Rude staff that never answer the phone. The doctor keeps an egg timer in the room and when it goes off after two minutes basically kicks you out the door. I have lived in 3 countries and never experienced anything like this. They treat their patients so poorly and with no respect at all.

I am not too sure why people have been giving Doctor Samad a bad review. I visited him today for a tinnitus issue. I found the office staff very courteous and efficient. The Doctor was very competent in how he investigated the issue. It is generally known that not a lot can be done about Tinnitus. He checked to see if there were any serious underlying causes.He offered me some solutions and gave me his best advice. He was courteous and approachable. I conversed with him comfortably and was very satisfied in how he handled me as a patient. No hesitation in recommending him.

Doctor Imran is extremely knowledgable and efficient, however, his staff really can't manage his appointments since you are expected to wait over hour and half after your set time to see the doctor for 30 seconds. you would think after your visit they will hand you your prescription and get you on your way, but no the front lady there PRIYA was extremely rude and with an aggressive tone told me I'd have to wait 15 mins until she can talk to me and walked around aimlessly to look busy. and while she was busy giving me attitude her colleague looked at my paper and said you are good to go thank you, would've taken her 2 seconds. I really hope Dr. Imran figure out his scheduling or better yet, get someone who is not like PRIYA and actually cares about her job/patients.

he is the best ent specialist and surgeon ever I seen .I have very bad experience with my previous ent specialist who diagnose my problem in three visits and send me to another specialist for nose surgery consultation but dr samad diagnose in very first appointment and give me surgery date. now yesterday he performed my surgery all is well discharge same day when I visit his new w.minister office before surgery ha always sit with patient take his time to patent with no rush.he is very down to earth .he is the best...his receptionist sonia also very nice with patients ..thank you so much dr for your take care during my surgery.

Worst and most unprofessional office. The staff Is unbelievably condescending. The lady made it sound like it’s a task to answer questions. My appointment was skipped once due to negligence by staff. I chose to give them another chance. Waited another 6 months ... Big mistake !! Once again they dropped the ball ! Except this time she tried to blame me and say it’s my fault . “ the hospitals called you 10 times” . I have assistants and employees. I’m extremely organized . I recieved zero calls from any office. No emails , nothing. They just dropped the balk ! She even called me a liar ! I have lost 1.5 years waiting for surgery due to the unorganized lying staff. They have outdated equipment and poorly trained staff. I would not recommend this Dr. in any way. I wish I read the countless negative reviews before going to this Dr .

I had a sports injury when I was 14 and displaced my nasal bone which obstructed my nasal passage. I was referred to Dr. Samad as a 19-year old for a rhinoplasty to rectify the issue. Dr. Samad was unable to straighten my nasal bone or clear my nasal passage. He convinced me to have a 2nd surgery and was again unsuccessful, after which my nose had accumulated scar tissue and displaced cartilage, disfiguring the shape and increasing the size of my nose. At no point were these side effects of a 2nd surgery explained to me as I would not have opted for it had I known I could end up worse off. After having consultations with two other surgeons, I was advised that they cannot guarantee they will be able to undo the damage done and therefore recommend I not have revision surgery. Dr. Samad professional judgment has left me with a lifelong breathing and aesthetic issue.

Don't deserve even 1 star at all. I wish we have the option for 0. My son got referred from Burnaby Hospital ( ER) and they lost the referral saying that they never received it after I personally spoke with one of the receptionist on November 8 over the phone confirming reception and saying they were going to call me after talking to the Doctor . It's so disappointing. I can't imagine what would happen if..... :( :( :( :( :(

He's lucky google forced me to give 1 star, I'd give 0 if I could. He didn't care at all for my issue, my 5 year old brother was more helpful. If you are referred to him please do not waste your time.
