Dental Care Niagara is an absolutely amazing dental office. They provide exceptional care to their patients and treat everyone like family. Their infection control and COVID-19 protocols are fantastic and I recommend them to everyone I know!

Money grab. I was told the cleaning and dental assessment had to be split out because the dentist has a baby and is only there in the afternoons. Usually the dentist assessment is included in the cleaning. The cleaning was a reasonable price but since they got a 2nd visit out of me, they charged an extra $135 and spent 15 min with me. They also made me wait 20 minutes. The dentist wasn't even there for my appt and I was seen by a supply dentist who proceeded to talk about God the whole time. Not too professional to bring religious conversation to a business setting. Then he was explaining how they spent more time with some than others if there is something to talk about. I guess that is how they justify charging a set $135 fee. Won't be going back and will be making sure to tell locals to look elsewhere for a dentist who has some integrity. They are also either missing an accessibility button for the outside or it isn't working which affects those less able to even get into this office. Better get that fixed before the AODA finds out.

I think these guys are really making a change in the dental community. They have made me feel like I am the priority and not the money. Many dentists have not been helpful or listened to my concerns but the people at Dental Care Niagara really do listen and take action. Thank you guys so much for helping me in my time of need

The staff and dentists at Dental Care Niagara are very friendly. They always take the time to educate and answer any questions that I had. They were extremely helpful when I inquired about a dental device that improved my wellbeing. I look forward to my next teeth cleaning!

My partner and I have been patients of Dr. D's since shortly after her practice opened and we can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr. D is a ninja with a needle (you don't even see it!) and her level of care and compassion exceeds the highest of standards. I had my wisdom teeth removed at DCN by a dental surgeon Dr. D brings in on Fridays to do these types of procedures and she stayed with me the whole time holding my hand as she knew I was incredibly nervous. Colleen has been cleaning my teeth since I was a kid and is just the sweetest human being, and Julie sets the mood for every visit with her contagious smile and upbeat personality. Tremendous staff, cutting edge care, and a Dr who genuinely makes both your oral and overall health her top priority. Thank you, Dr. D & Team! See you in a couple weeks :)

This office is probably the worst dental office in Niagara..... I started going there in November and it is now February and still no rectification, dentist appointments cancelled because there is no dentist available. There are better dentists in the area who care about their patients.

My children will now only have pleasant memories of their trips to the dentist, as Dr. Daniela is one of the kindest, most patient people I have ever met! All of the hygienists and front desk staff are super friendly and make every visit comfortable and easy. An easy 5 stars, hands down, over and over again.

When I had to have a tooth pulled the team at Dental Care Niagara set me up with Dr.Ramez. He and his team were great. I have TMJ and was worried how my jaw would be . They gave me conscious sedation . I was relaxed and didn't feel a thing. Afterwards there was no pain and my jaw felt great. I would recommend this procedure for anyone who is nervous about getting dental work done.

Best dentist ever! Dr. Daniela and her staff are amazing! I brought all my kids (4) there and they loved it, love and are excited about going - even for fillings. They took the time to explain and show all the tools to the kids, teeth, how to take care of them. The kids are always excited to go to the dentist (amazing feeling for a parent)! My wife and I have also changed dentist to go there, Dr. Daniela takes time to explain how to take care of your teeth vs drilling. We recommend her and her team to everyone!

Dr Daniella is the best dentist I have ever had . I have been a client of her dentistry now for 3 years .She is knowledgable ,patient, positive, professional and very experienced.I am grateful to have such a great dentist. Julie is also the most professional, positive, patient and welcoming receptionists I have ever met. The whole staff at Dental Care Niagara go above and beyond for their clients. This is what differentiates their dental office from every other dental office, their professionalism, cleansiness, their positivity , their knowledge, their genuine interest in actually caring. Dr D is an amazing dentist that goes above and beyond. She s a friendly caring person and dentist. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist , and she definitely eases a lot of that for me. She s gentle and quick while she s working on you, and you never see her needle . My husband , son and I have been seeing her since her since shortly after she opened her practice . My son is 8 and LOVES going to the dentist, he s never scared or is anxious. Colleen s an amazing hygienist , and is great with kids and adults.

Their staff are very friendly, and you can tell they truly care about the well being of their clients. They take the time to explain to you what they are going to do, which is very comforting. The environment is very clean and sanitary. I just wish you didn't get charged the extra amount for the air purifier I highly recommend booking a visit!

They take the time to explain to you things that I have never heard in previous offices before and practises in which to maintain daily healthy dental hygiene. The environment is very clean and sanitary and when conducting procedures they make sure you are aware of the steps they are taking to ensure your safety is put first. I had called in the morning to booked an appointment for a filling and was scheduled for the same afternoon. When after all the admin digital forms were filled out and an xray was performed on my tooth which I thought was expecting to be filled and then was told to come back another visit which I have to rebooked another visit with another dentist that will do the filling. My visit that day cost me almost around $175 and still didn’t resolve my issue. I was thinking of taking my whole family here but it had left a sour taste in my mouth now that I know it took more than just a visit for a filling. The money I don’t mind but the 1/2 day that I arranged to have my tooth filled will have to be more than one visit at this dental which leaves me to think will every tooth that needs to get filled will take more than one visit to get the job done? I thought to try and support a local business during these pandemic times and so I had to drive back to my reputable dental place in Burlington and got it done with great care and details with just a simple phone call in! Attn. Management, if you don’t think you have the time for your customer the day that you accept the appointment then don’t take the appointment. I understand that if it’s a surgery that might extend the procedure longer than expected then you have to rebook another visits but in my case it’s a filling which took around 30 minutes to do. Pls. note that my review is not intended to harm any business during these times but new customers like myself needs to know about this to make their own minds up.

Just a great experience I had with Niagara Dental Care. Amazing staff very friendly always smiling couldn't have asked for a better place to go. I felt very relaxed and right at home. I would recommend anyone to go there for all your Dental needs . Told me everything I needed to know. They were very informative, very efficient. Definitely look forward to goin again. Dr. Gavin James is a Fraud. Stay far away from this horrible horrible man and Dental Care Niagra. They have no idea how to treat paying customers who come from 2 hours away for dental care. Also the receptionist Julie Is an airhead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this establishment no stars I would. How unprofessional is it to talk about a patient who died of heart disease due poor dental hygiene when my mother just had quadruple bypass surgery?What is their angle??? $$$ Dr. Daniella and her tech need to learn how to communicate to patients in a professional setting. She is missing a sentativity chip and has demonstrated that she is completely untrustworthy because her upsale tactics were in very bad taste. Defiantly will not be returning, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

There's no substitute for the cutting edge. When I think of dentistry I think of pain I've experienced. I remember past dentistry professionals and while the norm might be acceptable you don't know what you're missing until you experience the cutting edge of care. Truly the most pleasant experience I've ever had, short of being put to sleep for major procedures. Professional, cheerful staff and technicians support DR. DANIELA MATIJEVIC who's obviously made her patients comfort and quality of care the top priority. This modern facility was carefully designed and is kept SPOTLESS. Little things like flat screen televisions above the brand new dentistry chairs show that this modern office goes the extra distance. If you're looking for the most comfortable, professional timely and efficient service for YOUR family...LOOK NO FURTHER!
