Lovely Dr. However his Wife/Secretary is extremely rude and is clearly making his practice look very bad. I asked to speak with Dr. Bagarath and instead turn around us discharge my son after only seeing him twice. Very unprofessional experience. Expect to get discharged if the wife disagrees with you

I have nothing good to say about this doctor. My boyfriend and I were referred to him by another pediatrician in Welland to have our sons tongue snipped when he was 3 weeks old. The staff was ok and Dr Bhagirath "seemed" to know what he was doing. He told us that the snip usually only bleeds for about 15-20 mins. The whole experience was horrifying. He told us that if the bleeding didnt stop after that amount of time they would put a medicine on it to help stop the bleeding. At around the 30 min mark our son was still bleeding. The doctor kept telling us that it was unusual and our son was the longest he's had a child bleed for. Our son was screaming in an extreme amount of pain to the point where his forehead and head started pealing. The doctor kept saying "we'll wait another couple minutes to see if it stops"....it didn't by this point our son had blood coming out of his nose from swallowing what was in his mouth and the doctor replies "well that's not good" After 45 mins he FINALLY decided to put the medicine on to help stop the bleeding. We left the office thinking the procedure was done and over with.....turns out it wasnt. After a recent visit to our sons regular pediatrician we found out that the procedure wasn't done properly..doesnt look like it was even done at all. Our son is now 7 months old and we now have to go to a different doctor to have it done properly. I am one angry mother, I can tell you that. NEVER will I refer anyone to this doctor nor will we ever be going back. I called the office and made a complaint and told them we were going somewhere else to have it done properly. I do not recommend any parent brings their child to see this doctor.

Very kind, caring and professional. Both my boys have seen Dr. Bhagirath since birth. His wife, the secretary is just wonderful. The doctor takes the time to answer my questions and is very patient and gentle with my kids. I can highly recommend.

Dr Bhagirath has taken care of my son since he was born prematurely and came home from McMaster. Dr B is so kind and knowledgable, calm and since my son has been old enough he talks to my son directly (he is now 14 yo) to find out his feelings and concerns. He takes his time, and once spent almost an hour with my son due to concerns about his growth and his hearing. He has referred to great specialists when needed and always provides great medical advice. I highly recommend Dr Bhagirath! And the icing on the cake is his wife, who is so patient and lovely to deal with at the front desk, and the other reception staff who are also great.
