I was completely screwed around for something that they messed up on! Most of the staff are GREAT. Except the newest young blonde. She shouldn't be working in a place like this if she cant work without prejudice or judging somebody. Her unwillingness to help the patients actually remain clean definitely has shined at times. And plz note the Pharmacy there IS great! Awesome staff

Dr. Ben Lalonde is friggen fantastic. He is down to earth, honest, and doesn't sugar coat things. He will tell you this at your first appointment! He will hold you accountable, just as he should, but he is also more than fair. I never felt any judgement from his staff, they are overall very helpful (we all have our days...!) The pharmacy and their staff are awesome as well. If you are respectful to the staff and other patients, do your best to get your act together and do the right things these people will jump through hoops and go above and beyond to give you the best care. Overall, the best clinic I've been to. If you're there for the right reasons, are honest with the doctor and follow expectations you'll have a good experience too. ....Just don't be late for your appointments!! (from personal experience!) So sad I had to move and find another doctor. Much love and respect!

This clinic should be shut down. After years of trying to get my wife off of pain pills, and then having her almost losing her job in a medical clinic after stealing pills from clients, and almost getting caught stealing from the marina by one of the volunteers i finally got her to agree to get help only to find ourselves in this filthy, unprofessional place after making the drive in from Sturgeon. From the dumb paki to the rude Anglo nurse working there my wife became so frustrated she just left and hasn't looked for treatment since. Our kids are teens, although they do miss their mom, so her drug use doesn't harm them but I'm concerned she will be a danger to those who deal with her. She's so messed up most of the time she doesn't even know her own name. Then to find out the respectable clinic was across the street and now she won't even attend that clinic. Thanks for messing up the one possibility I had to convince Julie to get help.

Unfortunately, the doctor I see is very busy and often not on time for appointments. But the staff makes up for it! Always in a good mood, always willing to help, relays messages and always transferd my prescriptions to my drugstore when needed! Great environment!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I am so grateful to my Doctor for taking the time for me, and establishing a relationship between the two of us. I have never been more proud of myself, for once my concerns being addressed. I have never been able to do the work, Ben is fair and understanding. The fact is efforts are paying off and I am in incredibly capable hands. I have a great deal of respect for my Dr. This Doctor takes time for me. He isn't pushing me out the door bc it's not a race, I feel like the clients are the ones who are all in a race. Ben Lalonde has said it's my office and I'm not interested in that out there. He has a lovely resident its nice to be with a female for a number of reasons. The staff he has are the most CHARISMATIC people who can be trusted, and bring such support and guidance. The pharmacy is efficient and per deep has a lovely smile, I can ask him about anything he knows the answer......he knows his stuff. I trust him. You know if u are unhappy the door works and you aren't far from the nxt place. So take a hike.

Worst place ever, never answers phone or calls back after leaving multiple messages , also forgets to send scripts to pharmacy petty often , do not recommend this place at all
