Happy with doctor Ashraf. We had a hard time finding a pediatrician. And still didn't have one when our child was born. Our amazing nurse referred us to Ashraf. And oddly enough he was the on call at the hospital to check our child over. I've read other reviews of someone saying they were dropped as a patient after not making an appointment after not booking one for 1.5 years. This is not at all true in our experience. We booked our daughter over 2 years since her last visit. I'm sure whomever this was, was calling for an appointment for every little sniffle or sprained eyelash and a problem parent and was let go for other reasons. My only complaint, not at all fond of the parking situation at his office. 3 bucks to park in a busy lot where 9 times out of 10 there isn't even a spot. Driving around for 20 minutes isn't something I'm happy about when I am locked in to pay the moment I enter the gate.

Dr. Ashraf is great. He listens and always give positive feedbacks. All 3 of my children have been with him ever since. His staff's on the other hand, are very rude. They speak to you as if you are incompetent. They are not welcoming, NEVER GREETS YOU. I called to schudel an appointment for my daughter, I had ask if any spot was available the same day(doesn't hurt to ask because cancellation happens) I was told "NO, and it was not an emergency" very rudely by the receptionist. Either work on your attitude or that ain't a place for you. (Called Dec 6th, 2019)

Amazing Doctor! Came to Niagara and needed to find a pediatrician for my son. After finding a not so good one I found doctor ashraf. He's amazingly kind and informative and also caring. He takes the time to listen and you don't feel pushed out the door.

Amazing doctor! Always available to listen to all your concerns. Great with my baby, however it is a very busy doctors office... sometimes your appointments go past times. Worth the wait.

Excellent doctor and staff! Highly recommended as Dr. Ashraf is by far the best paediatrician for our son. He has been fantastic with him! The receptionists, Sadia & Gianette are both very caring and understanding. We have had nothing but a positive experience as the clinic staff and doctor go over and above for each child. Nothing but true care, devotion and respect! They demonstrate what every clinic should do for their patients! Thank you for your hard work, especially through this pandemic.

I would give no star if I can. Dr.Ashraf is extremely nice. However he is never available unless you make an appointment three month in advance. My son is a patient of him for 4 years. Never once he would see Dr.Ashraf when he needed. As much as a doctor is extremely nice and competent, it is really not helpful at all if you cannot see him. Plus they have this policy of dropping you as a patient automatically after a year and half no appointment. This is still fine. But we were NEVER made aware of this rule until we phone them and they just casually say"You are not a patient anymore". Definitely would not recommend him as a doctor to anyone, unless you know three month in advance that your child is going to be sick!

He was concise yet exuberant with his answers to our questions. We searched for a while to find a pediatrician who mimicked our modus operandi ... he exemplifies a model for all providers.

Amazing doctor and Cooperative staff! Always listen very carefully to all of your concerns, even if it is the same all the time. Not in hurry. Great with my baby, however it is a very busy doctors office, but they try to adjust same day.

excellent Dr. never anything bad to say about him he is always going above and beyond, but terrible receptionist. Always making you feel like an inconvenience. Eg. My son had an over the phone appointment with the Dr. Wednesday during which he stated that if things did not improve in a day or two to call back with an update as he may have to see him. Things did not improve even though we allowed for extra time, on Monday we called to provide the update to the doctor and the receptionist was very rude and responding as if she was not even listening to what was being told to her. Asking "so what you're just looking for a referral or something". No we were calling back with an update for the Dr. as she was already told, don't make us feel like we are inconveniencing you by following the Dr. orders. This isn't the first time she has made us feel this way, 7/10 experiences with her tend to go terrible.
