I am new to the Niagara falls area and I called Ferry walk-in clinic to make inquiries. The receptionist was so warm. She referred me and gave me the right 1800-number to call to get my inquiries answered. Very cautious on the phone. I'd definitely be registering with Ferry...for sure!

We arrived Friday. No where does it say No doctors on the website doorway etc. We arrived in a wheel chair Which is not easy to get in and out and into a building. Not the office person that was there. B UT they need to put this info. THEN she told there is the Walmart clinic So, we packed up. Back in wheelchair out building. And made our way over to Walmart This time I PHONED walmart clinic to make sure there are doctors. As its BERY difficult getting into Walmart. Was told, and on recorded message. That the last patient registered at 6:30pm thats all So we rushed over and arrived at 6pm Parked, did the wheelchair again. Made our way in With 2 medical issues. And went in........To be TOLD THEY ARE CLOSED. Not taking more patients And it said closed on the door@! Omg@! Here i am 2nd time sitting in wheelchair with medical First time ok no docs But there are DOCTORs at the 2nd place. NO:PPE they sent us off INjured in a wheelchair. With no where to go. Thanks a lot PLEaseput it on your website and your prerecorded messages.especially when peopl phone and get there. Then we wouldn’t have people left at th door with issues. .

I just visited Ferry Street Walk-in Clinic for the first time, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The two ladies at the front desk gave me a great first impression. Both were friendly, calm, and made me feel welcomed. Their job gets hectic and overwhelming I’m sure, but I greatly appreciated feeling cared about upon arrival! The nurse who I talked to prior to seeing the doctor was lovely. She too, was friendly and so very sweet. She thanked me several times for waiting (although the wait time was not even bad at all). Even with it being late in her work day, she was cheerful and kept a smile on her face, which made me feel at ease. The doctor I met with was wonderful! He was empathetic, professional, and he took the time to ask me questions and discuss options. I felt valued and cared about. He never once made me feel rushed or feel as if I was “just another patient” in his day. I so greatly appreciate the care he showed. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a walk-in clinic and although I hope to not be back anytime soon (for health reasons), I’d be happy to return there in the future! Thank-you!

The staff here were so friendly when I came with my three children. I am from out of Province and had no troubles finding the clinic and walked there from my hotel. I was seen very quickly and felt very comfortable during my time. The doctor assessed me and I got my prescription filled immediately. I would definitely recommend to others.

Visiting from out of town and went to Ferry Street Clinic for an unbearable cough. Everyone was friendly, smart, and I was in and out in 30 minutes including waiting for a prescription. The small pharmacy onsite had everything I needed. I feel great about the competent assessment, care, and recommendations I received at Ferry Street Clinic.

Walked in at about 10am, saw the doctor by 1035. They have a small pharmacy that filled the prescription. They work you in around the doctor's regular clients, so you may need to wait a bit. Very professional doctor and staff.

Went to see dr bawazir for a second opinion with regards to my hairloss. I asked him if he could do updated bloodwork for which he replied "no" go back to your family doctor and ask her. So I asked if he could switch my medication to another one as my eyesight is deteriorating very rapidly and his response again "no" go back to the derm that prescribed it to you. Like really???? Whst a complete disappointment. Never again! What a waste of time. Would definitely NOT recommend him

Monday say CLOSE at 5 pm, Drop by 3.30 pm Response is CLOSE, then WHY the Door is still OPEN? Anyway, for Visible Minorities seems NOT Welcomed, and of course Consultation DENIED. HORRIBLE. Not WORTH even for 1 Star, just no Choice, otherwise can't POST here...

Very professional plus courteous!! Both the Doctors (family & dermatologist) seemed nice!! Reception staff was happy and serving best in the community!! Must visit this place!! Highly recommended!! Pharmacy is on site too!! All in one!!
