Has been my family physician almost since her arrival from another province. She’s great and a great diagnostician. It’s been so nice not to have to make an appointment for small things that can be done over the phone. I sure hope Ontario Health continues phone visits once Covid is minimalized or gone. FaceTime or Messenger would also be a little nicer than just phone calls. Ada, her receptionist is wonderful. If you’re having a bad day, she most certainly can make you feel better! You get 5 stars too! Thank you both.

So, one of two doctors in the area. Big sign out front that says walk in clinic. Was told we dont do walkin in for just anybody, while not even taking the time to look up from her papers. Fix your sign, its already been more than 2 years that ive been in the area. Still the same sign.

Pill pusher for the most part. Don't call and ask for anything or cancel an appointment with a week notice. Waiting times are the worst I've ever seen. .I'd give 0 stars if i could.

Absolute fantastic doctor, wait times are short (weekly needle is 10 minutes in and out.) Dr rawoof is very thorough, compassionate, and caring she found issues with a family member that most doctors would have looked past. Her receptionist is the sweetest lady and very efficient. One of the best doctors in Niagara region! Thank you Dr Rawoof for everything!

Major pill pusher, neglects her patients health. Her solutions to insomnia and anxiety are anti-depressants/anti-psychotics for off labeled purposes which are PROVEN not to be safe short or long term! She is incompetent, does not care to follow up on symptoms or spend more than 5 minutes on you.
