Used to go to this clinic I called for a family member and was asking whether the doctor I had seen back then ( A Guyanese gentalmen ) to see whether or not she would need a referral first she asked my name so I gave her my madden name thinking it had been awhile so it was probably when I wasn't married so she says to me rudly " Who are you? "Why are you calling? And then "Well there's NO patient by that name and there's NO Guyanese doctor that works here" by that time I was so shocked how rude this SECRATERY was being I told her pretty much thanks for the info and hung up!!!! Good luck if you talk to this GIRL because she had more attitude then my 8 year old daughter!! Terrible person to be answering phones your jobs not hard and you picked it so be nice to people . Specially ones that PAY to come to your clinic.

I cannot think the staff at Niagara Vascular, St Catherines General hospital and Dr Guirgis enough for their compassion and care for my father. He is 77 yrs old with anxiety and learning he needed surgery was difficult for him to manage. From start to finish the the Vascular clinic team had incredible patience and care for him. His surgery went very well and he was released the next day. Thank You From a very relieved daughter -Barb

Dr. Guirgis is an excellent surgeon. His bedside manner is exceptional. He is kind, caring and compassionate. My 80 year old mother is fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Guirgis. He has given her back her quality of life and we are eternally grateful for that. He stepped in when others gave up. Thank you Dr. Guirgis!
