The office received my referral today and got me in for an appointment....today! Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Wickens was extremely knowledgeable. He actually did a procedure (re-set my nose) right during my appointment. He explained everything very clearly and was very helpful. Thank you!

Excellent doctor. He has not only a kind and caring manner, he explains what your issue is, what will be done and what is being done, in an extremely comprehensive manner. He is happy to answer questions and address concerns, and I never felt rushed with him. I had severe nasal polyps, and had seen two previous specialists, one who refused to operate, and the other, who insisted I also had a deviated septum which needed to be fixed (which I don't) and then finally came across Doctor Wickens. My surgery and recovery went great, and I could BREATHE for the first time in years. I have recently found out that my daughter will likely need her tonsils out, and I will ask to be referred here. Only downside is wait times yes, are a little too long at times. However, that isn't really the doctor's office fault - it's the health system's fault. We have a shortage of both doctors and specialists in Niagara, which result in too many patients for one doctor. They do their best....follow up.

Good doctor until you miss ONE appointment after kids being patients for over 2 years now. Now they want to charge me for missing my first appointment ever! And told me I might have to go to Hotel Du Sauver instead of them.

Went today for the first appointment there was about an hour wait but most drs offices are like that. He was very kind and seemed to actually care about his clients. He did a very thorough assessment and was very professional. The girls at the desk were also pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend.

I visited here for an appointment and had a great experience. Very thorough doctor, and very knowledgable. Dr Wickens answered all of my questions and I appreciated the time he took with me. The preliminary ear tests were handled by other staff that were friendly and patient. Also of note was the friendly receptionist, who greeted me, checked me in and afterwards reviewed my case if I needed a follow up appointment. Definately would go back if the need arose.

Very thorough, good doctor. Explained everything in detail, very helpful and took time to answer questions instead of brushing me off. Wait time was an hour, which is normal for a specialist, where as my OB has a two hour wait, and the cardiologist was a 3 hr wait. Very happy with Dr. Wickens.

Took my son to see Dr Wickens for his tonsils. Extremely gentle and kind and very reassuring to both myself and my young son who was quite nervous going in. I left feeling equipped to deal with any future issues with his throat/tonsils and specific instructions with what to look for and when to book a follow up should that be needed. He answered every question I had and I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr Wickens. Also Leigha at the front desk was cheerful and thorough as well as offering my son a beaming smile and a treat when we were walking out. I would give 6 stars if I could! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Dr Brandon Wickens is hands down the best ENT I have ever dealt with. He is professional and very knowledgable. Definitely top of his field. I had a Uvulapalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP) performed by him. The surgery was flawless and my recovery went very well. The staff he has working for him is great too and they work with you instead of against you. Great guy and an amazing surgeon. I can not recommend him enough!!!

The Miracle Man! Yes I had to wait 15 min. once in his office. After 10 years of being near deaf in my left ear and 3 specialists. I now hear again. Dr Brandon Wickens I am a big fan.

The blonde staff member working at the front is excellent to deal with! Her and Dr. Wickens made it a 5/5 visit for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. We need more people like this working in the field, who clearly have outstanding customer service experience and know when to put their foot down to rude patients who try to be pushy with them. I've seen it in action and she's an outstanding employee. Ignore any of the bad reviews about this place, as they were most likely those pushy, ill-tempered patients who can't sit and wait their turn. Some people are just rude in general and those who are, are the first ones to come running to the reviews and "complain" about every single inconvenient thing they can. Quite often, these people LOOK for things to complain about, even when there's no real reason to complain. It's a specialist's office, there is going to be a wait, just sit down and stop whining.

Dr. Wickens is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. I was referred to him due to thyroid nodules which turned out to be cancer. Dr. Wickens is extremely thorough. He is very knowledgable and takes as much time as you need to answer all of your questions, however, he always seemed to answer all of my questions before I even asked them. Very organized and efficient. The multitude of tests and appointments that I have had were always promply set up and communicated. He did my surgery and was always very caring and informative! So glad I was referred to him!

We are lucky to have a surgeon of this skill level in Niagara, and not have to travel to Hamilton or Toronto for someone like him. Demeanor, knowledge, skill level, are all top notch. I received a 4 hour ear surgery, they got me in with one a 1 month delay at the start of Covid, and everything went great!

Excellent care , I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Wickens for my ENT. He came highly recommended by specialists at University Hospital in London and for the first time in many years I don’t have vertigo. Vertigo is a very debilitating condition and to have someone locally to help me is a blessing. Office staff are very efficient and friendly. Waiting is a small price to pay for good care.

I don't know why people get so angry. It's called a waiting room for a reason ???? and Dr. Wickens is well worth the wait! Mind you, I didn't once ever have to wait for very long. I have been to another ENT and they were not as FRIENDLY, THOROUGH and PERSONABLE as Dr. Wickens. I have referred others to him because I know they will have a fantastic experience as well! ????
