This is by far the worst "dermatology clinic" in this end of the Niagara Region. I have no complaints about the doctor as I've never been able to see/converse with him as his ARROGANT, AGGRESSIVE, & RUDE, main receptionist refused to allow me to show for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT that I personally had to wait more then 5 months for something that would have taken 5-15 min to diagnose & or treat or refer for biopsy. GO ELSEWHERE & don't allow this ignorant woman to ruin your day because SHE WILL! The first time I went in; she gave me more attitude then I had experienced @ a clinic EVER! It was packed & all the onlookers were able to witness her arrogance as I then "verbally" put her in her place & informed her how rude she was behaving, & what a bad attitude she clearly had before I even entered the establishment (which is nothing special by the way). All patients in the waiting area agreed with my statements & she quickly realized she had been finally called out for her impudence. Then after she GUARANTEED ME THAT THERE WAS NO CHANCE OF EVER BEING ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE TODAY WHICH WAS A 5+ MONTH WAIT SHE THEN ANSWERED MY CALL TODAY TO INFORM HER THAT I WAS ON ROUTE FOR MY NOON APPOINTMENT SHE SAID WE CALLED YOU AND SINCE YOU DIDN'T CALL US BACK WE COMPLETELY CANCELLED YOUR APPOINTMENT. Therefore this ignorant associate is a liar as she just previously said we don't do cancellations! I am sick of being treated like a peasant by low lives who hate their jobs in the medical industry & elsewhere. I guess she must have forgot that I returned in person on one occasion, & called about half way through this 5+ month long wait to confirm that I was in fact going to show & really was hoping to be able to schedule an earlier slot. This clinic has no resources worth the stress of dealing with this kind of obnoxious behavior. You will end up getting more skin conditions due to this and its actually scientifically proven stress can irritate the skin. FIND SOMEWHERE THAT RESPECTS PATIENTS & THE FACT THAT WITHOUT THEM THEIR DOORS WOULD CLOSE FOREVER! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! 5-10 month wait minimum for every & any skin condition, travel further to be seen sooner. HAVE A GREAT DAY & I HOPE THIS HELPS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Doctor is the worst!! Absolutely zero bedside manner and could care less about taking the time to listen or talk to you.

Its unfortunate i liked the Dr But his receptionist is the wont. She is rude and nasty to the patients. Its no wonder I won't go back there I think its time to find a replacement

I recommend this clinic 100%. They showed me respect and I could tell they really care about their patience. They allowed me to wear my face shield rather than regular mask.I was relieved as I really have an urgent matter to see a doctor about and I had been getting frustrated with other clinics. Other clinics did not understand that I have a health issue and cannot wear regular masks. I was doing my best by wearing the shield and this clinic was very understanding and accommodating.if you want a great clinic to go to then I suggest this one. This is where I will go next time I need to go to a clinic. I rate them 10/10 ????????
