I would just like the share the best experience I have had with a surgeon.. I drove from Ottawa to have my knee repaired after it was already operated on at the General in Ott and was not fixed properly. Dr Wallace was very professional and completely took care of my knee I was in the best of care.. Also big thanks to North Bay Hospital for treating out of towners like family..

Drove 3 hrs twice to hear nothing. Now being sent to another surgeon. Can’t raise my arm above my shoulder. Never even said a simple hello or goodbye.

He told me that, after reviewing my images, if I get his operation on my knee it would definitely fix my torn meniscus. After the operation he said it was worse than he expected and that he would see me in 3 weeks for a follow up. It is now coming up to four months since the operation and every time I called his office to tell them I am still in pain, his secretary brushes me off and says I’ll have to wait until he has a group of follow-up people for him to see. So, in reality, the guy is a butcher who treats ‘em and streets ‘em as fast as he can. Doesn’t care about his patients. Doesn’t explain things, rushes you out of his office as fast as possible. Treats you like a nuisance and completely ignores you after he butchers you. The only reason I gave him a score of one is that there was no zero option.
