Best walk-in in town. Not only do they have the best hours, they also have the best and most efficient service. It is also very conveniently located inside a building with pharmasave (an excellent pharmacy) and lifelabs so you can get almost anything done there.No need to go all the way to the hospital. It took me 45 minutes to get in, get registered, get seen by a doctor, get a prescription, take it over to pharmasave, wait for it, and talk to the pharmacist about it. This process in North Bay in my experience usually takes at least 2 hours so I would say this place is a much needed improvement in our town. I can't believe they've been open for over a year and i didn't hear about it! The only potentially negative thing to say is that when they inevitably get much busier they may not have enough staff or physical space available to treat everyone!

A walk in clinic that you need to make an appointment is NOT a walk in clinic. No mention of this until you walk in the door. No one at the reception desk. Unprofessional.

Great staff and good interface with telemedicine. It was about a 1 1/2 hour wait and the seating area was pretty cold as it was a cold winter day. I highly recommend this clinic, but dress warmly.

Green hair full of attitude. I was greeted in their office with "Do you have your health card?" Before I could pull it out, the nurse said she would be back in a minute. Five to ten minutes go by and no nurse. I overheard her say to the receptionist, just before she left for the day, the internet is down. Finally I called out asking if there was a problem. The nurse came back annoyed. I asked her why she needed the internet and whether the Doctor was remote. She said yes and I could either wait or leave. Sencing this was going poorly I told her I would leave since she didn't know how long it would take or even if it would come back online. As I walked towards the elevator, the nurse came out into the hall and told me "don't come back"! Are you kidding me? Why would I go back? Very unprofessional, rude and insensitive. If you need any health related assistance, this would be the last place I would recommend. Just a horrible experience. I give them a zero if I could.

(CAN I NOT GIVE HALF A STAR? OR NO STAR AT ALL) I hope this email finds SOMEONE. I am emailing about my experience with "Good Doctors". Thus far I have yet to receive the results from my REQESTED blood work. I am yet to have a follow up appointment which I was a assured I would not have to book at the time of my first appointment on OCTOBER 13TH. It is now November and I have no results. No follow-up. And have been stood up the Doctor that I was supposed to have an appointment with at 3:30pm TODAY, TUESDAY NOVEMBER 2ND. I came to "The Good Doctor" out of necessity because I cannot get a hold of my primary care physician. Which was expressed to the physician I spoke with Melissa Goldberg. All I have asked for was for a presentation and referral. Neither of which I have received to this day. Since my initial appointment where I was rushed through the call (that I had done research for, to relay information on why I wanted this prescription) told to do blood work which I promptly did. I feel like I have been neglected and let down by this facility. Though what I am looking for my be of no consequence to your staff and physicians on staff it could be life changing for me. And in the two appointments that I have made with this facility I have either been met with "we don't have you're results, callback later *click*" OR no call after making an appointment days before.... Is this what pur Healthcare system has come to? A number on a screen.. a call you get and immediately forget about? Once I receive my results. And HOPEFULLY the two things that I referred to this clinic for. I will not be using the facilities ever again. There is no care or regard for the inconvenience that is caused by how operations are run here. Contrary to the voice recording on your phone recording. Thank you so much for your time. A terrible experience. No interpersonal relationship what so ever. They didn’t even exam me, just gave a prescription. Typed on a computer, and basically kicked me out of the office.. We will ever go back.

Don't bother going if you're there for your baby. Apparently they are unable to see babies, which wasn't listed anywhere when I was registering. The receptionist told me that they have been "fighting with management" to have a note about that somewhere. If that's the case, I don't understand the holdup. So I wasted the whole day waiting for the appointment only to be turned around instantly upon arrival. Now I've hit peak hours at the hospital emerg with a very upset baby. Not a good first experience.

Forget about them - had used them for some time, came for a booked appointment only to be greeted by a locked door. Called and was told they have scaled back to 2 days a week! Funny, I got a text reminder of my appointment AND they’re still advertising open 5 days a week. Total lack of care for we the patients

Waited forever even though we were second in line. I also feel like they are drug pushers. I thought I had strep but it was just a virus. Ended getting prescribed two puffers and two different medications!

Brutal! Want to give it a zero! Arrived at 3 and got my name on the list which said I would see a nurse shortly. The waiting room was full so I waited in the hallway with other patients. Never saw a nurse. At 5:15 I moved into the waiting room along with another patient since there was finally space. The nurse walked in and was shocked to find out there were 3 of us still waiting to be seen and told us they could not see all 3 of us. She said "Well there weren't this many people in the waiting room." Apparently there is no purpose to the list since she is just counting heads in the waiting room. I explained that my visit was time sensitive but it didn't matter. She said she was done at 6 and the doctor was done at 6 so she could not see me. Clearly they need a better system, getting your name on the list doesn't mean anything. Wasted 2+ hours and now I have to try another clinic tomorrow.

Terrible Impersonal experience, will not go back I would rather wait hours in the emergency department. Doctor was cold and didn’t ask relèvent questions or explain what he thought my problem was, when 8 got to my pharmacy to fill my script the pharmacist asked questions the doctor should have and was sceptical that the doctor had the correct diagnosis . Never again I left feeling not heard or even treated appropriately.

i showed up with my 3 year old daughter at 5:30 to the walk in clinic because it said they closed at 6pm i was trying to aviod going to the hospital and she turned us away and said she wasent having any more patients. there was literally one person there and they were alrwdy being looked at. just awful unbeliveable my little girl has a fever of 103

Staff is great, minus one nurse with bit of an attitude.... All but one of the doctor's I've talked to were great. Got alot of attitude from one female doctor, she was not any help at all.
