me again at 7 pm to tell me about my results. I was super impressed and happy with my experience. You guys are doing a wonderful job ❤️

Went in for a walk in appointment, was told that Dr Setayesh no longer accepts walk ins but was referred to the other walk in doctor, I believe it was Dr. Jafarian, the whole process took less than 5 minutes and I was able to see him very quickly. The doctor was thorough and did give me what I went in for, he took the time to explore options, not the friendliest however, but did his job well and helped me with my concern. The clinic exceeded my expectations for a walk in clinic. If you need to see a doctor and can't afford waiting for hours go here as they are not that busy yet and will get you in to see a doctor soon. The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing, friendly and fantastic. New management and new doctors are really working well for the clinic!!

I was there on time, the front desk was on the phone for 4 minutes, when she finished I told her I have appointment with Dr. Jafarian, she told me I am 2 minutes late. Isn't funny. Let's talk about the Dr.( Jafarian). I don't know where does he graduated but I would never recomend him to anybody. You want to live longer, never visit him.

I had really bad experience for the first time visiting Doctor Afshari. After the visit I needed urgent assistance and a referral from the doctor but he disappeared. I called the clinic every day for almost 4 days but even his secretary couldn’t find doctor Afshari to get any response for my request .she didn’t get back to me either. They don’t care about the patient at all. Do not recommend this clinic

Couldnt have a worse experience! I booked an appointment 5days ago with dr Sirous Jafarian. My appointment was at 5.30PM by the phone. After calling the clinic 3times, dr called back at 7PM! He was super rude, apathetic and not knowledgable at all! After 10 minutes of talking, he didnt let me continue and explain the other medical situation I was concerned about! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR AND CLINIC!

What a horrible place- I have never seen such unorganized, unprofessional and rude receptionists in my 50 years of life.. Horrible Attitude, lack work ethic, super irresponsible and basically useless- People health and well being is on the line FFS. I am amazed and appalled as to how Dr Naghibi allow these girls to ruin it for the patients of all family Doctors working there.They sure did it for me and because of them i will look for a new family Dr- Because of front desk staffs , they are and will lose many patients- Dear clinic manager !!!!! a little training and monitoring will go a long way and that is the absolute basic for any business in Canad- well, i guess the reviews speak for itself - What a shame

I am truly sorry for the clinic that hires Doctors that instead of considering their duty which is happiness and satisfaction and well being of their patient they consider their own emotion and ego in their responses. We had a very bad experience with one of your staff (Dr. Jafarian) as he kept forcing a medicine which was given by another doctor on the patient even though the patient is not comfortable with this decision and he keep repeating with all means, if I am the family doctor you have to do what I am saying and if you are consulting with any other doctor you can't come to me and you go to them from now on. The patient is old and can't take stress with her condition with the way Doctor is pressing by his words! She was very upset with doctor and replied if something happens to me because of your decision who will be responsible ?! The ego Doctor also who doesn't like to be questioned fire the patient say " This is my right not accept you anymore because I am not comfortable with you". The patient has heart problem had several surgeries. I am wondering what kind of Ethics they teach these doctors in their college. Is this what you learned?! Aren't you supposed to think of the well being of your patient, mentally and psychologically as well? Why a doctor should take a patient respond who is in a very emotional state so personally to fire the patient because she is upset from his pushing words!! I am sorry for the Iranian community who are forced to deal with such doctors with no consideration and big egos because of their language barrier in life.

Awful experience‼! I've never seen such an unprofessional and extremely rude staff and manager. The receptionists over there are the worst and the most irresponsible people. A secretary (Mahsa) missed three time my appointment and every single time she (Mahsa) said someone new made mistake ‼‼! She ( Masha) tell lie and deny, and when I had complain ,the manager (Goli) said she is the best and she is Doctor’s wife‼‼‼ Last time they lost my forms and when I asked them what should I do now? another secretary (Paniz) said what’s your suggestion‼‼‼ and when I sent again the form by email for them and following the forms , the manager (Goli) said should be pay 35 $ for that although one week ago she gave me different cost(30$) for that , and when I went for pick up, the secretary said you have to pay 70 $ ‼‼‼! they don’t care about patients they see patients only as money. Goli said that everything I say is from the doctor!!!!!!!! I decided to move my file to the other doctor, and he filled my form just in 5 minutes and FREE but they wasted my time as one months ‼! I am sorry for the Iranian community who are forced to deal with such clinics with no consideration and big egos because of their language barrier in life .ONE STAR IS MUCH MORE THAN THEY DESERVE

A doctor who goes above and beyond and cares is hard to find these days. I followed Dr. Afshari from another clinic as a walk in patient and been committed to have him as my family doctor. He is the real definition of a good and a doctor who cares.

Awful experience: I was running to make it until the clinic is closed and I was there 25 minutes before 18.00. A person there closed the door in front of me and said that she already shut down the computer. And she even didn’t ask me if I had an emergency or anything. Everything she was co cernes about is to shut the door behind my face 25 minutes before the end of working hours announced in the Internet. Awful attitude.

I sincerely recommend Dr. Sirous Jafarian! He is always very knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. He serves like a working model and always gives patients the best suggestions. Every time after I talk to him when suffering from any diseases, I feel very secured. I followed Dr. Jafarian from another clinic. I just want to say he is the best doctor you can ever find in the Greater Vancouver!

Today, we went to see our fantastic family doctor Dr. Ahmad Setayesh to get the stitches removed from my son's hand. The meeting was done with the highest care, kindness, and professionalism. For the past five years, this has been the doctor's routine. My social responsibility requires that I share my beautiful experiences with others one more time and appreciate Dr.Setayesh as appropriately as possible. I admire most about him because of his availability in crucial moments for patients. I recall leaving a note at the clinic for my son after the work accident, and he promptly contacted us and provided my son with recommendations. I am also grateful to one of the office's staff "Nancy" who helped us to make an appointment for my son as soon as possible.

The worst clinic in the North shore, I was with doctor Setayesh for a few years. They ask patients to come over even every month to refill the routine prescription. They just see the patients as a money machine. They don’t care about anything else not even your health. I decided to move my file to the other doctor.

EXTREMELY RUDE RECEPTIONIST and what a waste of my time. Even though I read in the reviews before but I still went here. And I kid you not I wouldn’t go here even if someone paid me. I booked an appointment here weeks before, took day off from work to visit. 10 mins before my time she called and said my msp is not covered which I didn’t understand because it was my first visit to a doctor in Canada and I did tell her that when I FIRST CALLED. However, she shouldn’t Have booked me if I wasn’t covered OR ATLEAST INFORMED ME A FEW DAYS BEFORE. Later I happened to be near the clinic so I thought I’ll ask about how I’m not covered by msp. She refused to talk me without appointment And was soooo rude. Told me to go somewhere else.
