Had patch test done July 24. Was told he would follow up after 4 weeks to make sure the treatment he prescribed me was working and to reevaluate. I called back 2 weeks later in regards to a reaction and was told he couldnt diagnose from pictures and they would call me to make an in office appointment. I tried to make the appointment while on the call with him because of how long it took for them to call me to book the patch test in the first place and he said no theyll call me. Not only has nobody called me to this day to make an appointment but I had no followup after the 4 weeks for the treatment he prescribed me. Ive been trying to find out what my skin issues are for 2 years now and the fact that they just dont bother to followup after saying they would is very disappointing especially with how hard it is to get proper care to begin with during the pandemic.

Dr. Jain was so lovely with my little girl. Gentle and kind and genuinely concerned about her well-being. Her issues turned out to be non-allergy related but he was so great about suggestions and checking on her. She wasn't feeling her best at the appt and had to lie down and the whole staff there were SO lovely to her. I couldn't say enough great things. They even got us in faster because I was on a deadline to get back to work! 5 stars!

I was seen by Dr. Multani today in person. He was very thorough and didn't rush me out. It's refreshing not being examined over the phone plus it was the actual doctor who saw me and not assistants. The wait time was approximately 7-10 minutes.

You can book out a month in advance for appointments but expect cancellations on his end. You are expected to show ultimate flexibility and accommodation but that same doesn’t apply to the doctor and his schedule. After an hour drive, local construction by his office created traffic for pretty much everyone - 5 minutes late and no understanding shown. ???? Update: I did get a follow-up call from Dr. Jain who explained the lack of flexibility today and asked if my treatment could be moved closer to where I live. I appreciated this follow up.

Dr. Jain is excellent. I went to see him last month, he takes his time with his patients. He diagnosis of the rash was on the spot. I have had it for months and nothing was working. My doctor referred me to Dr. Jain. He prescribed something that only an apothecary can make. I started to see relief after two days and now the rash seems to be completely gone. He also has a great staff and a very modern facility. I did not feel as i was walking into a sad facility full of sickness. I would recommend him to everyone. God bless.

Dr Jain has been my allergist for the last year. He started me on treatment for my seasonal allergies. It was the first summer I got to play outside with my kids. Love his new office and the free parking. More doctors in Niagara need to offer free parking.

My dad and I had to call this doctors office twice before someone finally picked up to change our appointment time. We were put on hold immediately. Not happy about that. You can't leave a voicemail either. That was a bit frustrating. He was running half hour behind. Once you finally get in to see him he's a nice guy. Seems kind of young to be a specialist. My father had a rash on his hands. He did some test with stickers on his back for 3 days. Told him he was allergic to a bunch of fancy things and gave him a cream for his rash. The cream worked. The rash is gone. My dad is still waiting for an appointment to see a dermatologist. The rash is gone and his hands are normal. I give him that. 5 stars for that. He had a tough time breathing through his nose and nose steroids didn't work. He poked his skin on his arms a bunch of time. Told him he is allergic to my cat and dust. I don't think he is allergic to cats. He did some blood test for cat and gave something expensive which was also a steroid spray. It opened up his nose in week but my father doesn't like the taste of the spray. Now he is putting him on allergy shots or saying get rid of my cat. The guy is nice and his facility is great. I dont think his test or blood test for the cat is right. Not happy about the phone situation at his office. 3 star for not picking up the phone faster and making us wait for almost 30 minutes.

Dr. Jain is an exceptional physician who has taken a great deal of time to teach young physicians and allergists. He is among the very best, works very hard and is always there for his patients.

Not happy with cancelling appointment that took forever to book without any notice. Even more frustrating is the lack of call back to voicemail messages left.
