Dr Harris is very friendly and takes the time to explain procedures. I was originally referred to a different otolaryngologist in NorthBay to have a cyst removed from the side of my neck. After a three year wait my cyst had grown enormously. I was told by the reffered Dr that he would not preform surgery because removing the cyst could efect the nerve in my arm. He expressed that he had a lawsuit against him for a similar case. He then referred me to a Dr in Toronto which would have been another long wait. After seeing Dr Harris for a tonsillectomy he assured me that he could perform surgery to remove my cyst in NorthBay without any complications. I am very proud to say that Dr Harris lived up to his word and did an exceptional job on both of my surgeries. I am 100 % and would recommend this Dr
