I missed my first appointment with the doctor for meet and greet (sorry I suffer with depression and was not myself...). Had a second appointment and receptionist told me she would call to remind me, but she never did (well according to her she did but I have phone records that show otherwise). Called today because my old doctor sent over all my medical records just to be told that because I missed 2 appointments, they won't see me. I'm sorry I have mental health issues and was dealing with that... receptionist decided that being sarcastic and rude because she "ALWAYS MAKES REMINDER CALLS????". Well I have proof I never received any call from their clinic.. Guess I dodged a bullet not being a patient here. Look elsewhere for a family doctor that actually cares about patients that suffered from mental health and will be understanding.
