Dr. Halliday has been my doctor for the past 12 years. She is a very kind, caring, and a well-informed doctor. She never hesitates to refer to a specialist when there is a need to do so. I am more than happy with how she has handled my care and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Dr is very nice but her secretary should be cast as Professor Umbridge. Never feel more demeaned and like I'm wasting her time as when I call to get in. Literally every single time. If you want to retain human dignity while sick, don't call here.

Been going here a while now. Secretary can be a bit abrupt but is pleasant so long as you're polite and patient. Dr. Halliday herself is knowledgeable. Wait room is never full and wait time not long, but it can be difficult to obtain timely appointments.

The worst doctor in Niagara. I’m a 24 in Public Relations, and I’m a better doctor. When she’s actually working and not on vacation, she lacks knowledge about her patients and their medication tolerance. She doesn’t listen to her patients concerns and let’s them suffer until another med professional let’s her know there’s something wrong. Save yourself the hassle.
