Was there very recently with my child. such a nice place, the Audiologist was very Patient and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The Receptionist was very nice and friendly.

First time I have visited this Audiologist. She took her time and listened to my concerns about other ear issues (TMJ, Tinnitis etc.) The test was uncomplicated and the results discussed with me after. A copy of the test results can be sent to other health agency/doctor if I wish. No pressure to purchase a hearing aid, with the option that if I have concerns in future, to revisit before the next scheduled test. There was free parking at the rear of the building and the office was clean and tidy. Receptionist was very pleasant, as was the Audiologist.

I have had such an awful experience! I have been trying to take my son to see them and i keep getting canceled appts last minute fourth attempt i went and no one was there and said office was closed till 12. So i waited then they closed to office yet again and still no appt for my son! This has been unexplainable and so unprofessional!!! So 4 different appts in less than a week and then no one there and still no test for my son. Not to mention what this has put my son through! This is just not acceptable!! One very unhappy mom and patient!!!!

It's just been so frustrating for my son. He's been trying to get his hearing aids for almost 2 years now. Many cancelled appointments (by them), a few times we've showed up for appointments and nobody even there, many calls not even returned about this, etc... I don't know how this place remains open. Beyond frustrated and still waiting for those hearing aids! This is not ok!

I booked an appointment and I got call the same day about 2 hours of appointment to cancel it do to employee havingcovid. Which I understand I rebook and the day of again they changed my time a few hour before. What really got me mad is I was there for another appointment and booked them both close together so I didn't have to go back to north bay. They changed the time and on the message it said that my 4:30 appointment is changed to 5:05 do to falling behind. First off my appointment was at 4 pm not 4:30 second of all there was a big snow storm warning and I would have left before the storm. We I waited and when I got there at 5 they were closed up. Had to drive back in a big snow storm. They didn't even have enough courage to call me back to apologize.
